I love this Dental Clinic! Everyone here is very friendly, nice & Patient with me. They take the time to listen to my questions and answer them with great detail. Excellent location, very clean facilities, and have a large separate bathroom for privacy as well. Dr. Van Guilder is warm and very intentional on the level of skill and expertise she provides to all clients is above and beyond. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

I'm in the beginning process of getting my Dental Implants. Between Dr. Christina Van Guilder and her wonderful staff they truly make it a very rewarding experience everytime. The overall kindness I have received makes it a very relaxing experience. Plus the overall sense of humor from the staff, you can tell that they're a pretty close team. I'm so extremely happy that I went with this office for my Dental Implants Procedure. I will most definitely be recommending this office to my friends and family.

I came to Dakota Family Dentistry after my childhood dentist retired. It was difficult going to a new office but my experience has been wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and they clearly enjoy what they do in a great environment. My hygienist Stephanie is pretty cool too!

I've been going to Dakota Family Dentistry for about five years now. All of the dental hygienists have been very friendly and polite. I especially value the service I get with Dr. Van Guilder! Even the people that work in their billing department were extremely helpful (even more so than my dental insurance contacts). They are real people who take the time to help you figure out what you need, and they have the professionalism to make sure the first answer is the right answer.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel part of their family. From the front desk staff, to Laurie the dental assistant and Stephanie the hygienist to Dr. Christina Van Guilder, I was treated with respect. They also took care to explain step by step what was happening and offering gentle recommendations for my at home dental care.

They were honest and I left with my teeth looking and feeling great. I highly recommend and will continue to use them as dentist. I also want to add how I appreciate them not treating me negatively for using a Groupon for my first visit. Thank you for your professionalism

Positive experience all around. Front desk staff was kind enough to give me a free mask since I forgot to bring my own. Susanne was my hygienist and she took extra care when I mentioned my gums are a bit sensitive. Shout out to Dr. Christina Van Guilder for offering her services via Groupon. I have avoided my regular cleanings for years now. I am very anxious about going to the dentist. I finally faced my fears and worked with this clinic. Everyone there was pleasant and professional. I had to have some "catch up work" done and and it was handled with compassion. My experience was pleasent enough that I made my regular cleaning appointment, and will keep it. I highly recommend this office of professional, skilled and compassionate people.

Long time customer of the previous Dentist Robert Harper. When he retired and Dakota Family Dentistry moved in i was naturally a little apprehensive for how the new group would do. I could not feel more confident in their ability and more welcome and cared for by their staff. They are extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I have had such awful and painful experiences with dentists in the past that I have neglected going. Found this place by reading ratings and I am beyond happy! From the first phone call, I was thrilled by how nice and not judge they were. My first appt was a deep clean, and my second was preparing for implants. I felt absolutely NO pain, and coming here makes me actually excited to go to the dentist. So smart, caring, and knowledgeable. I'm the biggest baby ever when it comes to the dentist, and she and her staff have forever altered that opinion. 100% recommend!

I have a very complicated dental treatment, where many dental experts would shy away from taking on my case if they had a choice to do so. I was blessed to become Dr. Van Guilder's patent four years ago and after consulting with her about taking on my dental cosmetic work she jumped at the challenge. I had the best cleaning experience today All the girls are awesome and very kind. I got ideas how to keep my teeth cleaner and stronger. I LOVE Dakota Family Dentistry! I moved here a couple of years ago and stumbled upon DFD from a Google search and I'm so glad I did. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I'm always impressed with my hygienist, Susanne. She is such a straight shooter and tells me exactly what I need to be doing differently- or what I'm doing right. And my teeth have never felt cleaner!

The staff is very accommodating. It's sometimes difficult to see the bill, but I have researched or comparison shopped and found the Dentistry to be in line with the market prices. I give the practice 5 Stars.

The first thing I noticed when I visited Dakota Family Dentistry for a root canal was how friendly the receptionists were. They both greeted me with a smile. I found the waiting room pleasant and inviting. I thought it was very thoughtful to have a bottle of mouthwash with small cups on the counter in the bathroom to use at my discretion. Stephanie, Dr. Christina's Dental Assistant, offered me sun glasses to wear during my root canal which I was very grateful for because my eyes can be sensitive to the bright light. Dr. Christina is very dedicated to her work and her commitment to excellency is very apparent.

I appreciated her attentiveness to my pain threshold. Dr. Christina has a very eclectic taste in music of which I enjoyed listening to while she worked with great efficiency. I was very impressed with how quickly I was up and out of there!

I went in for a general cleani g. I arrived with a mask on and all the staff just wore a surgical mask with no shields! I asked where there shields were and I really didnt get a response. Than the dentist stated I needed a root canal and needed to be seen by a specialist in downtown St. Paul. I wanted a second opinion so i asked for my records to. be sent to a different dentist.

I came in signed the realse forms to be sent. It took several calls and even the other dentist office called for them. After multiple attempts I was firm and said I need my records sent over and I will no longer be a patient here!

Hygenist was very concerned with my comfort throughout my cleaning. Everyone was very nice!
