Dr. Levine and his team are wonderful. I had a tooth pulled, sinus lift and implant and they were caring, gentle and provided excellent care every step of the way. I highly recommend this office. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Dr. Levine is the absolute BEST. He released my son's ties and he is now able to nurse without struggling. He treated me and my son like his own family. He also gave me his personal phone number to call if I had any further questions or concerns (what doctor does that)? It doesn't stop there, his staff is AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE. After the procedure was done, they showed me the massage and stretches and told me to take as much time as I needed to nurse.

I almost didn't want to leave because of the great hospitality I was given. Thank you for everything Dr. Levine, Sheri, Mindy, Robin, Eboyne, Rose, and Brittany. You guys ROCK

Our family had nothing short of a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Levine and his staff! Dr. Levine released the lip ties and tongue ties from my 6 year old and 2 year old girls. He and his staff were amazing. Extremely attentive and took their time, answering any and all questions. Never once felt rushed. He was great with my girls and treated them as if they were his own family. We have many options here in Palm Beach County but I am so glad we took the drive. No regrets! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Levine! He and his staff are truly THE BEST!

Dr. Levine and his entire staff were amazing. I took my 2 month old in for a consultation suspecting he was lip tied, and found that he was both upper and lower lip and tongue tied. It's hard to hand over your baby for any medical procedure, but Dr. Levine's staff made me feel at ease. The procedure was done before I finished scheduling his follow up.

I was able to nurse him comfortably in an exam room immediately after. I am now able to nurse without pain, my son no longer makes clicking sounds, and is nursing efficiently leaving him satisfied after feeds. Dr. Levine provides you with his personal cell phone number and checks in to see how things are going, which again is very comforting. From one parent to another, the stretches/massages you have to perform for four weeks after are NOT fun, but they do get better after the first week, promise. I will not hesitate to send all of my parent friends to Dr. Levine if there is any concern about ties in their little ones. THANK YOU, DR. LEVINE!

Dr. Levine is an amazing doctor and person. His office staff is super nice and attentive. Dr. Levine makes his patients feel part of the family. What other doctor gives out his personal cell phone number? Dr. Levine personally calls before the procedure to see if you have any questions and then afterwards to see how you are feeling. I have never been treated with so much care and respect in any other doctor's office. I cannot wait to see the final product of my treatment. Highly recommend his practice!

What an amazing experience at Dr Levine's office and it's all about the people who work there. It starts with a introductory call from Dr Levine himself. Rose, Shari and Princess are all very personable with providing beverages and a tour of the facility as a first time patient. It was like I was around old friends They helped with scheduling. Dr. Kenneth R. Levine is very personable! I can't remember ever having a professional call me personally to check on me before and after a procedure. He also communicates directly with your dentist and you so you know what to expect. All of his staff are equally personable and everyone explains what they're doing. I highly recommend Dr. Levine and his stuff for any of your periodontal needs.

I took my son to Dr. Levine office, due my son periodontis disease, early at age of 16, he almost lost his tooth. Dr. Levine brought his tooth to perfect condition, like nothing had ever happened before. We're very happy for his skillfully hands and techniques and care. He the only Dentist surgeon that call you after the surgery to see how everything went.

Dr Levine and his staff are absolutely amazing. I noticed a receding gum on one tooth and immediately feared the visit to the dentist. I looked for a certified periodontist in the pinhole technique to correct my gum. I am so glad I came across Dr Levine's info and I booked an appt. Sunday the day before my appt he personally called to welcome me in.

From the 1st consultation I knew this was not an ordinary run of the mill type office. His staff was so welcoming, they give you a tour of the office, which was a first for me. I was brought to my room and met with Dr Levine, who was so personable and made me feel like I was his only patient at the moment. He even gave his personal number for any questions or concerns.

Can't say I've ever received that type of care before. The day came and I was a big nervous baby. His staff knew it and were so comforting and caring. They are all so calming and telling me just relax which I wish I would have just done. Dr Levine was so precise and professional, along with his staff, that the time flew by and before I knew it, it was all over.

Virtually painless and I believe from he and his staffs experience it made the whole thing a breeze with basically no pain. Later that evening he called me, after hours, to make sure all was going well. It was truly refreshing to be under Dr Levine and his staffs care. I didn't think that kind of personable experience still existed but it does at his office. If you need dental work and want a world class experience, look no further than Dr Levine and his amazing staff. They are the definition of gold standard!

I visited Dr. Levine's office to inquire about having a tooth extracted. During my visit to Dr. Levine's I noticed he and his staff also performs procedures on infants and minor children. Being the 6'4 235 lb. big baby that I am, Dr. Levine's staff reassured me that the extraction wouldn't be painful and that I was in good, gentle hands. Currently, I feel great and no more tooth pain. I would definitely recommend Dr. Levine and his staff to all my friends and family. Five Stars

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I always book the first appointment in the morning because I have work after, the staff never makes me feel about being early (I'm there when they have their morning meetings). Dr. Levine really made me feel like a priority and took my concerns seriously. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is looking for a periodontist!

We were so concerned when our newborn started losing weight because she wasn't breastfeeding enough. We called Dr Levine's office and they got us in right away. Everyone was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, which really put us at ease. Our baby girl recovered swiftly from her procedure and immediately improved her laych which in turn helped my milk supply improve.

A month later she is healthy and we are all happy and thankful for Dr Levine and his team! If you are even at all worried about tongue tie don't wait a moment longer, call them!

Amazing service. Dr. Levine and his entire staff are phenomenal. My daughter had to have surgery to correct her tongue and lip ties. From the initial consultation I was given sound advice and felt like my concerns were heard. Dr. Levine was my 4th professional opinion as other providers were over looking the concerns I had. Once corrected, my daughter has now been able to latch while breastfeeding better, gained weight faster, and is overall happier. Rose and the office staff calmed all of my fears and answered my questions. I will forever be grateful.

I was referred to Dr. Levine by my pediatrician for a tongue tie release consultation. Although it was a very far drive, I felt like their office staff and the doctor made it worth the trip. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they were attentive, caring and supportive. They gave me all the data to consider proceeding with the release and even let me stay til I fed my son and composed myself.

The only two things I would have done differently is doing the procedure before he was so active and 2. Asking if insurance covers the procedure and the out of pocket costs upfront! But the doctor and staff were amazing.

Everyone in this office is very nice and professional. Dr. Levine is very pleasant with great bedside manners. My son is recovering well from his upper/lower lip and tongue tie correction and nursing him is no longer painful- thank goodness. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine and his awesome staff!

PLEASE BEWARE!: Back in August 2021, I went to see Doctor Levine to quote me on a Periodontal Surgery. His Treatment Coordinator quoted me $4,549 for the procedure. I presented her with my dental insurance card and she told me that the insurance estimate would cover $2,274 and I would only owe $2,275, but if I paid my out-off -pocket in full, I would only owe $2,165.

I went ahead and paid the agreed $2,165 and had the surgery. After several weeks, I received a statement from them telling me that the insurance covered only $600 and that I now owe them the balance of $1,539. When I called the Treatment Coordinator to ask why the insurance only covered $600 instead of $2,274 she said, "that was only an estimate" and did not want to make any effort of honoring their estimate.

I asked to speak to the Doctor directly and she said that there was nothing to talk about in a very rude tone. I could understand if the estimate was off by a few hundred dollar, but not by $1,539! It is very disappointing that they would quote you an amount and then they would not honor it after they rendered the service. What is the purpose of providing an estimate if it will be completely off? They do not seem to know how to run insurance estimates or how to submit charges to them. (Or they simply don't care!) I do not recommend this doctor ever!

I have been a patient of Dr. Levine's for a few years now and I love it here. When I first came into the office I was nervous as finding a good dentist is hard to come by but each time I'm there I feel relaxed. I know I'm in good hands. My oral health was not in the best condition which is what brought me in, however, Dr. Levine corrected my issues with laser surgery and on-going therapy.

He and his staff are extremely professional and personable. His hygienist is gentle yet she gets the job done well. Office personnel are awesome too. The best decision I made was to make that initial call for consultation. Thanks Dr. Levine and staff!

We had a great experience and Dr. Levine was great with my 2 month old. He had 4 ties and the nurses walked me through all of his stretches and made sure I understood. My breast feeding experience was immediately better and my baby no longer suffered from extreme gas. Dr. Levine also called to follow up on my baby and it showed me that he actually cares! I would definitely recommend him!

My newborn was struggling with severe gas and discomfort. When he was born I was informed he had a lip tie but his latch seemed fine but he had been sucking in air. After a few weeks of having a miserable baby I finally took him to see Dr. Levine and was so happy I did! He was recommended by my doula, midwife, chiropractor, and even several other moms I knew.

I had his lip tie revised which was an extremely quick procedure. My baby had no adverse reaction to the process. Dr. Levine called me himself before and after the appointment to check up on my son and make sure we were doing well as well as going in for several follow ups to ensure everything looked good. The care we recieved throughout the whole process was beyond what I expected. The staff was wonderful and the office looked fantastic. My baby is no longer miserable and I am so grateful that they helped relieve his discomfort. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kenneth Levine is - in a word - excellent. I have needed multiple surgeries for bone/ gum grafts and implants; he has been totally professional, warm, and supportive throughout. What other dentist would call the night before surgery and the day after just to check in? I have also experienced minimal pain after the procedures. Dr. Levine's office is filled with people like him - warm, professional, and supportive. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. He actually cares about his patients!

Dr. Levine corrected my daughter's tongue and lip tie when she was almost 2. She was a tough patient but he managed the surgery without a problem and was informative, courtesies, & very loving throughout the process. Not many doctors hand out their personal numbers to every patient so if you need ANY of his services, look no further.

Took our daughter here to correct a tongue/lip tie. We were referred to Dr. Levine from a Lactation Consultant. We drove an hour from Palm Beach Gardens, to the office. The front desk staff were incredibly nice. Dr. Levine personally called me prior to the appointment. The assistants explained everything thoroughly, addressed our concerns, and were gentle and kind with our newborn.

The procedure was over before we knew it, they performed the release as we paid. By the time we finished, they were ready to educate us on tongue exercises to prevent reattachment and we were able to breastfeed in the exam room immediately. We could not be happier. Would recommend to anyone in need of a tongue tie release!

Dr. Levine and his Staff are outstanding! We were referred to him for a procedure for my son. Although we had read extensively on the subject, Dr. Levine fully explaining the process made us feel confident and that my son was in great hands. Only the best for my son! We took our son to see Dr. Levine. He took care of both his lip ties and tounge ties. Our son has gain a good amount of weight and is feeding well! He and his staff are very friendly and we are glad we had the opportunity to meet them all!

I went to Dr. Levine after many weeks of trouble breastfeeding from the advice of some other moms in a breastfeeding support group. He quickly diagnosed my 9 week old with a lip and posterior tongue tie and revised it that same day. They were incredible with my son and the staff is so helpful and nice! 4 months in and my son now nurses like a champ all thanks to Dr. Levine!

In July of last year, 2015, our daughter had a medical consultation with pediatric periodontist, Dr. Kenneth Levine. After examining our daughter's upper lip and tongue, Dr. Kenneth Levine informed us that our daughter had both an upper lip tie "labial frenectomy" and tongue tie "lingual frenectomy". It was explained to us that we would have to pay out of pocket for the procedure and then a claim would be submitted to our insurance company.

As desperate parents and our daughter's inability to latch and/or breastfeed, as well as her acid reflux, we wanted to do what Dr. Kenneth Levine emphasized to be medically necessary to do. After revising bother her upper lip tie "labial frenectomy" and tongue tie "lingual frenectomy" by Dr. Kenneth Levine, we had to pay out of our own pocket well over $1,000.00 and a claim was submitted by Dr. Kenneth Levine's office to our insurance company. 5 months after my daughter's procedure, we were still going back and forth with our insurance company and Dr. Kenneth Levine's office. Dr. Kenneth Levine's office did not submit the claim correctly to our insurance company and when additional information was requested by our insurance, his office would not provide it.

Now fast forwarding to June 2016, I noticed that my daughter's top front teeth are separated from what looks like her lip tie reattaching (I should also add that I couldn't lift her upper lip all the way either). I called Dr. Kenneth Levine's office to ask what their protocol is for reattachment after revision; after speaking to one of his front desk secretaries, she told me that Dr. Kenneth Levine would want my daughter to come in so he could take a look at it and if it did in fact reattach, he would revise it, free of charge.

So we decidedly to go ahead and make an appointment. Today when we went in for our scheduled appointment, the assistant asks us why we were there, we explain to her that we suspect that our daughter's lip tie has reattached, the assistant notes it down on her clipboard and tells us to wait, that Dr. Kenneth Levine will be in to see us in a moment.

Before he even walks into the room, he already announces in the hall that, "All babies have a gap in their teeth until their adult teeth come in". I told him that I am fully aware of that, but there is clearly a tie between her two top teeth. He acted as if it was an imposition to see us, or take a look. With full attitude, he says, "Fine! I'll look for you".

So he puts a pair of gloves on and attempts to look, as she's crying and pulling away and says, "she's fine". Confirming, I ask, "There's absolutely no reattachment of her lip tie?" He raises his voice at me and asks, "What do you want me to do?!" At that point we were done; who talks to their patients like a piece of trash? I'm ashamed to have ever referred anyone to this doctor; after my experience with this office, I was talking to one of my friend's whose child was also revised by Dr. Kenneth Levine and she told me that when she called his office to check on the claim, she learned that they had never submitted it. Dr. Kenneth Levine's office is not a reputable one and is in fact taking advantage of new parents in a vulnerable place.

This office knows how to play the game, they charge you before the procedure, out of pocket almost DOUBLE what insurance is going to pay. Then once they've got your money, they submit a claim to your insurance company. His office charges $685 for tongue tie revision, our insurance only paid roughly $400 back and his office charges $385 for upper lip tie revision, insurance only paid roughly $200.

My hope is to deter other parents from falling victims to this apparent scheme; I will most definitely be warning the parent's in the tongue/lip tie group I am in. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra few miles to a Doctor that is actually reputable.

My son was born with a lip and tongue tie that was impacting his ability to breast feed. Dr. Levine was able to correct the ties with his water laser when my son was 2 weeks old. The entire staff (especially Rose) were great through the entire process. They were gentle and took excellent care of my newborn. Dr. Levine takes pride in his work and it shows. The wait time was minimal and Dr. Levine called me that evening to check on my son. It's not very often that you find that personal touch in today's society!

Dr. Levine charges $2400 to $3700 to pull a tooth. I was referred to Dr. Levine by a friend's dentist and I'm quite sure there's a referral fee system in place. I trusted the dentist and I was negligent for not checking the cost with other dental professionals. The going rate for pulling a tooth I now know is about $400, big difference between $400 and $2400+.

For someone who pulls teeth for a living it took Dr. Levine well over an hour and a half to pull my tooth and he was screaming and yelling at me the whole time. To make matters much worse I'm not convinced that I needed the tooth pulled in the first place. I had no pain in the tooth but he insisted it had a whole and would infect my other teeth. Don't get suckered in by the fancy office, huge staff and gift bags.

By the way, he charges the same ridiculous $2400+ fee to put in an implant. I would recommend that you get a few quotes before having a tooth pulled. And stay away from Dr. Levine.

We are very happy with our decision to take our baby to Dr. Levine! Our 10 week old had lip and tongue ties, and we were referred to Dr. Levine by our pediatrician. They took the time to explain the procedure, and to be sure this scared first time mom was comfortable. The office is very clean, and the staff and Dr. Levine are very friendly and professional. The procedure was quick and effective. Amazing job!

Your staff is very accommodating. Dr. Levine is very professional and the attitude of the office is really positive. Highly recommend your services, even for those outside of Ft. Lauderdale! What a great excuse for a dental vacation :
