Dr Roy & team are simply the best! A friend of mine gave me his name when I moved to Denver 4 years ago. I and my family have been going to him ever since. He is kind, friendly and an expert in the work he has done on my teeth. I trust him and his staff is great. My family are also huge fans. I'm giving him 5 stars because Google doesn't have 6!

I've been a loyal patient at Metro Dental for many years and have had consistently good, personal care from all staff and dentists. I also appreciate that they reached out to me to resolve an issue about their policy of rescheduling appointments with 48-hour notice and were proactive in keeping my family's dental care.

Metropolitan dental care is great! There has not been a visit that i was not satisfied with the results. Everyone is so nice and professional; it really takes the stress out of going to the dentist. With all the work i need done, I truly feel like my teeth are in good hands here. Their location is also easy to find, with parking close by. A huge plus for being in denver. Beautiful building too. I would definitely recommend these awesome people!

Very unhappy with visit. My Dentist retired and the hygienist I was normally scheduled with left them. Therefore, they rescheduled me for someone else and then they had to reschedule that appointment. I couldn't do that appointment, so I let them know and called a few weeks back to schedule this appointment with JoAnn to clean my teeth and no Dentist visit.
When I got there, I was seeing someone I have never met named Kim and they scheduled me to have a dentist visit. I was very upset no one discussed these changes with me, and told Kim that. I also told her I knew it was not her fault, but that I wouldn't be back. Kim proceeded to rush through my cleaning in 25 minutes and then I paid my bill for $126.
She also was pretty rough with my mouth, and I normally love to have my teeth cleaned. Even though Kim made a note in the chart for the front desk, and confirmed in front of me that they saw it, nobody from office administration addressed my concerns or apologized to me. I have been a patient there for 30 years.

Extremely pleased with my choice to begin using Metropolitan Dental. Their entire team is friendly and professional, the offices are impeccably clean (And while this doesn't necessarily matter for quality of care, they are also nicely decorated - that is, its a nice waiting room with comfortable chairs and free wifi, which is amazing for mid-day appointments when you've ducked out of work.
All of the chairs also have TVs, which is a nice touch.) My appointments have been great, efficient and they clearly have their systems organized and down to a SCIENCE - they will email or text with you for anything from questions to scheduling to patient info and they have never asked me to re-fill out a form that I already filled out online. Would recommend to any family and friends looking for a dentist.

I've been going to Metropolitan Dental Care for 25 years and was sad when Dr. Steve retired. Gotta say, Dr. Roy is just as amazing. Kind and caring with a soft touch, he's already captured 5 stars for me. His work is thoughtful and meticulous. He has a sense of humor! His dental assistant, Hayley, pleasant, efficient and kind as well. I'll be heading to Metropolitan Dental Care for years to come.

I've seen several of the dentists and hygienists at Metropolitan Dental Care over the last 5 years, and can recommend this practice without reservation. The dental care is the best I've ever experienced. The hygienists are kind and gentle, and the dentists seem on top of the latest science and technology. I really appreciate the professionalism of the office, and also know that they are invested in my long-term dental health and wellness. Recently, when a relatively new crown broke, they replaced it at no charge. My experience is that they are always intent on ensuring their work is "perfect."
