Thorough explanations for my treatment options without pushing additional services. Dr. Dave is very knowledgeable and actually explained the science in an approachable way! I'm really glad I started here.

After starting treatment, and enduring the first 6 months of pain with first traditional braces, Vanguard told me that I needed to find a different Orthodontist and that they would not continue my care. Vanguard messed up the billing and, as a result, my insurance company wasn't going to pay as much as they originally estimated. I didn't know that Doctors could do something like this.

My daughter and I had a great experience here! The staff was always friendly, informative and worked with us to schedule her appointment's. We never in 2 years had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen! She wore her braces from age 13 to 15 she was taught well how to care for her teeth and I was even amazed how great she did! Her teeth came out beautiful and now she is proud of her smile! I'm so happy we chose this office and would definitely recommend them!

All three doctors are very professional. Both of my sons have seen all three doctors and had great experiences with each of them. They tell you what they are doing as they do an exam, explain things in terms that we understand, and are gentle when working on you. Our boys are done with orthodontic work and we are very pleased!

An orthodontist named Bonebreak sounds like out of a movie, but the doctors, as well as staff, are the best of the best here. My family has been going here for years after a terrible experience with Ox Orthodontics and they've done amazing amazing things. Can't recommend enough

This experience has been a long two years. But when I say it was worth everything. My confidence has been boosted tremendously. The doctors are great as well as the staff. They are very clean and perfectionist. They were always flexible with my schedule and very accommodating. My teeth look amazing I can't stop staring in the mirror. I plan to return and get braces for my daughter. Truly the best experience ever.

All three of my children have had braces with the Vanguard Orthodentics team- excellent service, phenomenal orthodentists and staff, and appropriate Covid precautions in place. State of the art, modern clean facility with an inviting atmosphere and convenient opening times. Our family loves this whole team!

Best orthodontists in Maryland! Everyone I have talked to about braces or invisalign have all said they go to Dr. Bonebreak and LOVE them too! The entire staff is very helpful and the office has all updated state of the art equipment. There is nothing these guys can't fix (in your mouth) They also have three offices to make it even more convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Dave or Dr. Byron!

All three of my children have gone to this practice for years. They have seen both Dr. Byron and Dr. Dave. I can't say enough about how professional, friendly and caring the doctors and the office staff are. My daughter had to go through two "phases" of orthodontics and they were very accommodating with schedules and appointments. Their smiles are gorgeous! I would highly recommend them.
