Love the staff! Nicole is so friendly and understanding, it means everything to the patient. Emma is very gentle and is so good about educating and fostering ilthe importance of oral care. Natasha's kindness is also an asset to the practice. Dr. Olivia's gentle touch is much appreciated, and her chairside manner is fantastic. Dr. Jon's kind patience and understanding is also very much appreciated. Such a refreshing change from previous experiences with dentists and their offices. Makes you want to go to the dentist!

Dr. Collier is outstanding. I'm having a lot of issues with old teeth. She has given me all kinds of options, at all levels of expense. She took a great deal of extra time with me when a bridge popped off and I showed up with it for an appointment on another issue. I cannot say enough good things about her, but also about her outstanding staff. So incredibly accommodating.

I know I put them behind on that day, but they didn't show an ounce of exasperation. I switched to her because the guy I was seeing seemed to want upscale patients and he was kind of smarmy, too. The dental experience is inherently uncomfortable. I feel very good going to Dr. Collier.

Dr. Colliers office is filled with great people who care and are thoughtful by helping me with follow through on my appointment. Dr. Collier is an amazing dentist who made me laugh and feel peaceful in her chair, despite always requiring three times the anesthetic that most people recieve. Kathleen, her assistant was capable and most caring. We had a lot of smiles going on! Thank you guys for giving me such a peaceful first time visit ever! Kathleen

I have been a loyal CE family dental customer since I moved to Bellingham. They are a great team of hardworking Bellingham folks who care about their patients. I almost always have the same hygienist, Amber and she remembers details such as where I work and what I am up too. They do a great job cleaning and I am honestly better at flossing just so I can brag next time I go in.

Another experience with CE Family that made me a loyal customer was during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the senior center I work at couldn't get a thermometer to scan in caregivers and family, and we ended up calling all over, and CE loaned us an extra that they had ordered for a few weeks until ours came. CE really is a family operation and you can see that with the love and care they put into their practice.

I arrived a little early for my first appointment feeling in a good mood, and once the receptionist was off the phone I was given a mountain of written questions about medicines, medical conditions and the like. I started to fill them out, but started going blank because the Christmas music was being played too loud, and in the small reception room, it seemed to be right next to my ear.

I said something to the receptionist about the music and not being able to concentrate, and that I wished the paperwork had been mailed to me in advance. She said that maybe she could turn down the music, but she didn't do it. I tried again on the forms and still was not able to think. I asked Emily if I could just take the paperwork home with me to fill out and send it in later.

She said no, that I couldn't be seen without it. Even if there had been no music, it was too much to fill out and I would have had better access to my (unfortunately extensive) medical information at home. Emily was being insensitive about my situation. She called the hygienist up front to move me to a more quiet room, and I was already feeling Emily's hostility, I became too upset to think and the paperwork wasn't going to happen, so I left.

I called later that day to ask the paperwork to be mailed to me and then I would reschedule the appointment. Emily gave me attitude and asked me if they would be a good fit for me since they play music. She was snarky. When I mentioned that many offices send out the paperwork in advance to new patients, she was griping that many patients don't fill out the paperwork ahead of time and still have to do it at the office.

It is not a hard thing to send out the paperwork in advance, and so what if not everyone takes advantage of that. For someone who has been through surgeries, had multiple medical issues and many medicines to remember the names and dosages of, it is a kindness to them to give them the unpressured environment of home to complete their paperwork without the loud music in their ears.

Not only does this help the new patient, but it helps the dentist who needs complete information instead of answers that Emily recommended, like, "I can't remember" and "I don't know". For readers would still like to go to this office, I recommend they call ahead and ask for the paperwork to be mailed to them ahead of time and bring ear plugs to the appointment.

My experience was very positive. The staff was professional and kind. They were extremely considerate and gentle. They reviewed the treatment plan options with me and provided me with the price of the options. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I didn't walk out of here with my mouth worse off, but I didn't walk out with my mouth better off, and there's plenty to fix. I don't need surgery or anything major, but I do need some work and it will take a while. But for some reason they can only get me (and my other family members have had the same experience with them) in for a short while at a time.

So you get to keep come back (and keep paying). I was treated very rudely and finally gave up since I was already dealing with an hour and a half drive to get to them so they could make more money off of me. Two years later one of the fillings is popping out. They also didn't want to work on the most painful things first. I'd say if you just need a cleaning, go here.

But if you think you might actually have a cavity or two, don't bother. Especially if you don't live really close OR if you have a job that doesn't just let you have the day off to go to the dentist.
