Dr Tan take care dental services for whole our family 20+ years. Recommend it.

I've been going to Dr. Tan ever since I was a kid! Him and his entire staff have always been amazing, extremely knowledgeable and kind! He gets the job done and is a great dentist!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Tan for over 20 years! He and the staff at SC Dental are always professional and attentive to your dental health while making sure you feel comfortable. Have had a few crowns and fillings done and would go nowhere else but here for this work.

Been coming to Dr. Tan for over 10 years. Very clean and professional service and staff. Always feel he does his best to ensure I have the best care. When I got my wisdom teeth pulled at an orthodontist his office sent me a smoothie gift card. So thoughtful!

I would never recommend to anybody to go there. Especially to Dr. Dean Tan he is not professional he messed up my crowns while while deep cleaning. A week of painful nightmare. He treats customers differently depends on their insurance. There was not any difference between deep cleaning and cleaning both took the same time. I am changing my dentist after this events. My family and I has been with them for at least 3 years but not anymore.

We had the worst experience with Dr. Tan his cleanings are the worst he is literally not looking when he is cleaning. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. My mother just had a deep cleaning and it is the worst we have never seen such a thing before It took like 15 minutes. If I had a chance to give 0 stars I would! Please consider choosing your dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Tan for 10 years. I saw 3 other dentists before him and I can say Dr. Tan is the best among them all. He is always nice and very patience in explaining the issues of your teeth. He took his time in his treatment, so you never feel rush and uncomfortable. He won't never suggests you to do any treatments that you don't need. I am very luck to find him. And I will recommend him to all my friends or colleagues.

I think this place actually offered perfect services. The whole team is sooo detail oriented and care about their patients. I will recommend Dr. Tan to everyone.

Dr. Tan is very unprofessional his cleanings are very bad it doesn't take anytime and feels like he's just going over and let's you go. My mother went there for deep cleaning Dr. Tan messed up my mother's one of Crowns it has become an painful nightmare for us. We've been with them for a long time and we won't be anymore.

My father went there and told them what happened and Dr. Tan sent letter that is saying "No appointments shall be made" and many other stuff. he acted like we did something wrong by telling him what happened totally unacceptable. Consider and research more before choosing your dentist if you don't want your life turn into a nightmare.

I have had a terrible experience with SC Dental. I was scheduled for a cleaning for 2:40pm. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have been vomiting daily. I was so nauseas I called to reschedule and they said I can't reschedule within 24 hours, then I called them to explain that I'm pregnant and throwing up so I'm going to be late and I can be there by 3pm and they said that the dentist was dropping me as a patient.

I have never heard of anything like this and I will be filing a complaint. Are they dropping me because I'm pregnant? Also, the office is dark and dingy, old and needs to be updated. I'm not even sure why I chose this dentist, I think because it was close to my house but I'll never go back there.

This place is great! I always feel comfortable when I walk in and they do a great job with cleaning and keeping up with my appointments. I definitely recommend them for kids or families.

I have been seeing Dr. Tan for my dental services for 20years. I am so grateful of receiving professional services from him. I also had a dental implant here in the past year. It was a smooth and comfortable experience. Thank you, Dr. Tan.

Michelle at the front desk was extremely incompetent. I was very disappointed in the service here my filling fell off three months after it was applied. I called back to set up an appointment an was told that based on my appointment I would have to make another appointment for the tooth to be filled. I understand if I was there for the first time I feel that is a incredible waste of time to make a initial appointment to be tentatively seen. I've been there 4 separate times. I feel like this place needs help and quality of work is sub par. I will never come here again. Terrible customer service especially since we are spending so much money.

My appointment got cancelled when I arrived to their office. Dad experience with office stuff too. I found other people had appointment cancellation issue on Yelp too.

Dr. Tan is very knowledgeable and gentle! Came in for an extraction and he handled my teeth with great care. The procedure went smoothly with minimal pain. All thanks for Dr. Tan and his staff. I would highly recommend all my family and friends.

Dr Dean ruined my husband life, because over simple thing, her negligence caused us 4to 6 months hospitalization. Just go to 2nd opinion to know your case better. I think all they want is how to take money from your pocket. I'm writing behalf of my husband. Thanks

I came here for a teeth cleaning last month and I had overall pleasant experience. Friendly staff reminds my appointment the day before. And to be seen pretty much on time. Dr. Tan is vey knowledgeable and detail explain my treatment plan. I highly recommend SC DENTAL CENTER. The whole team is awesome. You will not regret in choosing them to take care of your dental needs.

What should have been a simple cavity treatment turned into a complicated 15 month long nightmare, with root canal and crown. Very expensive and painful. The doctor never discussed potential risks or alternatives with me and overcharged for everything.

Came here a few months ago for a dental cleaning. Overall good experience, the staff was friendly but the girls at the front seemed more focused on their gossip than actually answering my questions. The procedure went well too. Only thing is she found FIVE cavities, which is incredible because I haven't had one in several years. Plus, my last cleaning with my regular dentist wasn't too long ago and they didn't find anything.

Will follow up with a second opinion. 6/13/15: Visited my regular dentist (who I trust more) and said I had NO CAVITIES. This place was out to get our money! Do not trust them.

I initially got a x ray to get an exam. Doctor found several cavities but their pricing on cavity treatment was really expensive compared to other dentists. This is with insurance. So I wanted to take the xrays and go to a different Dentist. This place gave me a paper copy even though they have a digital copy. This doctor is overpriced. Dentist just right across the street is not as expensive. Greedy and doesn't care about patients.
