What a bunch of amazing caring, and skilled individuals. I can't imagine getting this level of care anywhere else. Not only is the atmosphere always relaxed and cheerful - they really go the extra mile to help. My jr. high school aged kid puked right outside their office today and they were amazing at helping me get both kids out to the car and home where I could care for them. Thank you!

Good visit. Great report. Friendly, courteous, professional hygienist cleaned my teeth and did X-Rays. Dr. Walker checked me out and said that I was good for another six months.

Everybody (from front desk to the actual dentist) is great, fun, personable and very professional. They remember you by name, they know your story and work with you if you need anything. All I can say is thank you!

I went to this practice for years. The most recent several visits I was pressured by the hygenists to buy cosmetic services. When I said I wasn't interested the latest hygienist kept pressing me until I said "STOP!" I was seething. I should have said something to the dentist who came to check me afterwards. I have now left the practice even though my kids still go there.

As long as I wait in the waiting room they can't pressure me for anything and they know the kids can't consent to anything cosmetic. The only reason my kids still go there and because my ex-husband begged me not to change them to a different dentist for some reason. Considering that I hold the insurance that covers my kids, I may change to a practice it's closer to my house.

Excellent care again from the office. Dr. Walker and her assistant Amy did an awesome job on my filling. They always render such wonderful and personable care. The office as a whole is so professional and a real joy to work with.

I haven't had dental work here yet as today was only a consult, but I already can tell I'm in great hands. Everyone is very friendly and the doctor I saw today was incredibly gentle and patient. Not that I'm looking forward to what awaits me, but I'm grateful to have it done with them! Update: Wow! I am very happy to have found them. After having a rear crown replaced, I woke up the very next day with zero pain and never had any since.

The crown looks great too. Everyone is professional and considerate. I get a bit anxious with dental work. I can't stress enough how kind and patient the doctor and her assistants were with me, checking in constantly to make sure I felt comfortable and not minding when I wanted a short break. I will be returning for sure.

I went here for an emergency appointment due to tooth pain that kept me up during the night. They were able to get me in that day (fantastic) and I went in and got x-rays but that is the most that they did. I was in a decent amount of pain and discomfort and all I got was a referral to a root canal specialist and higher dose of ibuprofen (which I had already been taking).

That was frustrating but the worst part was that I felt upset and ashamed about my teeth. I have had a decent amount of root canals and fillings done and was told by the dentist that she hadn't seen teeth this bad since she had started working in NOVA and I shouldn't have had this much done already. I started to get emotional and was rather upset and crying when I left because I felt like I did not get any help and just told my teeth were bad.

Great dental visit with Dr. Walker today. My previous dentist retired and sold his practice so I was on the search for a new dental office. After a lot of research, I found very good reviews about the dental practice of Jamie Park DDS & Associates. I was assigned to Dr. Walker and could not be happier! She and the dental assistant were very warm, welcoming and professional!

They took their time with me and made sure I was well informed and comfortable with every procedure they performed. They front office staff was awesome as well! Very efficient, professionally engaging, and welcoming! The office was clean and they have measures in place to keep you safe during COVID! Thanks for an awesome dental appointment!

I am really happy with my experiences here. My dentist is Dr. Moon and I love being her patient. She is very professional and I have only had amazing experiences with her and all the dental assistants I've met so far. Dr. Moon is very knowledgeable and friendly during my appointments explaining all issues, alleviating concerns, and providing quick and painless service.

I would highly recommend the Office of Jamie Park DDS to everyone as they provide polite professional service, incorporate new technology to provide clear visualizations, and offer various solutions for any dental concerns. Both Dr. Moon and the dental assistants have been upfront and honest with me about effects, costs, and drawbacks to any decisions and I appreciate being given the information and tools needed to make informed decisions in their office.

This was a wonderful experience. All the staff members were very friendly and professional. Every staff member I came in contact with were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the procedures and patently answered all my questions. Dr. Walker was wonderful. Prior to my dental procedure, she explained the process and made sure I was satisfied with the dental work once it was done.

At this office I can tell that providing good customer service and making sure their patients are satisfied is their top priority. It was a hometown dental office experience, which is hard to find these days. Come see it for yourself. :-
