Was told they accepted my insurance and set up an appointment for us yesterday and then today received a call from someone that I guess actually works there in the office she informed me the person I talked to worked at a call center and not their office and that she didn't know what she was talking about. So if you speak to anyone make sure it's an actual employee!

Took off work almost a month ago because of excruciating pain. first dentist at shorewood rushed me out to have an oral consult to have my wisdom teeth removed and prescribed ibuprofen for the pain and antibiotics and wished me luck getting an appointment before it ran out. 3.5 weeks later, I get told I can't eat before surgery so I can't go under and have to reschedule for JULY almost a month and a half away and would prescribe me anti biotic and walked off without giving me prescriptions and went into another surgery. then all the girls cared about was getting me to sign up for their financing scam to pay the bill so they can get their kick back points. so now, here i am, out 400 bucks in pay, still having tooth aches, no pain meds or antibiotics and searching for a new dentist. great experience.

My mother had work done here. They did a good job, but $$$$$. Additional work was needed and they said it would cost $9000 (they did not except her insurance) She decided to find another dentist that did accept her insurance and for the same work being done the cost BEFORE insurance was $2,100. That difference is outrageous! I do not recommend unless you have money to throw away.

Haven't had my teeth cleaned for a while so I feared it would hurt, make my mouth sore, but knew it had to be done! Got an appointment, came in was greeted by name, I got out my insurance card & was told I was an hour early! Came back an hour later, was taken to a room. First I had Xrays, then the dreaded tooth cleaning which was definitely not dreadful! I will go back next week for more work on my teeth & an extraction. Guess What, I am looking forward to it! Besides that, my teeth feel great!

They want to bully a $50 cancellation fee out of my family. No thanks. We will take our business to a place where customers and service are the higher priority, not just our money. Will be letting others know what to expect from this place so they don't find out after the fact as we have. Michele at front desk-I understand if you are having a bad day, but please do not be short, rude and unpleasant with your customers. I will let it go once, but twice and I will make this issue known. Please rectify this issue with your personnel, or I will have to go elsewhere. I am a newer patient, so naturally I found this unsettling. Really wanted to like this place.
