I am extremely unhappy with my last visit - I have been a customer almost 20 years and have never had any problems until I was pressured to get a crown done, every visit i was told and shown my xrays that i needed to get a crown, so i decided to do it, the initial procedure was intense and when i went back to get the temp crown off they had to pry it and break it out of my mouth, maybe that is what damaged my nerve?
I was told that the crown was too close to the nerve, after 2 xrays that should have been known, Then 1 week later i find myself in unbearable pain, go back to them because of the pain and now being told i have to get a possible root canal! I havent even made a payment on the crown and now i will have yet another bill for my tooth! The pain is unbearable I cant eat or sleep, taking pain meds as soon as you wake up is not something I want to do but i cant take it!
I have an appt to go see an endodonic specialist to see what they can do to help me. I will not be going back to Young Dental. I had to have an emergency root canal an hour ago and he said it was rotting and dead inside the crown, i specifically remember asking Dr Binidi Patel what the smell was when they were putting my crown on she said it was blood, NO IT WAS INFECTED and she still put the crown over it! so a total of $1300 for a crown and root canal in a matter of 3 weeks- They pressure you to get all these things done but in my opinion didnt do the job the correct way.
