Family Dental - Richard Callahan

I have been coming to this office for a very long time and I have never been anything but highly satisfied with their service, knowledge and friendliness. If all medical offices were this well run and competent, I would have a completely different view of our health system in the U.S. Highest marks for Drs. Callahan, Klein and especially the support staff that keep everything running so smoothly. A very low stress encounter every time.

The entire staff at Callahan & Klein are excellent. I've been going there for decades and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work or their friendliness. Sarah is a great hygienist. Dr. Klein is very good and a pleasure to work with.

After many horrible dental experiences with other dentists in the past, Dr Klein is a huge relief. I am no longer terrified to go to the dentist. He and the office staff are kind, patient and caring.

I've had a phobia of dentists since I was a very small child. Before I started coming here, I had no idea that a visit to the dentist could be a pleasant experience. This office is wonderful! The staff are very friendly and professional and Dr. Klein is great! He's very through and kind. They always treat me and my family with professionalism and with great customer service.

I went in to my appointment with some tooth discomfort knowing I might need to have work done. Despite the already busy schedule, Dr. Callahan's team was able to squeeze me in and relieve my problem, with virtually no pain. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend!

Best dentist I have ever been to. I usually hate going to the dentist. Dr Kline educated me on what was going on with my teeth and made me feel comfortable. Gloria was very nice and I highly recommend visiting. My girlfriend referred me to them.

I can without a doubt in mind tell you that Dr. Klein is an exceptional clinician. As a fellow colleague, I have seen his dentistry first hand and I can tell you that he is really, really good at what he does. Not only is he a perfectionist with immaculate hand skills, but he is also extremely compassionate about what he does. He treats every patient like they are family. Dr. Klein practices dentistry in a way that is more advanced than 95% of other dentists out there. If you want the best look no further!

I need to take a moment to in the highest regards, recommend Dr. Klein. He is a colleague of mine who I am very fond of his compassion, and caring dedication to truly do what is best for his patients. His skill of performing the dentistry is tops in the profession. His understanding of the complexities of dentistry is also top notch. Dr. Klien has dedicated countless hours to continually be on the cutting edge of the evolving field of dentistry. Dr. Klien would be highly recommend by me, and all our colleagues I'm certain would have the same opinion!

Every single tooth Klein filled "because they all have cavities" hurts like hell. I don't recommend this place at all!

Callahan & Klein Dental 12790 W. Alameda Pkwy Lakewood, Co. 80228 My family and I have been long time patient's of Dr. Callahan. In January 2017, I went to Dr. Callahan to replace a 40 year old crown and learned that Dr. Callahan sold the business to Dr. Klein who is now the new owner. Dr. Klein's recommendation was to replace the crown.

I decided to move forward with his recommendation on February 2017, and paid $1,179.00. I continued to experience the same discomfort and problems even after the crown replacement. When I provided this feedback to Dr. Klein he didn't seem to be concerned. In March 2019, after two years of complaining, Dr. Klein replaced the crown again, at a discounted price of $404.58, however, the same issue continued. Dr. Klein explained I have a bone discrepancy which could be causing the problem, and discussed leveling off the bone discrepancy.

This didn't make sense to me because the original crown of 40 years had no issues. In October 2021, after another two years of complaining, I finally sought a second opinion from another dentist who reassured me my bone is fine, and the crown Dr. Klein placed was too small. I shared the second opinion with Dr. Klein who offered to replace the crown for a third time for $1207.14.

I declined Dr. Klein's offer and had the crown replaced by a different dentist in October 2021. It is now January 2022 and the crown is working very well without any issues. I do not recommend Dr. Klein. In my opinion, he provided substandard dental care. My intention is to raise awareness with my poor experience with Dr. Klein.

You can't find a more clean, competent, gentle, kindly, loving, trustworthy, patient, affordable, (I could go on and on) set of dentists and staff in all of Colorado than the fantastic people at Callahan and Klein dentistry! Our family have been patients with them for the last 25 years and we would not go anywhere else! If we were to move out of the state, we would fly in to get dental work done that's how much we trust and love them!

You will not find any better care than in the competent hands of Dr Callahan and Dr Klein and their whole staff, including the front desk staff! They are all great! If you can believe it, if you come to see them you'll actually enjoy going to the dentist!

I have been seeing Dr. Klein for a few months now and am so impressed. Everyone in the office is wonderful and helpful. Dr. Klein has been understanding and is willing to work with me. The front desk staff have also been so supportive and have assisted me with figuring out my dental insurance. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone!

He is gentle and conservative in his approach. He will go to heroic measures to save a tooth. All the work I've had done over the years there has been pain-free. This place understands your fears and your pain needs.

They take your concerns very seriously. Everyone is super nice. Full covid measures are in effect so no worries there. I'm a person who is very observant and picky about an establishment's cleanliness and this place is as clean as a whistle - always. I could not possibly recommend them highly enough. Wherever you live in the Denver metro, it's worth the drive. (No Medicaid, but Care Credit accepted.)

Doctors Callahan and Klein are always polite, pleasant, and professional. I trust their opinions and recommendations and my teeth have been better for it. Also, Dr. Callahan saved me from developing cancer on my tongue. He noticed a sore developing and knew that it was being caused by bad dental work I received from my previous dentist. He replaced my crown and filling and the sore healed.

A family-feel environment with true dedication to the dental work they provide and their clients' well-being. I recommend Callahan & Klein to anyone that asks my wife and I who we go to for dentistry.

Such a refreshing experience to find a dentist, and staff, that truly care and go the extra mile. Dr Klein went above and beyond to care for me while I was out of town on business with a dental emergency. Working with the public, and needing my smile, Dr Klein took extra effort to not only give me a better smile within hours, he was compassionate, kind, gentle and took the time to explain all of my options and then cared for me in such a professional, yet personal, way.

First ever amazing dental experience! The staff was amazing, as well. Tiger, the front desk administrator, took excellent care of me as well. He accommodated my husband in the billing process and communication was prompt and clear. He too went above and beyond. Highly recommend this Dentistry.

My dreaded dental appt with Dr Klein was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a dental office. The respect and kindness from the entire team I was shown was heartwarming, especially in this day and age! (Customer service at it's finest) Dr Klein was so gentle and didn't do anything without first telling me what he was going to do. He took care of my problem quickly, with no complications. I would highly recommend Dr Klein to anyone who wants to have a good dental experience!

World class! I travel from San Francisco to see Dr. Klein and is team of experts. From fillings to cleanings to whitening, their service is exceptional. Dr. Klein was able to find issues that other dentists overlooked. The office has a great environment with beautiful windows and super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend! Thanks!

Without a doubt, the best that dentistry has to offer. The owner is a good man of integrity. And they have the latest and greatest in technology! Finally, one can rest their fears of that dreaded visit. Everyone there is compassionate, attentive, and kind. The office is inviting and the staff are all very professional, friendly and soft spoken. The atmosphere is very calming and the office is run with smooth efficiency. It's a real comfort when you find a place you know you'll never leave. A true find!

Dr. Callahan and his office staff have excellent customer service and truly care about their patients. I have a pretty severe TMJ disorder, and not only does Dr. Callahan listen, he is truly the only person who has been able to diagnose me, treat me, and ease my symptoms.
