I had some old dental work that needed to be replaced. I also had some more resent bad dental work that needed to be fixed. They address, and replaced everything. They are always so warm and friendly. I really hated the way my teeth looked for a long time. But now I love the way my teeth look and feel.

I went in for an evaluation and cleaning. The facility is very impressive, with the most modern and up to date equipment. The procedure was the most thorough and complete that I have ever had, and I feel very confidant that my dental needs are in the hands of the best dental professionals ever!

It'd been a while since I last whitened my teeth, and I was a little wary about doing it in an actual dentist's office because I know it can leave your teeth fairly sensitive. I'm pleased to report that the professional whitening at Lifetime Smiles worked great and left my teeth feeling totally fine. (Maybe a little bit sensitive, but hardly noticeable.) Tony was really helpful in getting me all set up and feeling comfortable for the 20-minute in-office procedure. All in all, it was completely worth it.

What a great dental practice this is! It had been over 2 years since I'd seen the dentist due to the pandemic, so I needed a little help by the time things started to open back up. Dr. MacDonald and the staff at Lifetime Smiles has been so great! Even though I had a few cavities, I felt like I was in expert hands. I just had my second cleaning with them, and I can attest that the quality of service is just as great as my first time around.

Today I did whitening for the first time ever. Tony really helped me feel comfortable and confident about the process. (I was scared it would hurt, but newsflash: it totally didn't.) 20 minutes later and my teeth look 20 years younger! It's also worth noting that Dr. MacDonald's spouse (a surgeon, dentist, and anesthesiologist.triple threat!) just did my wisdom tooth removal about a month ago.

All things considered, that was a great experience too. (As much as wisdom tooth removal can be!) I'm so pleased to have found this practice. Good people and good vibes all around.

I have been going to Lifetime Smiles for three years. The Dentist and all the office staff have been wonderful. I got my teeth whitened for the first time today. I think this Dentist office is the best I have ever been to for my dental needs. Tammy and Jamie at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Mac Donald is a great dentist. Very friendly. She is tbe only dentist I have ever gotten a shot from, that didn't hurt. Just started with a new hygienist Grant, very nice, conscientious and quick. Everyone in the office is great! Very friendly and caring. I have been going here about 12 years and would recommend to anyone.

I recommend lifetime smiles to my family and friends because they really care about your oral health. They want you to maintain good habits with brushing and flossing and encourage it every visit. I have never had a dentist before that was really into such preventative measures; rather other dentists I have had seem like they don't care if you will get a cavity because then they can charge you for fillings etc. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming as well. I'm glad my family and I found lifetime smiles!

I went in for the first time to look into getting cosmetic bonding done. The entire staff was so lovely! They worked with me amazingly to get me in for my next appointment. I definitely found my new dental office!

Both the front desk ladies were very nice. They were very helpful explaining information. Tammy was very sweet and helped explain everything to me. I got called back very quick, It was even early. The hygienist was friendly and welcoming. He did a good job cleaning my teeth. Then after that I got my x-rays done by Tony. He was very nice and fun to be around. He made the experience less scary. The doctor was also amazing. Overall it was a great experience.

I have been going to Lifetime Smiles for several years and I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone there is amazing and the Hygienist there are the bomb. They are truly the nicest most gentle caring people I have ever met.

I've been going to Lifetime smiles for years. The staff has always been very professional when you walk in the office you're always greeted with a smile. When having an appointment, you don't have to wait in the waiting room long. The staff is very knowledgeable.

I have been going to this dentist for the last 6 years, I've since recommended them to many family members and friends. This office is great, they are super friendly and professional. It's clean and cute inside and they always make sure you are comfortable during your cleaning. I'm the type of person that's easily freaked out by sounds and teeth scraping but my hygienist is always super gentle and and very attentive to my sensitive teeth. I've always felt well taken care of by the office, every member of the staff has been super kind and professional.

Shout out to Tony he helped me with teeth whitening recently and a filling in the past and he made the process fun and comfortable and made sure to explain each step perfectly! I will continue to recommend this office to all my friends and family.

This was my first time at lifetime smiles and I had the best experience. I came for a cleaning and the hygienist was very gentle. I received my whiting right after, which is highly recommended after a cleaning and it was quick and easy. All the staff at lifetime smiles in Escondido are super friendly and very welcoming. I will refer all my friends and family to lifetime smiles in Escondido!

I'm so glad we found this place near our home. The staff is so welcoming, friendly and they have a great sense of humor which I love! Today I had a big scary procedure done but I didn't fear anything because I trusted Dr. McDonald and Tony professionalism, experience and knowledge. I love how clean the place is, the fact that I can get a massage while having my procedure done and of course, the state of the art technology they have. Do not go to this Dental office! They are the biggest dishonest office in Escondido! In 2019 when I made an appointment I showed a coupon for the first time patient which included complete X-ray and exam! today on November 2021 for the first time I am receiving a letter saying that I owe them $235!for the exam and the X-ray that was taken in 2019 otherwise they are going to send the payment to a collection agency!

I called them and talked to a lady receptionist Mrs. Ellie and she said they have not done a complete exam and the coupon that I had was only for a complete exam and that I have to pay for the doctors time! Don't be surprised when you suddenly receive a notice from this office after many years asking you for money or it will go to collections! Not sure what I should call it! I

The whole staff here is awesome! Special kudos to Tony whose kindness and calming nature got me through two long procedures! Big hugs to Dr. Mallakis, Jamie and Ellie for their talents and warm personalities and, of course, their great smiles!

I have been going to Lifetime smiles in Escondido for over 10 years, probably more like 15 years. The moment I walk in I am greeted by Jayme and Tammy which is always makes me feel right at home. Before I know it, I am checked in and Grant has come by to take me back for my routine cleaning and X-rays. After that Dr. McDonald came by and reviewed the Xrays with a Sharp eye. Luckily for me today she didn't see any concerns.

And like that I scheduled my next appointment for 6 months from now, and I am out the door. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend you check out Lifetime Smiles in Escondido.

I've been going to lifetime smiles for awhile and this is the first dentist office that is so welcoming and honestly goes Out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I used to hate going to the dentist office over past experiences and I still don't "love it" but I don't get the anxiety like I used to. I had to have a crown and cavity filled at once and i was in and out with my permanent crown. No going back and having to wait! I highly recommend this dentist office!

I've been seeing this dentist for about 5 years now. When I first visited the office the Dr Mallakis took the time to get acquainted and to understand my full history and lengthy dental history. After the first visit I had previous TMJ and neck and jaw pain completely disappeared. He adjusted my previous fillings/crowns with amazing results. Then I was even more surprised that they manufacture there crowns on site during your appointment no waiting two weeks with a temporary filling! Fabulous friendly staff and very accommodating to those of us with busy schedules.

I absolutely loved my experience at Lifetime Smiles. I broke my retainer and was looking for a place in the San Diego area who would be able to help me with a replacement. They were able to get me into the office the next day and were even able to speed up the process so I could get my retainer before I was going out of town. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, and made it such a pain free experience. Highly recommend Lifetime Smiles!

When I called this office to verify that I was covered at 100% through my Delta PPO, the receptionist assured me that I was. When my daughter and I went in for our appointments, the quote they gave us was at 50%. I let them know that this was incorrect according to the information I was given over the phone, that I am covered at 100%. I'm a teacher and have been covered at 100% for the past 25 years, and I always make sure to verify that the dentist is in my network.

They proceeded to do the work and then mailed me a bill for over $300. It turns out that this office gave me incorrect information, and that dr. McDonald is a delta premier dentist, not delta ppo. I was very disappointed that this office was unwilling to rectify the situation, so a grievance was filed with delta dental.
