Stay away from Dr. Thomas Hale aka "Smiles by Hale". He is a thief and a horrible dentist. Still has not refunded me for 2 crowns he has of mine. I have been waiting two years. ****WARNING DO NOT GO TO HIM.****

Fantastic experience! The hygienist, Caesar, cleaned my teeth. I could have fallen asleep in the chair! Highly recommend Smiles by Hale.

My initial consult with Dr. Hale convinced me he was the right dentist to help me with my special dental problems. He is very knowledgable and took his time explaining details about a sleep apnea device and a night guard. His dental assistant, Caesar, also took his time with me and was very good.

I cannot believe the experience I just had with Dr. Hale and his entire staff! Never ever would I have thought going to the dentist would be something to look forward to! Hopefully this dental practice will be the answer or at least a solution to my issues with obstructive sleep apnea. I'd gone to 3 other "dentists" who claimed they specialized in the appliances for patients with this issue. I learned the hard way but am in the right place! Dr Hale and his entire staff have put me at ease and hopefully this works!

My appointment today was for 2 pm. I rushed to be there on time, but I did not see the Dr. until after 3.pm. I had to leave for another appointment. I realize that emergencies happen in all Dr.'s offices all the time. But this week I am crammed with appointments, that one Dr. who has an emergency can throw off all the patients' schedules.

It would be great, if an emergency that will throw off the rest of Dr.'s scheduled appointments, for an hour or more, there is a protocol that if every patient that has an appointment after the emergency case gets a phone call from the Dr.'s office to either reschedule or choose to wait if the patient needs immediate care so they are aware that the Dr. is at least an hour (or more behind) and are willing to wait to see the Dr.

But those of us with tight schedules, waiting almost an hour in the Dr.'s waiting room is a waste of the patient's time - it is much better to make the choice to wait, than get to the Dr.s' office, not knowing that the Dr. has been delayed with an emergency, wait for almost an hour before the delay is disclosed and you can barely make your next appointment. I would much prefer that Dr.'s office call me and let me know of the delay so that I, the patient, can make the choice to wait or reschedule the appointment.

Today's dental technician was very professional and caring. My experience was wonderful, and it was one of the best six month cleanings that I have ever had. Dr. Hale took the time to answer my questions about future dental work.

Went here while on vacation from NYC. My crown on top of an implant was a little loose. Called at 8:15 am and the receptionist (Heather?) said Dr Hale could squeeze us in at 8:45. Was in and out in about an hour. Very accommodating and very nice staff. The Doc here was efficient friendly and definitely someone I'd come back to and refer people to. Office was clean and could not speak highly enough of this team. If you want to be taken care of, go here!

Dr Hale is the BEST! He cares so much about each patient, and makes sure his practice allows him the time that every patient needs to spend with them. He was never rushed with me. I am the biggest chicken about going to the dentist and have no fear to be in Dr Hale's care. Great experiences. I know I'm in the best hands, and I'll only be told what "actually" needs to be done. Technology is advanced, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
