I can't show more appreciation to Dr. A and everyone working in Pappas. Look at the great improvement they've made to my smile in 18 months. They have the best professional skills and service in Gainesville. I visited three other orthodontists before choosing Dr. A, and finally the most achievable price offered by Pappas made my decision. I'm so lucky. I have recommended Pappas to two of my friends and till now they're both very satisfied. Thank you all!

I've had braces before but wasn't very good at wearing my retainer; so, my teeth shifted back. I found out about Pappas & Tapley Orthodontics when I moved to Gainesville and had a great experience here. On my first visit, the lady that did my X-Ray and consulted me was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Akhavan, my technician, Sarah, and his front staff were also very nice and accommodating as I always needed extra rubber bands and they were happy to give me more every time I asked.

They also offer in-house, flexible payment plan which is very convenient. The facility is also very clean. On my last visit to take off my attachments, they also give me candies and whitening gels.

I rarely write any reviews, so the experience must be either horrible or amazing for me to do so. In this case, I can say that my experience with Pappas & Tapley has been nothing short of AMAZING! I've had my Invisalign for 5 weeks now and can already feel the difference. Thank you Wila, Sarah, Dr. Akhavan, and every person is the staff for providing a great service in such a kind way.

Dr. Akhavan and the whole staff are amazing! Due to the nature of my career, I'm always traveling & the staff alway make accommodations for me which I'm super grateful for. I recommended my husband to come here and now he's getting treatment here. My daughter wants to (and will) come here once it's time for her to get braces. The game room is a plus :).

They are the best! Anytime I have an issue with my braces they get me taken care of right away.

I chose this place because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. I only saw Dr A. (Not sure the other 2 still own the biz). I might have been the oldest patient at 53, until I referred my wife! EVERYONE is amazing, professional, gentle and sincerely nice. Everyone is busy and move around the office like a well oiled machine. They work around my schedule as much as possible and communication is A+.

The office is clean, inviting and the environment feels comfy. For future employees; they are patient with training the newer ones and help one another without pause. No matter what age you are, I recommend this team. Sincerely, Leshia :)

Such a kind and professional team. Wila and Dr. Akhavan were so kind and skilled with our 7 year old son, explaining our plan of care thoroughly and answering all our questions. Eve was very nice scheduling and getting us started as well. I can't say enough how grateful we are- this is an excellent practice!

Pappas & Tapley is hands down the best orthodontist I have ever been to. I've never felt more comfortable in any other business. Kristen and Leah are so kind and make sure I am taken care of in every way possible. I started my invisiline process a year or so ago and it was the quickest and easiest thing I've ever done! I have not had any problem they couldn't fix quickly and efficiently! So thankful for this amazing staff and their genuine care for their patients! I have sent family and many friends here. 100/10 I recommend!

Dr. Akhavan and the rest of the Pappas and Tapley team were amazing! My dog ate my retainer last night and I was in a frenzy to get a new one. Eve was incredible and was able to squeeze me in for a same-day, last-minute appointment. She was very detail-oriented and extremely friendly. There was no wait time; I was assisted as soon as I arrived! The procedure was quick and painless.

They used a probe to gently scan my mouth in order to 3D print a brand new retainer for me, which will be ready in 1-2 business days. absolutely incredible! 10 years ago it would've taken at least 2 weeks to get a new retainer. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I was helped by Willa, Kristen and Sarah, who all made my visit to Pappas and Tapley the best orthodontic experience I've ever had. Sarah was especially welcoming! Thank you so much Pappas and Tapley!

I had a great experience here. I had braces as a child but my permanent retainer came off and I did not wear my retainer as much as I should. This caused one of my bottom teeth to be crooked. As a 20/21 year old, I didn't want braces but I wanted this fixed. Invisalign and this office were perfect. It was supposed to take me around 20 weeks but ended up taking around 35.

After my first 20, they offered to order me 4 more aligners (at no additional price) which takes 4 weeks to get in. When the aligners showed up there were 11. That is the only problem I had. Other than that, everyone who works there was always really nice and really helpful. Dr. A was awesome. Love my teeth again thanks to them.

I started my Invisalign journey here years ago. The experience here has been completely professional and fun! Despite the changes of new ownership, this place is still the same if not better. The staff works as a team and are very down to earth. SARAH is always the best of the best! She really knows her stuff & puts your smile first. Check in and out (as well as scheduling at the desk) is also a breeze. Highly recommend many visits here! Your smile is their priority

Dr. A, Kristen, and the rest of the Pappas and Tapley staff are nothing short of amazing! I have had nothing but pleasurable experiences with every visit and interaction during the course of my treatment. They always provide a welcoming atmosphere and clearly explain each step of the process. Their facility is both clean and visually appealing.
