Been with Caven dental for a couple years now. - The techs do a phenomenal job and are incredibly thorough. - Dr. Caven has the best bedside manner of any provider I have ever dealt with. He will take time to explain everything he is going to do, down to talking through radiology reports and pictures of your teeth. - Caven Dental stays on top of current technology, and makes every effort to keep you comfortable.

They even get as thorough as using numbing cream and a vibrating tool that eliminates any pain from lidocaine injections. If you have any anxiety around going to the dentist, they will do their best to alleviate it. - Dr. Caven gets off of work in the evening.and then calls you if you've had a major procedure to ensure everything feels okay and that you don't have any concerns.

I haven't even seen that from surgeons/cardiologists I've worked with. I cannot put to words how impressed I am by this office. Dr. Caven has a lineage of almost a century in dentistry (I believe) and takes the utmost pride in his work.

I've been going to Caven for 7 years now, and I've never had a bad interaction with anyone on the team. I recently met Callie and she treated me with great care, while taking into consideration by tooth sensitivity. She was very gentle and very personable. I've met with Dr. Shelby my last couple of visits and he always listens to my concerns and provides me with quality care and reassurance!

Wow! Staff is super friendly, extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to giving a great new patient experience. I just relocated and because I am switching dentists was a bit skeptical I would be able to find a high quality practice. Any concerns were quickly erased. The new patient intake exam was extremely through. This was followed by an equally comprehensive exam by the dentist.

He spent a great deal of time discussing treatment options and evaluating my needs before making his recommendations. I was then given a cleaning during which I experienced virtually no discomfort. I was really impressed every step of the way

I finally found a great reliable, honest, and quality dental group in Jacksonville with Caven Dental! I love that the practice has been around for several generations in the Caven family. The facility is modern and clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hygienists really take the time to get to know you and do a fabulous job. Ask for Callie, she is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Caven Dental Group is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I have been going there for over 8 years now, and my overall mouth health has never been better. Top notch professionalism and overall a great experience. I'm self employed and don't have dental insurance. Their in-house membership options are great for individuals like myself who like to get 3-4 cleanings a year

I have been using Dr Caven for years. They take amazing care of me every time I go there. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for dental care. So many dental practices don't care about you beyond being a number. Dr Caven comes from a long family line of dentists also and it shows in how much he cares. Carrie is also a great dental hygienist that I have gone to the last couple of years and does a great job making you feel comfortable and taking care of showing you how best to manage your teeth and gums.

Upon moving to Jacksonville five years ago, I googled the top dentists in Jacksonville and found Dr Caven at the top of the list. He has made the listing as one of the top dentists in Jacksonville magazine as well. Dr Caven and his wonderful staff have proven to me why they have earned this top rating., The office of Caven Dental Group is top-notch-state-of-the -art.

It's a one stop dental office that will give you that beautiful smile you've always dreamed of having and never thought you could. I've had some extensive dental work done over the years and have had some very rough dentistry. I wasn't expecting when I had the procedure done. Dr Caven along with his staff have shown me what a "true" dentist's office should be with a friendly calm mannerism that explains in detail the procedure before beginning and follows up with you after to make sure you are satisfied.

You will find that the price is more expensive than most other dental offices in the Jacksonville area, however, I am willing to pay a little more as I know I will not have to go back to repair shoddy dental work again in a few years. Dr Caven gets it right the first time.

I came in to Caven looking to get zoom done for my graduation. First the dentist Dr. D was Amazing! So kind, gentle and detailed with my exam. Ellie the hygienist was a Sweet heart full of kind words and she did everything to make me comfortable and make sure I was taken care of! Tracy Was a little cut throat with my oral health needs and ultimately decided I couldn't do the zoom, I honestly love this group so much that I am now having my fiance go!

I'm going to do the take home kit and I believe it'll get the job done. Everyone was amazing! But Tracy could be a tad bit more kind when she works with patience. just smiling and being sympathetic. She gave me bad news but with a straight face and it just made me feel scared and she didn't ever call me back after the visit I had to call twice to get it touch with the team.

Overall great experience. If you go for the zoom just keep in mind there's a process to get approved and I'm only in my 20's and I didn't get approved. Thank you all at Caven!

I love this place! I am a big chicken when it comes to having dental work done due to having had bad dental experiences in the past. Dr. Denman is the best! I cannot even feel the numbing injections he does! I now look forward to coming to the dentist and have told many of my friends how great everyone is there!

Just want to say that I been going to Dr. Caven office probably over 4 years, his staff are friendly, helpful, professional, they make you feel comfortable and they care. Dr. Caven and Dr. Denman reach out to me after my treatment. That right there is a sign that they really care about there patients. I'm so glad that I found Dr. Caven to be my dentist. My appointment with Dr. Shelby Denman was the first time I met him. I chipped a tooth but I thought it to be important. Dr. Denman was able to take care of my problem professionally. I found him to be competent, efficient and caring. The staff at Craven Dental Group are always professional. Dr. Stephen Carpenter is normally my dentist. He too, possesses professionalism and competency as well as caring. When I leave Craven Dental Group, I feel like my problem was resolved. Job well executed.

Yesterday, I had the most thorough cleaning and exam ever. I'll never go back to a national, mega-dentist again. The staff was friendly, they offer a reasonably priced dental plan and don't try to up sell you on services. I went into Caven Dental Group about a year ago prepared to make an investment in my smile. I have got the full service from Caven Dental at this point to include a deep clean, Zoom whitening, and porcelain reconstructive veneers. Having to turn over full trust for the veneers I can't stress how happy I am that I chose Dr. Caven. Throughout this whole process he communicated well, made sure I was comfortable, and was easy to get a hold of.

I developed extreme pain in a tooth. Despite being a busy day for them and my being a new patient, they got me in immediately after I called. Dr. Caven and his assistant Kelsy could not have been kinder. They took digital scans of the area and discovered a badly abscessed tooth. I was impressed with the hi-tech facilities and with the knowledge and demeanor of everyone I saw. They deserve the highest rating.

I've been going here for a year now and I cannot imagine going to another dentist. The staff is on an entirely different level, so friendly and understanding. You really feel like they care and you aren't just another patient to them. Dr. Caven is very good at his job and is very good at never making you feel embarrassed of anything, he's super positive.

They also seem to be specialized in dental anxiety and really work with you so you have a positive experience. I also got sure smile aligners here (Invisalign but more precise) and I've seen amazing progress, all while having upstanding service and care from this dentist office. Best dentist ever.

I've always enjoyed the dentist, however, at Caven Dental it's even more enjoyable. They always go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, comfort, and prioritize my oral health. Best of all, they are truly ensuring safety with updated technology for COVID.

I am not a happy man when I visits the dentist's office, and I am usually not moved by how good or bad they are. Also, I am usually underwhelmed by all dentists and their work. I was amazed by this office and all of the staff in the office. Dr. Carpenter is kind and thorough and, rare to this profession, did not spend a lot of his time trying to sell me on cosmetic dental work.

My hygienist, Callie, was the best I have ever had work on my "smile". Callie was thoughtful and took her time to clean my teeth well and perfectly. What a great place! Lastly, I can't believe that I am leaving a review for a dentist.

I have always been extremely happy with the caven dental office and the way that I am treated by the staff. Top notch dental work by Tichard Caven always. This last visit especially made me want to reach out and speak up. I had my dental cleaning with Callie today and though I'm not sure if she's new to the office, I was a new patient for her.

To feel good about my experience each time and be happy with my care is one thing but to have someone like Callie be so encouraging and positive about my experience really just set the bar even higher. Not only did she make my experience even better than it normally is, it was a pleasure for her to say that she personally is extremely happy working for the Caven group and appreciate all the high-tech equipment like I do. A business is truly successful when not only your patients are extremely happy but your employees seem to be just as happy as well. I refer as often as I can!

This is probably the best dentist group I have ever been to. They have the friendliest staff, the cleanest facility, and are currently exceeding all the CDC guidelines from what i can see. Dr. Caven is very patient and understanding. He actually listens to me. Naomi is top notch, ask for her by name! :-) Really everyone here is exceptional, intelligent, friendly, and understanding.

They also have pretty much all the latest technology available to dentistry. Little cameras which show me way more than I want to see. Kidding. :-) They have laser fittings for my periodontal things, they have well just go see for your self. Cya there! :-)

Dr. Caven and office staff are wonderful! Our appointments are on time and his staff is friendly. Dr. Caven explains everything in your mouth and you will not have any unexpected expenses. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I couldn't say if I'm being gouged or not, but Caven does an excellent job, getting the details right. There aren't that many business that I can say that of. I was amazed at the pictures he showed me of my teeth, where I could see exactly where the stains and decay were. Edit: I just received a marketing email from them. I may have to downgrade them to 4 stars. Later, also: talking to me about my review, and some other details. NTS: After whitening, they say they'll give me touch-up material for free any time I ask for it.

I started going to Dr. Caven four years ago when i fell off my bike, cracked my front tooth in half, and cracked the other one down the back. Dr. Caven did excellent work and made the bonding look perfect, even after another dentist had messed it up twice. I've only ever seen Dr. caven from now on. VERY knowledgeable, experienced, kind. One of the top ten dentists in Jacksonville by far. His schedule fills up very quickly, but his office always does the best they can to fit you in if you need emergency work.

Best dentist I have ever been to by far! Truly cares about your dental health. He does excellent work with essentially no pain whatsoever. No need to search any further.
