Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable. The process of creating a bridge begins by creating abutments out of your existing teeth where the bridge will be attached.

I do not recommend Dr. Sims. He seems to be a nice, friendly, and caring person but he's taking advantage of people. I spent over $8,000 for just the dental appliances (one which was just a simple wire). I had no relief. Now, I'm out a lot of money. And the appliance he gave me cracked a crown that I had. He didn't care. His office is run extremely poorly too. Although the lady at front desk is nice, she is very disorganized and the billing was terrible to deal with. He's a fraud!

Its a long review but important. I had my first appointment with dr sims for my son today. I am from nyc area where if you see a doctor for 15 minutes its a miracle. Dr Sims set aside hours to make me and more importantly my 11 year old son comfortable and truly see the results and explain in detail why and how it works. He has changed my outlook on finding hope for my son with torettes that i have spent tens of thousands of dollars for mainstream treatments so far without results.within 3 hours with dr sims i have seen more progress with my son than years of trial and error.
I have no relation to dr sim and he did not ask me to write a review. I felt i needed to write this because i would love for everyone with this "no cure " disease to seek dr sims
