My experience today at McDuffie Dentistry was excellent. I had an appointment with the Hygienist. Excellent service and conversation. The entire team are professional, courteous and friendly. The office is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere.

SHADY PRACTICE! I patronized McDuffie for 3+ years. I never had to pay a deductible or out-of-pocket expenses for regular dental check ups. However, during my last visit, McDuffie snuck additional x-rays (that I never requested) into by bill without providing any explanation. I was shocked and surprised when I received a bill for the deductible related to the additional x-rays.

What a rip-off! I went to this Dentist because I wanted to support a black business. It is unfortunate that a black business run by Dr. Jamel McDuffie would do something as shady as sneaking unnecessary and unrequested services into a patient's bill without first explaining it to them. She has totally lost all the credibility and goodwill I initially ascribed to her.

Amazing experience. Everyone at McDuffie Dentistry was extremely kind and knowledge. This is the best practice in the area.

In the begining, I was very pleased, but now I am very disappointed with this dentistry. After several visits, I realized how messy they really are. I went for tooth pain back in September and they didn't even have a record of my previous visits. They gave me a prescription for the pain and then referred me to a specialist who scheduled me for an appointment way in December.

One week before my appointment they told me that I needed to pay $1300 upfront and then my insurance will reimburse me. In the meantime, I am still in pain and requested a refill on my prescription, they abliged, so I thought. Went to pick up my prescription and was told that they had not received the order for a refill. I have been calling Mcduffie Dentistry for two days, left messages, and still have not gotten a response. So not only do I have to find a specialist on my own, I am still having tooth pain months later. I will not return.

Yesterday I had a different dentist & hygienist. All have been great but both were exceptionally efficient & very friendly.

Dr. McDuffie has taken my opinion of denistry to the next level. She is very personable & has a reassuring manner. The staff is also very nice.

I love Dr. McDuffie. She continuously makes me feel comfortable when I'm there. Her staff is great. The receptionists had a few errors with my scheduling, but overall, a great staff.

First couple of visits were wonderful. However my next appt. was awful. Dr. McDuffie was not even in the office and no one notified me. Then I return, she says NOTHING and gives me the wrong prescription that causes an allergic reaction! I will not return

Two visits so far. all of my questions were patiently answered by Dr. McDuffie. Look forward to going back (and remember - this is the dentist's office, a place to which you usually never really *want* to return).

Sharonda, the hygienist, was very kind and pleasant. Going to the dentist has never been an issue for me but I hadn't been to one in 5 years. I had to get a deep cleaning, which I knew was going to be the issue. She made it as painless as possible and made it an overall pleasant experience. Went again to get the other side of my mouth deep cleaned and 8 fillings.

It was pretty intense the second go around but Dr. McDuffie and Sharonda made it as pleasant as it could be. Its disheartening to see the other reviews, because my experience was nothing short of pleasant and reasonable

The Best Service! I used Dr. McDuffie's services years ago when I needed some work done. Her office and staff was great then and my recent visit was just the same. The knowledge and experience of both Dr. McDuffie and her staff was top notch. Although most don't like going to the dentist, she makes the experience cool. In your private room they personalize the music to whatever will help you relax and enjoy your time.

The atmosphere is great as well as the office itself wasn't the typical white walls.the office had purple walls which I thought was just a nice touch of something different. I've now have had multiple visits and plan to continue using her services in the future. I highly recommend Dr. McDuffie Dentistry for your next dental appointment!
