This dentist is a scam! I was told my insurance was accepted, paid a co-pay much greater than I normally would at my old dentist, and still got charged an extra $25. Never in a million years would I recommend this dentist, not to mention when I came in for the appointment they had me waiting for an additional 20 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Dr Bult is an amazing human and a fantastic dentist. She genuinely cares for all of her patients. Thank you Faith for taking such great care of my family and our teeth!

The office, in general, is upbeat and really friendly, and is an all-female business (which is great)!. After the first go-around with COVID most or all of the staff had to be let go for the time being, or whatever action was necessary in order for the business to slow or close for a time (not sure how long). It was a shame not to see the pretty faces I'd gotten to know over so many years, but the new staff is just as friendly and helpful, and I'm sure we'll all become as chummy as with the previous staff members. Dr. Bult (Faith) is wonderful!

She always makes me feel welcome, and makes getting Novocain almost painless, which in my past experience has never been in the case! I really love coming here even though my insurance covers very little besides the every 6 month cleaning and yearly X-rays. It just keeps me on my toes to make sure I brush & floss, plus use the fluoride toothpaste twice daily! Thanks to all of you ladies. You're always a joy to visit - what ask odd thing to say to your dentist!

I have not been to a dentist in over 20 yrs, needless to say I was a little bit nervous. I had a tooth infection and thought I was going in just to have Dr. Faith assess it, send me home with an antibiotic and come back another day. She said I needed 2 teeth pulled, both abscessed. Oh boy, I was very nervous now. Dr. Faith and her team made me feel so comfortable and reassured.

The worst part was the shot to numb the area and that wasn't even that painful. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. The front desk was very nice as was her assistant and herself. Thank you for fitting me in and Thank you Dr. Faith for giving me something to look forward to

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bult for close to 20 years (our kids were about 8). She is an amazing dentist. She has always been honest and ethical in our treatment and in what we need. She takes a genuine interest in our family and remembers us! Staff are always friendly and smiling. We highly recommend Dr. Bult.

Horrible experience! Several years back had this dentist replace my 2 front crowns.because they had been root canaled prior she used no novocaine. As a result my gums were in tremendous pain. One of the crowns was super irritated and eventually fell out. I discovered that a piece of gauze had been left between the gum and back part of the crown. She replaced it but told me that l need implants and that they would cost 5 thousand dollars per tooth. Insanely pricey and terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Terrible, I had gone in because my tooth was cracked and they placed a temporarily crown on it but aggravated the nerves resulting in a root canal. Definitely do not recommend. They were not even apologetic about it or anything.

There is a lot that could be said about this dentistry practice. Keep in mind that all of them are actually positive! I don't mean to brag but I have been to the dentist a lot! Most of those were extractions out of necessity. Compared to previous dentists I have been too Dr. Bult has made it acceptionally easy to be a patient. She doesn't waste time when it comes to your care.

She moved around her schedule and was able to remove a broken wisdom tooth. She didn't have to accommodate me. She was already extremely busy. I had already gone 2 days without sleep and without her the cycle would have continued until a week later when I found a random office that could squeeze me in. Dr. Bult took as much time as I needed to feel confident in the procedure and I now have found a home for my new family of smiles. Thank you for being my savior. I'll be in to get the bridge put in after my vacation to Oregon next week!

After a two hour long teeth cleaning appointment in which I was led to believe that my teeth were perfectly fine (minus some gum problems and my teeth needing a basic cleaning), I was informed in probably the last 15 minutes that all of a sudden I had five cavities. With things sounding kind of sketchy, I had my old dentist take a look at my teeth for a second opinion and he told me there were two teeth that looked a little "sticky" but nothing serious enough to warrant drilling into my teeth. Seeing similar review stories, this makes sense to me. In a country where medical costs are astronomical, it's quite disgusting and unprofessional having people that are suppose to help you try to get money out of you. Watch out

I went to this dentist for 4 years and always felt off about it. I had never gotten a single cavity before, however after going to her I was getting 3 or 4 a visit. I recently went to a new dentist and they were shocked by the work that was done on my teeth. They have since started me on a plan to replace all of the filling that had been done. I also had a root canal that was a result of a poorly done filling. A hole formed in the filling that resulted in a root canal. DO NOT GO TO HER!

I've been going to Dr. Bult's for the last year, and every visit has been amazing. Everyone is so kind, caring, and comforting, and they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, which eases so much of my anxiety. Dr. Bult and her staff explain every step of what they are doing and answer any questions I have. I appreciate Dr. Bult and her team so much, and am so happy to be a patient of hers.

After seeing her full-page vanity advertisement glamor photo shoots in Bellingham Alive magazine, I wouldn't go to her if she paid me.

I have gone to this practice for a year now. I had a front filling done and a month later it broke off. I came back in to get it fixed (for no charge which was good), but 3 months later the filling is yellowing and chipping. I do not drink coffee or eat sugar. When I asked them about this they said it was normal wear and tear and the filling would have to be redone every couple of years.

My insurance company didn't cover all of this filling so I notified the office that I would be contacting the insurance company myself. The office was very persistent on calling me for payment. I have moved to Canada and no longer have insurance in the states. I called the office to ask to get my scans (including a panoramic whole mouth xray) sent to the office in Canada and they said that there was no record of this xray being done.

I remember being charged for this and having it done so I called and explained to them that I had it done around my birthday before my insurance expired. After searching through my files, they eventually found the xray and said they would send it to the new Dentist. However, this was never included in the files and some blank files were sent over.

When I called back to ask about this, they said it was a process to send files and they needed more notice. I am still confused why they are having trouble finding my panoramic xray in my files. Overall, Dr Bult seems friendly and it is nice to have an office with all women staff. I would use caution when it comes to general dentistry, the practice does not encompass a holistic view and there is no mention of nutrition and prevention.

I am updating my review as I have spent over 10k getting the fillings this so claimed doctor put into my mouth. Every cavity ever filled was over drilled and ended up needing a fix or a root canal and crown. She was cited by the health department on multiple accounts. Beware of this dentist.

Growing up, I've never ever had 1 cavity. I went in to see Faith Bult & she said I had FOUR. I decided to get them filled, but that was a bad idea; it was worse than getting my Wisdom Teeth removed. I could feel her drilling in my teeth, and I had to stop her mid procedure because it was too painful without more numbing medication. After the procedure, I was in excruciating pain (like I said, worse than Wisdom Teeth removal) & I had huge bruises on my cheeks from the procedure (not gentle at all) for 1-2 weeks which made me look like I was punched in the face.

That was a year ago and those teeth I got filled are worse than ever and are now very sensitive. Overall, it made mouth hurt instead of feeling better. The hygienist I usually see is very kind; however, I recently went in for a cleaning and there was a fill-in hygienist who had no idea what she was doing & didn't floss my teeth, barely polished my teeth, and would rinse my mouth without allowing me to suction (I had to swallow).YUCK Dr. Bult once again told me that I have more cavities but I'm not going back. I'm finding a more professional place.

Dr. Faith is amazing and wonderful she made me feel right at home. she is the best dentist I've ever had. her staff is amazing and they do so well with you. i would recommend this place for kids and adults. her dogs are the best thing to look forward to if you are a kid. she is amazing and kind. the people at the front desk are awesome. Dr. Faith you are amazing and wonderful thank you for help making me a better smile!

10/10 the best dentist ever. I had to get a lot of work done which was really daunting, but they made the whole process so easy. These ladies are so friendly and they genuinely care about their patients. I'm so sad I moved out of town because Dr. Bult and her practice are seriously awesome people and awesome at what they do and I've even contemplated traveling the 6 hours north to continue seeing them.

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Faith Bult and her staff! My family and I have been patients there for over 5 years, and we look forward to our visits every six months, including the kids! Dr. Bult takes the time to explain everything she is going to do, and is very gentle with all her procedures. The hygienist's are top-notch, very friendly, and also very gentle with the cleanings.

The whole staff is warm and out-going, and takes the time to chat with us at each appointment. The office is very clean, and modern with top of the line equipment, and it is bright and cheerful. Thank you to Dr. Bult and her staff for showing us that Dental care is nothing to be afraid of!

It seems odd that all these reviews sound like they were written by the same person with different names.

My family has been seeing Dr. Bult for over 15 years and have experienced only outstanding treatment from everybody. From the front desk, the hygienist, the dental assistants, and most of all Dr Faith Bult, they are all great. When we first got here we tried at least 4 dentists and left them after a couple of visits because of the capability of the dentist themselves and the unfriendliness of the staff.

Good relationship between doctors and patients go both ways. Treat them good and you'd get it back. Other people are so impatient and impossible to deal with thinking that because they are customers and they are always right. Not in real world. All of us have rights and should be respectful of others.

I would not recommended this dentist to anyone. Find someone else, not Dr. Bult, to work on your teeth. That's my opinion. I have had similar experiences to the other reviews but do not want to get into detail. In my opinion, the dentist is rude and does poor work.

After never having a cavity, and 6 mos after a previous checkup I had 4, 5, 9, and maybe 3 more. The number kept changing. The filling pits are deep, my teeth are so sensitive that 6 mos later I can still only chew on one side. The billing went ok, but the pain was something out of a horror film and I ended up missing days of work. I can't recommend her as my mouth seems permanently messed up now.

I can't speak for other people, but I always look forward going to the dentist with Dr. Bult as my oral health professional! Her staff makes me feel welcome and as if I am a part of the crew. The staff are always top notch and professional, and will always make sure I am comfortable no matter if I am getting my teeth cleaned or having a cavity filled.

And she stands behind her work. If for whatever reason I feel something wrong with my teeth, bite, etc., she will get me in as soon as possible and I never have to pay a fee!

I gave the office my past dentist information. They never contacted them. Dr bult s office gave me xrays and assured me they were covered even though I had them at my last appt. My insurance didn't cover it and it was a nightmare dealing with her drones. While in the office, she preached about how coal trains will create thousands of jobs, how she is a local celebrity and always on the news.if she focused on her work and not her overinflated ego, then she would still be a shitty dentist.

She gave me a composite filling and did a terrible job. My bite is now messed up and she won't fix it without more money. The filling chipped and now I'm forced to get more work. She is a hack and her license should be revoked

Dr. Bult is rude, expensive, and dishonest. I've been going to her for a couple years, and really wish I'd quit sooner. My latest fillings ended up costing three times more out of pocket than what they quoted me, and their only excuse was some lame bullshit about the kind of ceramic they used. Dr. Bult seems to find a way to get a rude dig in every time.

She asked me if I was a smoker because I "smelled like it, " and didn't believe me when I said I wasn't because she can "always tell these things." Another time during an early-morning appointment she accused me of being on drugs because I was nodding off a bit, and once again flat-out refused to believe I wasn't. She went out to the waiting room to tell my girlfriend that she thought I was high on something and would need to be driven home - in front of all the waiting patients. She's unprofessional, arrogant, and just plain nasty.

A few of the assistants and hygienists are alright, but most are aloof and condescending. One outright made homophobic comments about me to a colleague in the hallway within clear earshot of the room I was in. Patient care is abysmal and the atmosphere is completely toxic. If you like paying ridiculous amounts of money to be slandered and harassed, go to Dr. Bult. If not, stay far away.

Love Dr. Bult and all of her staff. They are always super friendly and take their time to explain everything when needed. The office is great too! Hardly feel like I'm in a dentists office, well at least until I get into the chair. If your looking for great dentist in Bellingham, you've got to give Dr. Bult a try!

Faith, you really do great work. My "new grille" looks so much better than the previous crowns did and I can't thank you and your amazing staff enough for having taken the time to work with us and our insurance company to help minimize our out-of-pocket expenses for this dental work. Thanks to you and to all of your staff and keep up the good work.

Ten years ago I would have given Dr. Bult's office 5 stars without thinking twice. I moved back to town recently and was down right excited to be a patient there again! Boy had things changed. The office staff is incompetent with insurance, dismissive of concerns and complaints, and just plain rude. I am sure Dr Bult is still a good dentist but totally NOT worth having to deal with the office staff.

I think I'm finally satisfied with a dentist! From the moment you walk in until you leave you feel comfortable. The front desk is very attentive and is informed when it comes to any insurance questions or quotes. Thank you Claire. The assistants that I've meant seemed well educated and skilled on their levels. Then theirs the dentist. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've been to dentist in the past and I don't understand why they're always trying to sell me the idea of implants, implants, implants.

On a professional level Faith is honest and is consistent on the patients needs. I would highly recommend this dental team to anyone looking for a excellent, honest, professional atmosphere. Thanks again.

Dr. Bult, the front office staff and the technicians have all been great to work with. I originally found Dr. Bult through a friend that is a patient. What a great find! I have lived in Bellingham for awhile and my dental visits have not been great up til recently. Thats when I changed to Dr. Bults office. The waiting room is clean, has nice magazines and there are refreshments available while you wait.

I am always greeted right away when I come in the door and have never had to wait for more than a few minutes before being take to the back for my appointment. This where they reallyl shine. I'm not left there to die or starve to death or wonder if they've forgotten about me. Nope. One of the technicians comes in immediately and starts working on my mouth.

The staff actually understands how important my time is and does a great job keeping things going. The proceedures are explained to me clearly before started so that there is no scarey stuff going on. I just had a front tooth replaced with a crown, which is probably the toughest tooth to match since its so visible, and the match is perfect. It's a great looking tooth!
