Worst dentist I have ever been to. She replaced a crown which she said was decayed which it was not, it was just the dark metal from the crown in the back which is normal, and then replaced it with a crown that didn't even resemble a tooth it looked like a wax mass of blob. It had zero biting surface whatsoever it was smooth and when I complained she told me to replace it she would have to take more tooth and that would be bad.

They also wrote up a ridiculous treatment plan which was outrageous and so off as I didn't need a thing. They are clearly in it for the money. Stay clear from this place and go to a real dentist.

Dr Primero is the best. Provides you with imaging, a plan, data driven progress updates for gum health, and great bedside manner. She also has an exceptional support team. all of them. Everyone has been great but a big thank you to Sierra this last time for being extra gentle when removing a temp on a very sensitive tooth. She allowed me to wear headphones and had some great distraction techniques too. :

Don't be fooled by the name. This practice is the gold standard of general dentistry. From cavities to crowns and customized night guards to periodontistry, the competency of this staff is unsurpassed. Attention to the needs, comfort and safety of patients is the priority. It will be far easier for me to find new medical doctors than it ever will be to replace Dr. Primero and her outstanding team. I've had 70 years of great dentists and Dr. Primero is by far the best.

It's been a difficult week! I went for a routine cleaning to a new dentist and found out that I had a cavity, so I had it filled! Two days later in horrible pain! I went back and was basically sent on my way only for the pain to magnify! I decided not to go back and found the Tooth Smile Fairy Dental Spa. She noticed the filling left a crack and in a completely different area I need a root canal!

This experience has costed me much money, time, and pain! I am grateful to Patricia Primero for her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism who worked me in and validated my pain! I will be a loyal patient of hers from now on!

Dr Primero and her staff are miracle workers! I have a completely new smile thanks to the veneers she did on my teeth. I could not be happier with the way they look and the service I received. I have been going to Dr. Primero for almost a year and I will never go to any one else. The moment I met her and her staff they instantly made me feel like family!

My teeth were pretty bad and they never shamed or scolded me. I had made the fist step and that's all that mattered to them. I have finally found a dentist I love and look forward to my appointments! Dr. Primero is the absolute best. I was TERRIFIED to get all the dental work done that I needed. I'd had one filling done, my very first cavity ever, at another dental office in Naples and had a horrible experience. Dr. Primero put me at ease, she (and all of her staff) are so kind and considerate. and Hilarious! We have a lot of laughs. As far as my teeth go, they've never looked and felt better. Dr. Primero knows her stuff and I have 100% confidence in her.

She's truly wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her and her entire team. KEEP BEING AMAZING LADIES! I have one last appointment and then, as much as I love you gals, I hope I won't be seeing you for a little while HAHAHA!

I've been going to Dr. Primero for at least 10 years. The staff is caring, compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable. I most recently had Lyndsey work with Dr. Primero on my crown. Besides being an excellent dental assistant, she also let me know what she was doing at each stage. Not only was it interesting, but also reassuring. When I first started going to Dr. Primero, she completely evaluated all of my teeth, bite, gums etc.

Then she prioritized the procedures. This gave me the opportunity to have the work done on my own time and financial needs. Every procedure that she recommended needed to be done. She is an amazing diagnostician. I highly, highly recommend this dental group.

Dr. Perez was fantastic! Her naturalistic approach (as a Biological dentist) is very comforting and thorough! I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!

I have been a patient of Dr. Primero for 19 years! She is amazing, kind and compassionate. She is GREAT. I have had a lot of major dentistry over the years, and I would never consider seeing anyone other than her. Many friends, family and even strangers comment on my beautiful smile, and truthfully say it is because of her. Her office is warm and inviting.

Her staff is like family to me. The "fairies" are helpful, kind and sincere. Like Dr. P, they will go over and above for you. If you are looking for perfection and have any anxieties about dentistry - rest assured you will be put at ease.

I love this dentist. She is kind, sweet, patient and non judgmental. I have been going to her on and off for a long time but if it weren't for my constant state to state relocations, I would be a loyal patient.

My previous experiences at other offices where clinical and cold. Not here. This was a spa experience. I heard of certain Dr. Perez who is a Biological Dentist in town. Since her reputation precedes her i decided to make an appointment. The staff were pleasant and polite. Dr. Perez greeted me with a smile and made sure i was comfortable. She has a. warm personality and kept me well informed by explaining procedures in detail every step of the way. Afterwards she provided concise explanations and recommendations regarding my dental health. Dr. Perez is highly skilled, personable and professional. I will be recommending her to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Perez!

I cannot express how stressed I was to go to the dentist again after some time. Dr. Primero and her staff made me feel immediately at ease. Her waiting room is comfortable, but you won't spend much time there! She is quick and efficient - and wonderful. Thank you Dr. Primero!

My family and I moved to Naples 19 years ago from Brazil. My father looked hard to find a dentist that would be the best for our family. So for the past 16-17 years, my family and I have been seeing Dr. Primero and her amazing staff. I remember when her office was way south on goodlette. They're current office is beautiful and clean. Everyone greets you with open arms and smile. Dr. Primero and her staff makes everyone of all ages feel comfortable, especially if you have a very low pain tolerance, like myself.

They'll be sure to make sure you're not in any pain or feeling any discomfort before continuing any procedure. I truly love all these ladies and thankful they've made sure my teeth are looking great and healthy for all these years. I'll always recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

For the past 9 years first in Puerto Rico and now in Naples Dr Josephine Perez Franco has been in charge of my teeth, that means she has been my dentist and at the same time put some "sparkle" in my whole health environment. I have used and still sleep with a mouthpiece (people tell me I have a great smile) she makes sure my gums are clean and how. to brush my tongue and teeth. but the new miracle was, that at my age almost 76 I started having some moments of depression and what I call.

I don't care. I mentioned it and she recommended a change with vitamins in addition to what I was already taking. now 3 months latter I admit with joy my state of mind and atittude is great, I feel wonderful and most of all full of energy and positive. I recommend Dr Perez Franco as not only she does a great job but she is completely ecological for our environment. thanks a million for making our family happy because you have me the tools of a good health

After 100 hours of my internship in a dental assisting program, I am excited to say that I am the newest fairy! Not only has the entire staff been helpful in my education, but I also found the best dentist I have ever been to. If you aren't sure where to look for a family like atmosphere, you have found the right place. I am hoping to move my own. family here.

Very caring dentist. Makes good use of advanced technology and techniques. She recommended things my dentist in Ohio never mentioned. And love the name, the Smile Fairy. Here in Naples, dentists seem to be more creative when it comes to operating their dental practices. Well, I guess any dentist with a Success poster framed in the waiting room must be positively motivated.

I am very happy with the services I have received from Dr. Primero and the rest of her team. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Dr. Primero and her assistant (Yaneisi Cabrera) do perfect work and address your real dental needs without any unnecessary extras. I had some old dental bonding that was looking yellow and unattractive and Dr. Primero was the only dentist I have ever gone to who gave me the option to fix it with new dental bonding instead of veneers. Wow, I am so grateful that I found this dental practice. I highly recommend Dr. Primero to anyone looking for an honest, caring, knowledgeable dental professional with a beautiful office and great team!

I cannot say enough great things about the Smile Fairy Dental Spa! They treated me with the utmost respect. I needed some cavities filled and was in a bit of a jam with time, since I was leaving soon for my University, and they were able to squeeze me in. This was only my second visit and I left with a beautiful clean smile and I'm so grateful. They followed up the very next day to see how I was doing, and I can honestly say I have not one single complaint. I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Primero and her amazing team!

Awful! I had to have work redone at another dentist. Dr. P offers no refunds or guaranttee on work.

I was referred to Dr. Primero by a colleague. Her office staff is friendly and knowledgable. They always do their best to make an appointment that is convenient for me. They work with insurance before your appointment so you can expect what you will be billed after treatment. Dr. Primero is upbeat, professional, and friendly. She is WONDERFUL with my kids, she explains everything and makes it fun for them. I couldn't be happier with the service and treatment I have received at The Smile Fairy!

They are way overpriced, they do not stand behind their products. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Your teeth and checkbook will thank you. She does poor quality work and when it fails way before industry standards, she does not stand behind her work. She is rude when asked for the work to be refunded. Work that should last a decade only lasted less than 3 years and then you get treated rudely when you ask WHY?

Dr. Primero is the best! I know the office name sounds a bit silly or expensive but I had such a great experience with the Smile Fairy Dental Spa. Before moving out of town, I was decided to use my employer's health insurance for a few regular doctor visits. Dr. Primero was recommended by a colleague, who received a referral discount on their next visit when I mentioned their name.

I was able to make an appointment for a general consultation and cleaning, and lucked out on a last minute emergency appointment, to accommodate my moving schedule, to take care of a good ole cavity or two, as well as a gum scaling. Both appointments were pain free and, dare I say it, fun. Yeah, I said it, fun. Dr. Primero is amazingly skilled, and her staff is friendly and professional. Great office in a convenient location. I highly recommend the Smile Fairy Dental Salon.

Everyone is very nice at this office. Unfortunately being nice is not the only thing that matters. They gave an original me a treatment plan that I had to sign for with all of the treatments, dental codes, and pricing. On that plan there were antibiotics that my dental insurance wouldn't pay for. They submitted the claim through my health insurance instead which agreed to pay for it.

Then I got a new treatment plan in the mail with $150 out of pocket "placement fee" magically added. When I asked about it they said it was a fee that they "had" to charge because the antibiotics got shipped to them instead of them ordering it, which was never mentioned to me. That was extremely ridiculous but I let it be and continued with treatment plan.

When I showed up for my first appointment, and after they had started to numb me, I was informed that when they originally wrote up the treatment plan they had forgotten one of the four quadrants and that they "had" to add that on there. Another $187 out of my pocket. I'm getting really annoyed at this point but fine, it has to be done so I agreed and they continued.

When I'm finished with the appointment I go to check out. To my surprise I'm charged an extra $176 for the two treatments that were done that day (and a different dental code was used). I didn't realize this until I got home and compared it to my original treatment plan. I called first thing the next morning and told that I would have to be called back by the office manager when she had time.

I got a call back at 6pm from the hygienist that performed the treatment to see if everything was okay with my teeth. I said yes but I was concerned about the extra charges. She said that she wanted to talk to me about that too. She said that the dentist explained it to me before the treatment and I must have misunderstood. The only thing I understood is that they forgot to charge for one of the four treatments.

I told her that I was unhappy that all of their add-ons were going to cost me over $500 out of pocket. Her explanation for that was "They (whoever made the plan) messed up. We all make mistakes. It's not the first time and we have to charge you." At that statement there I asked for my dental records and the rest of the antibiotics they received from my insurance so I could go to another dentist.

She replied that she would be more than happy to email it all over. I would never recommend this denting. While they are nice, I feel like I was bait and switched. And although $500 may be just a little "mistake" to a dentist, it's a lot of money to me.

Phenomenal with kids! Beautiful office, friendly staff and an amazing dentist! Truly a dental fairy in my daughter's eyes!
