The staff here is great. Especially Heather. She has great bedside manner and made the dentist less of a terrible place to be. She's a pleasure to be around and very caring.

Great dental office! Friendly and professional. I personally have worked with and have had work done. No one should walk into a dental office or any medical office and expect your insurance to cover everything. The staff is there to help you with financing so you can receive the work you need. I would definitely recommend this office. Was just in to see Dr. Jerome in June he is the best!

I thought I was having a major issue but turns out he just had to tweak a tooth and all good now. Office staff super friendly Call to set your appt you wont be sorry! I have always had anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. After coming here though, I only wish I had started coming so much sooner. The staff is absolutely the best and I wouldn't think of ever going to another dental office. Seriously, any past anxiety I have ever had in regard to dental work has disappeared. The professionalism of the staff is beyond words.

HORRIBLE! I have a new dentist now and they showed me pictures of my teeth. This dentist office has been neglecting my teeth all the times I've come here. Also, my new dentist showed me pictures where this dentist chiseled my teeth unnecessarily instead of doing a proper job on my teeth. It'd be different if my new dentist was making this up but the X-rays and pictures aren't lying.

I have several issues that need to be fixed now because of this dentist office. Also, Gina works the front desk. Her attitude is off and the condescending way she speaks to people is unprofessional and inappropriate. Pretty much any dentist office is better than this one. Go somewhere else.

I just switched to this office, Gina (Office Manager) Paula (Hygienist ) are beyond words awesome! Highly recommend! Id give 10 Stars if it was an option. I can not say enough about this facility. Gina is very helpful and friendly. No matter when I call or what I call about she takes the time to listen and help. I have been a patient for many years and have referred people because I have been treated so well. They never make you feel like you are bothering them. The whole staff is compassionate and caring.

I had my teeth cleaned by Natalie and she was the first hygienist that didn't make me gag. She is professional and caring. Gina the receptionist is very efficient and friendly.

I rarely write reviews but I was truly impressed with Crescent Dental. I currently have a primary dentist I go to but due to scheduling conflicts (and my insurance not covering much anyway) I found this place and decided to get my wisdom teeth extractions here at Crescent Dental. It was affordable, wait times are never long, and the Dentist is exceptional at explaining the process and making sure you're okay throughout the procedure. Gina was so helpful and very knowledgeable about what the next steps were going to be.

She made me feel welcome and very comfortable before the procedure even started so I was not one bit nervous. When I was told by an ortho that I needed to get two premolars extracted, I immediately thought of Crescent Dental and made another appointment this month. I feel very satisfied with my decision. I am having my current dental office transfer all of my records to my new home Crescent Dental. Thanks, Gina, for knowledge and kindness. I came to this Office. The front desk was very welcoming and ran my insurance right away. I was brought to the back and the assistant Heather was very nice. I came with a problem and she was very easy with the x-rays which is very hard to come by. She explained what she saw and seemed very knowledgeable. When the doctor came in I felt at ease. He was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. Treatment was explained with fees that were reasonable. I will definitely be recommending this office to everyone I know.

I had the best experience at this office. I called to make an appointment and got right in. The staff is very welcoming and I didn't wait at all. Although the x-rays are uncomfortable, I was pleased the assistant was gentle. The doctor was very informative, another office told me I needed a root canal on one of my back teeth and the doctor informed me that the tooth is healthy and not in need of a root canal.

It's nice not to be lied to. After my check-up, I was given a treatment plan that was explained in a way that I understood why the treatment was needed, I then scheduled for my cleaning. The staff and doctor were very nice. I like this place!

Crescent Dental is a great dental office. The staff is very friendly & professional. Gina is always welcoming and super friendly. She always does her best to accommodate my schedule and get me in. Mario is the best dental hygenist. He's very thorough and kind. I highly recommend Crescent Dental.

I've been coming to this office for years. I've always had a great experience. I had a deep cleaning, Mario is very thorough, my teeth felt great afterwards. The assistant was very knowledgeable and informative and the doctor was very nice. After getting my treatment plan, the girl at the front desk explained everything very well. I have already recommended this office to everyone I know.
