I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and answered my questions/concerns without judgment. Overall a very positive experience from being greeted with a smile as I walked in, to the hygienist and dentist who took great care of me and explained everything I needed to know in a way that was easy to understand. Not to mention the office is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

My dental hygienist Kim was excellent. Very caring patient very gentle. Dr stump was very personable as well. Great 1st time experience recommend to anyone who needs great dental care.

We had an awesome experience at the office. Doctor and stuff were caring and thoughtful. Our dentist went through the details and treatment options with my mom, and provide great suggestions. Couldn't be happier!

Moving to a new area and finding a new dentist is hard. We were referred to Claire MacIntyre through a new friend. I do NOT like going to the dentist but Claire will make this journey a whole lot easier. Today was my first appointment with Claire and her excellent staff. Carrie cleaned and checked every one my teeth, and Claire examined them in the end. Great experience! Very professional yet so personal care. I think I might enjoy visiting the dentist after all. I grew up seeing the same dentist in my hometown my entire life. When I moved to Indy I knew I needed a new one but after a lackluster experience in 2019, I had been avoiding it. After visiting Village Dental at Saxony today I'm kicking myself that I waited! The staff, techs, hygienists and dentists are kind, knowledgeable and personable. They constantly checked in on my comfort level, gave me many options to stay comfortable and gave me a variety of options for my care.

This is the first time in my entire life that I actually planned my next appointment to be in 6 months as recommended! They put technology to good work and don't have it just to be flashy. I left comfortable, more knowledgeable about my mouth and so happy I visited.

Terrible experience. They made a huge error in estimating my insurance and booked me in a few weeks earlier than what was covered (because they're in such a huge rush to perform the service and get paid. it was not urgent). Then AFTER the service was done and paid for, they called me with a huge new bill and took zero responsibility for the mistake.

I won't even get into our experience with the pediatric dentist, but the other reviews about her are correct. I will add that the other dentists and hygienists were great to work with. Unfortunately the rest of the way they do business is enough reason to not go back.

Five star rating all around! From making appointment to checking in, very pleasant experience. State of the art imaging. Hygienist was friendly, thorough, and explained everything before performing services. Dentist was amazing as well. Highly recommended!

Amazing! Gorgeous facility and the kindest staff. My 3 year old is petrified of dentists but everyone here made her feel so comfortable! A full exam and cleaning with not a tear shed!? I'm a big fan! Dr. Carol and her team are fantastic with kids.

Great job as always! I've been coming to village dental for years. My hygienist Megan always does a great job. Very gentle when it comes to cleaning and flossing and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process!

A very impressive dental practice. The facility was spacious, well decorated and very relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly. Everyone from the receptionist, hygienist to the dentist took their time to clearly explain everything in great detail. The equipment was modern and up to date. Everything seemed to be well organized. Well done Village Dental.

I took my daughter here for the first time today. It was emergency dental work, too. I had a previous dental office I was going to, and they weren't working quick on what needed done. My daughter has decaying teeth on the top, especially the ones that broke when she was a smaller baby (~8.5-9 months old). My daughter was going to need extractions, . but the other office wanted to put her under anesthesia and at a hospital, and I would've done so, if needed, but she developed an abscess on her gums, so instead of waiting several months (the date was unknown, because my daughter is not yet two, and they didn't have an open date for after she turns 2), it needed done NOW. I had called her dentist.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They take time to get to know you and make you feel like they have been your dentist for far longer than they have. It doesn't feel like a large practice.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr. Talbot is my dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable, soft spoken and kind. I feel very comfortable having selected Village Dental at Saxony for my dental health care.

I've been going through extensive dental work. It's not at all my favorite thing to do, but if I must, I could not ask for a better dentist than Dr. Brian Kramer. He is very caring to me, understanding and compassionate to my fear of all dental procedures I've had to endure, and he makes personal phone calls to follow up on how I'm doing. His. quality of work certainly is making my teeth look and feel better!

I am a new patient with VD@S. I'm thankful that I was referred by my sister to get my dental health taken care of here. I plan on continuing as a patient, and I highly recommend that anyone would consider here also.

I highly recommend Village Dental at Saxony! They make you feel at ease. Their facility is state of the art! I just had the Best cleaning ever! I do not have insurance but the plan they offer can't be beat! My Hygienist and Dr MacIntyre are wonderful!
