One of my back wisdom teeth cracked and Dr. Sherder was able to get me in right away and fixed it with a crown. No pain, no discomfort. I've been going there for over 15 years now. The entire office staff is fantastic and exceptionally talented. Everyone always greets you with a smile and makes you feel like you are visiting friends. If you want to keep your teeth healthy and your smile looking good, this is the place to go.

Excessive cost. $560 for a 15 minute job. Had the exact same dental procedure done at my Minneapolis dentist for $190. All I wanted was a simple cap glued back in place not a $560 invoice. You should have told me the price before you started the procedure. Since there was no pain because it was a cap over a root canal I would have declined because I would have it done back at my dentist in Minneapolis. Needless to say I will not be back. Roget Anderson

BayView Dental Arts is an extraordinary state of the art dental practice. Coming from Manhattan I've been loyal to my dentist for decades. My dental hygienist Cami was highly professional, explained in detail what needed to be done and created a comfortable atmosphere, not always easy in a dentist office. Dr. Scherder came in to evaluate my baseline and explained in detail his findings. Good energy and vibes at BayView Dental Arts. 100% state of the art practice.

Since I was in some pain and had just arrived in town, I was worked into the clinic's very busy day. Everyone was polite and positive. Dr. Carrigan took the time to give me a very thorough explanation of what was causing the discomfort and the various options for relief. Sandi May- I had contacted the office for a crown that was cracked and needed to be replaced. The office staff were very helpful and scheduled an appointment for a few days later which I appreciated immensely. Dr Scherder was very professional and knowledgeable about the crown replacement. I was delighted to learn more about the technology used to actually make the crown in house and not require an additional appointment.
The procedure went like clockwork and the new crown was prepared as discussed. For the first time I had a crown that fit perfectly immediately! No high places etc. He and his assistant completed the procedure and were very professional and thoughtful. I scheduled a cleaning for a later date and so did my husband. I highly recommend Bayview Dental Arts and Dr Scherder for quality dental work.

What a lovely experience at BayView Dental Arts! From the moment we stepped through the doors to when we left, the visit was great. Every staff member was warm and friendly and polite. My hygienist, Cami, was very friendly and explained every step she was taking. Dr. Scherder was a delight - personable and thorough. The offices are calm and beautiful and with the view of the bay with boats and water, very relaxing.
The best experience at a dental practice that I have ever had. A bit more pricey, but worth every penny for the services, state of the art equipment, efficiently run, but not rushed, office that it is. Wish I had found them sooner!
