So I went in to have all my uper teeth extracted so I can get dentures, well as soon as he was done the numbness was already wearing off. I asked him if he could prescribe something other than Motren because I've been taking so much of it for my tooth pain that I was starting to get pain in my kidney area and what do you know he still prescribed Morten!
Now after getting all your teeth extracted you would think he would have given something stronger. Idk if I will return for my dentures. I might have to find another dentist that knows what he's doing

I waited a whole hour and some change and was never seen. I made a 9:00 appointment because I had to be at work by 11:30am. When I made the appointment I asked how long the process would take and I was told an hour when I made the appointment the week before. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes then sat in the room for about 45 minutes before I was told "The doctor is doing a root canal so it will be a while".
I was asked to reschedule but I chose to just cancel since the front desk staff was making jokes with another patient and was taking FOREVER! The woman that walked with me to the front asked me if I could just call to reschedule. I will never come back here, how unprofessional, I made a early 9am appointment for a reason! And after reading all the other reviews if you need an emergency visit THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!

Adams Farm Dental provided me with great customer service at a very reasonable price for replacing a crown. I am from Indiana and in North Carolina on a work assignment, so was not able to get the crown from my regular dentist. I submitted a request for a quote on the Adams Farm Dental website, and Maria, the office manager, took over from there. She was very helpful and accommodating with my needs and really easy to communicate with. Dr. Jones and his staff took very good care of me and did a great job removing the old crown and installing the new one. I could not have asked for a better out-of-state Dental experience! They went above and beyond what I expected!

Don't waste you're time with this place. Especially if you're having an emergency. You'll wake up to a text message (which is very unprofessional), saying your appointment is canceled due to "not enough staff members". Be responsible and prepare for situations like that. I understand this is the age of the pandemic and "things happen", but if you cant honor your appointments, or can't give a certain answer as to when someone can be seen, you be ashamed as professionals, or at the very least be apologetic about it.

I came in bc both of my bottom tooth are in pain, but the dental assistant told me that they would charge each tooth for the X-ray (which I've never heard of) at that point I didn't care bc I just wanted to know what was going on. After 2 hours I was there the dentist couldn't find anything wrong, not to mention the dentist and his staffs are not friendly at all. Such an awful experience, please don't waste your time there.

I always have a good experience when I go to Adams Farm Dental. I went to the dentist today. As always the hygienist was very good at cleaning my teeth. She was very professional and asked me if I was having any problems. Doctor Jones is always funny and professional. This is a very pleasant laid-back professional office. I have been going to these folks for many years. If you need a great dentist and a good wholesome atmosphere then you need to check them out. Tammy

I found this office on line one morning before sunrise when tooth pain pounds. I called the Adams Farm Dental office and told them about my pain. I was given an appointment and was in the chair within a very short time. Dr. Jones gave me excellent care and quickly resolved my problem. I am always impressed with the Doctor and Staff members. The environment is very clean and friendly. I feel very comfortable here and I am now a regular patient.
