When our previous dentist (Dr. Brinson) retired, I didn't think we would be able to find anyone who could hold a candle to him and his staff. Our family had been seeing Dr. Brinson for close to 30 years, and we were fortunate to receive his referral. Dr. McRory is our old dentist's dentist, and that means he is the best of the best! I am so pleased with the integrity, friendliness, and service of Dr. McRory and his staff. I can't recommend them enough!

Very friendly and professional. I have had two extractions (40 year old root canals finally failed), and having them replaced by implants. I won't lie, the extractions were harrowing, but not because of any wrongdoing on the part of Dr. McRory. These were great big molars, and they put up a fight. They did not want to go quietly. They left a big hole in my mouth that took some time to heal. Dr. McRory and staff were very helpful with follow up and pain management.
After my jawbone grew back, we set about having implants installed, so I can still chew on that side of my mouth, and to prevent the migration and deterioration of the mating teeth. The implant process has been virtually pain free, and very high tech. Dr. McRory uses a computer guided tool to make the space for the implant. I really didn't need much pain medicine for the implant process.
On day two, I was hardly aware of any discomfort. Follow up two days later was a five minute visit. Yup, looks good, no discomfort. See you when the crown is done. The crown has loosened a couple times in two years. The first time was due to a design flaw by the lab, which Northside replaced at no charge to me. The second time seems to have been due to wear and tear, possibly from nocturnal tooth grinding. Drilling out the crown and tightening the setscrew to torque spec set me right. They put a filling back in the crown and sent me on my way with a recommendation to try a mouth guard at night.

This was my first time visiting this dental clinic. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and care they took with my teeth. They truly take the time to make you feel like you are the only patient, some clinics seem rushed and you end up feeling like a number. The staff and doctor where very warm and friendly. Most people shy away from going to a dentist. Part of that is from a bad experience, part from poor treatment. This is an office environment that is extremely pleasant and caring. Eric is a true professional. Compassionate, gentle and attentive to a patients needs. All we have to do as a patient is enter the office with a positive attitude and the experience is enjoyable.
