We were referred to Ashbrook by Dr. Lan since my stepson needed multiple issues addressed. We realized prior to the appointment that they are not in-network for us but decided to proceed with the consult. We were provided a quote for work with an out of pocket cost under $300. Feeling this was reasonable, we proceeded with the following appointments.
The service was great, my stepson had a very positive experience considering the amount of work he had done. Fast forward a few months, we just received a bill for almost $700. When we called to inquire, the answers we got were along the lines of, "Your insurance just didn't cover much" and "Maybe it's best you switch to an office that is in-network".
So to those considering Ashbrook and out of network, beware. Their quotes for out of pocket costs are unreliable. We feel we were tricked into having the work done here and the responses we got on the phone today were not examples of good customer service. How do you make a near $700 mistake then give zero effort to try and make it right?

I was nervous going to a new dentist after not having good experiences from previous dentists. Ashburn Center for Dentistry made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Ambiance and relaxing atmosphere and Dr. Lee was thorough and had gentle hands. Thank you for making my experience calming and relaxing.

I love Dr. Le and his staff! They're all awesome people, helpful and knowledgeable. They want what's best for you. The office is clean and relaxing, by relaxing I mean the noise level is great. They'll play music and there aren't enough people allowed in at a time for it to be too noisy and for you to get overstimulated. They make you feel comfortable and provide exceptional service. I highly recommend Ashbrook Dentistry. I'm thankful for the help and work Dr. Le and his crew have provided over the years!

The best dentistry experience I've ever had! The office gives off a very calm feeling. They are very organized. The front desk staff is very very nice and they really know their stuff! The hygienists are amazingly knowledgeable, welcoming and have the patience of a saint. The Dentist was wonderful, really took time to explain the process. Never once did I feel rushed or like just another patient. They saw and treated me like an individual. Highly highly recommended.
