Dr. Macon Sapp is a genius, artist and genuinely nice guy. He not only completely blew my mind with what was even possible in transforming my smile, but he also impressed me with his commitment, perseverance, and patience throughout the process. Dr. Sapp is trustworthy, skilled and super to easy work with. He knocks it out of the park when it comes to customer service and dedication to client satisfaction.
While I'm on assignment in California, I fly back to RDU just to see Dr. Sapp because I place my full and complete trust in his services and those of his entire team. Angie, Tanya, and all of his angels make going to the dentist a true delight! Attached you can see the transformation Dr. Sapp performed via Invisalign and composite veneers. Thank you Dr. Sapp!

Not only is Dr. Sapp an amazing dentist, but he is also a Godsend and an extremely amazing human being with a kind heart. Go find that somewhere else in a dentist, you won't. I've lived alot of places on the east coast and I have never met a doctor, let alone a dentist that cares about their patients like this man does.

This review is an attempt to share the experience my daughter and I had at Durham Dentistry by Sapp & Sapp. I'm not sure I can say enough good things about this office, but I will definitely try. My 15 year old daughter had trauma to her top front teeth. I noticed one tooth was discoloring about a week after injury and was referred to Macon Sapp by a friend. Dr. Macon requested a picture of her teeth and wanted to get an appointment scheduled right away.
From the moment we first entered his office, I knew we had gone to the right place! The office is so modern and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing.and fun! At that first visit Dr. Macon was able to determine through different testing that my daughter's tooth was dying as a result of the trauma and he recommended a root canal.
It was a very scary feeling not knowing what the outcome of treatment would be, but Dr. Macon and his assistant Marley reassured us that everything would be fine and that my daughter was in good hands. Maybe I am a little biased, but I believe my daughter is absolutely beautiful and her smile plays a big part in her beauty. It was very important to me that she receive the proper treatment so that this injury didn't take anything away from her smile.
I want more than anything for her to always be confident in herself. The root canal was a process from start to finish. Dr. Macon and Marley were always great about keeping us informed throughout the entire process which completed yesterday. Dr. Macon was able to get the grey coloring associated with a dead tooth out and the tooth looks great! Once again, my daughter is confident in her smile!
When we left the office yesterday, my daughter asked me what Marley's job title was. Our experience was so amazing that my daughter is now considering going into the dental field. I couldn't be more proud! Thanks Durham Dentistry for the great care you took of my daughter! It was a truly awesome experience! I would highly recommend your office to anyone in need of high quality dental care!

I've been to dentists all over the country and Dr Macon Sapp and his fine staff really stand out as the best I've ever seen. They've worked on some costly "cosmetic" issues and some more basic things like root canals. First off, I don't like the label "cosmetic" dentists- teeth are teeth and if they look good they should work well too.
I got about 2 dozen crowns from Dr Sapp and his first concern through the whole long process was always to make sure they were comfortable and that they improved my bite and my life, not only my looks. Most recently Dr Sapp has treated me for a couple of painful emergencies. Both times I was seen immediately, without an appointment; and both times I received effective, diligent care- even when there was a waiting room full of folks up front. I've been the patient of celebrated dental school professors with fancy university chairs but I have never been treated by anyone who plainly cares as much about my welfare as Dr Sapp.
Like Saint Paul wrote about charity, Dr Sapp is patient, Dr Sapp is kind, Dr Sapp vaunteth himself not; he just listens to you and works with you to identify your problems, to establish your goals and then he does everything he can do to help you reach them. And this man is really good- his office is well staffed and equipped and Dr Sapp is also a PA as well as a DDS, so my experience has been that he has a an edge over most dentists I've seen when it comes to choosing and admistering medications. Dr Sapp also tends to look at your mouth as part of a whole person: he doesn't ever lose sight of that and he clearly shows in his treatment planning that the same approach won't be appropriate in every case. I really can't say enough good about this practice and want to be sure I share my high opinion of it with our community.
