Dr. Gol and his team are exceptional. They provide customer service excellence in everything they do. I am afraid of dentists and he is extremely patient and gentle. He really makes you feel at ease. So glad I found the Precision Team

A-mazing! I am so grateful to have found this practice! They are kind, considerate, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional using sophisticated technology to assist w the care and comfort of your procedure. I'm bringing my whole family here now.

UPDATE: While I still say that the office staff and hygienists are awesome and scheduling and forms are super-easy online, the most important thing about going to the dentist is that my teeth are taken care of. When Dr. Gol replaced some of my fillings, he filed down my actual molar, causing pain and sensitivity in that tooth and a significant gap between my back teeth.

When I went back to get it fixed, he told me that there was nothing wrong with my tooth at all but offered to add more filling material if I insisted, which of course didn't actually solve the problem. My tooth is still so sensitive that I can't chew on that side at all or even floss between that tooth and the next one without pain. I have found a new dentist to fix the problem and will not be returning to Precision.

I recommend that if you need anything more than a cleaning, you seek dental care elsewhere. Easily the best dental experience I've had since I was a kid & got to pick from the dentist's prize box. Especially appreciated the hygienist (I'm so sorry, can't remember your name but you're awesome!) explaining some of the instruments, what to expect, and what she was doing as she went along.really helped make me feel more comfortable!

Not coming back here ever again. Was told at my last appointment last year that I had 10 cavities, yes, 10 cavities, and would have to pay an excessive amount of money just to get them filled. I obviously did not get any of them filled because I just couldn't believe I had that many. I went to see another dentist who told me I only had one cavity that needed to be filled, but wasn't even a big cavity. Whatever they tell you here, try and get another dental office to take a look at your teeth because this place tried to take my money for 10 non-existent cavities.

I really liked Dr. Gol, he was always pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. My two star review has nothing to do with him. After reviewing an explanation of benefits from my insurance I saw that I should have paid 48.80, not 128.80 like I had been charged up front. So I called to figure out if there was a credit on my account, which there was not.

Later Christine gave me a call and insisted that what they charged me was accurate because insurance doesn't cover a specific code they bill. So I contacted my insurance asking about the code and was informed they actually DO cover it! Not to mention they never even bothered billing that code to my insurance in the first place to receive a denial, they just charged me out of pocket for it.

Once that was figured out, I receive a bill through text about two missed appointment fees, I had been told previously that one had been written off since it was my first time but I had to pay the second one. Which I was fine with, I couldn't help I was exposed to covid and then later on tested positive for it. But I guess because I found a billing error that missed appointment fee is no longer written off.

That's no way to treat a patient. If you made a billing error, that's not my fault. Christine had no reason to be rude and then act like a child over it, un-writing off a missed appointment fee. Had the error just been looked into and fixed I'd probably still be going back there. I'm sad to loose a good dentist over a billing error.

The best dental office I've ever stepped into! All of the staff were super friendly, and it was such a warm, welcoming and clean office. My dental hygienist did an amazing job and my dentist was very helpful! Overall 10/10 experience, a place that will make you love going to the dentist!

This is one of the nicest dental offices in town. Everyone is cheerful and professional. Dr. Gol is very nice and informative. My dental hygienist was amazing. My teeth feel so clean and amazing. I felt very comfortable through the dental cleaning and x-rays. As a first time patient, I was also impressed with their efficient on-line forms via text/email, and scheduling was easy.

Extremely pleased with my experience here. They are professional and courteous. I appreciated that they sent my forms ahead of time for electronic signature, and I really appreciated that they broke down what my costs were for the services my insurance wouldn't cover. The cleaning itself was as pleasant as any dental cleaning could be. I think I've found my new permanent dentist.
