Three years ago I started my adult braces journey at Dr. Gorczyca's office. My case was a complex case with implants and spaces in some areas and I wasn't sure how my first consultation would end up. At the very first consultation with Dr. Gorczyca I felt the care, she took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all of my questions.

By the end of the first consultation I was feeling like I still had hope for a nice smile at the end of my brace journey. Dr. Gorczyca had to work closely on my complex case with my Dentist. She wanted to make sure that not only me but also my dentist agrees with the plan she had for me to achieve my final smile. It was a long journey but I must say Dr. Gorczyca and her team are amazing, nice and friendly - I surely had a lot of visits : Sometimes I had a wire poking me and the office always made time to see me and fix that uncomfortable feeling.

The staff were calling, emailing and texting to update/remind me for my upcoming appointments - thumbs up for that. Half way through my journey I was amazed with the results I had with the braces, the big spaces were closing up and my teeth were moving and my bite was getting better and better - I was very excited with my progress. Now that my braces have been off for a few months I feel so much better I can smile freely, I must say that Dr. Gorczyca gave me my confidence to smile again.

I am very happy, I am very thankful to Dr. Gorczyca and her team for taking such good care and giving me my smile. The before and after photos that were taken were a great visual to see the entire journey from A to Z. I'm extremely happy and grateful I have chosen Dr. Gorczyca's office to bring my smile back and so if you have a complex case like mine you most definitely should give them a call, you will be glad you did! When I found out that both of my teens would need braces I was overwhelmed with the costs. We were referred to Dr. Gorczyca (fondly Dr. G) by a mutual friend and Dr. G. made it possible for us to get braces for both with her flexible payment plan. She and her team are wonderful. With each visit we were warmly greeted and while under her care, my teens felt at ease and were very comfortable in going to their appointments. Not only did we receive excellent care, but the outcome - two fantastic smiles. We can't thank Dr. G. and her team enough.

My wife took my son here. After many consults and 3 years of searching for an orthodontist that would agree he needed to have some of his teeth pulled, Dr Gorczyca answered a long standing prayer that it needed to be done. Then when we told her that the oral surgeon didnt want to do it either, she went the extra mile and had lunch with him to discuss why it was best for our son. Dr Gorczyca's office made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped in.

We have rarely had to wait and the atmosphere is positive. Lindsey has been an incredible help in our journey as well as we had trouble with insurance and finding a general dentist and oral surgeon. She also went the extra mile to ensure we were getting the care we needed. We are now just a little over a year in and our son's teeth look incredible! The change in his smile is phenomenal. We are very thankful to Dr Gorczyca and her team. They have become like family.

Loved the attention I received at Dr Gorcyzca's office. Highly recommend this office. So friendly and always decorated nicely. Loved the greeting from Lyndsey when you enter the office.

I highly recommend Gorczyca Orthodontics; the staff are excellent, very friendly, and professional, especially Lindsey, I had my braces done with them, and they are very patient with my needs. Dr. Gorczyca is excellent and is very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience every time I went to Gorczyca for an appointment. Everyone is super friendly, they offer great advice and did a very good job with my teeth. It is a very fun environment despite being a dental office, and it would be a great place to take you or your kid of any age.

Dr. Gorzyca is the best orthodontist I know! Actually both of my sisters, my mom and I had braces through Dr. Gorzyca and all of us absolutely loved having her as our Doctor! Don't look any further because she is the perfect fit for you, I know it! The staff there is also amazing, everyone makes sure your experience is the best each time you come in! Definitely recommend, I would give her a 1000 star rating if I could!

My son is 13 years old and Dr. Gorczyca and staff made him feel very comfortable. He was also able to ask his own questions and get the answers he wanted regarding his upcoming affair with braces!

My daughter as a result got a 10 millimeter gap - as Dr Gorczyca measured it as it grew for 3 yr. Without letting me know - now Jenna has to have a overbite operation-cruel and unusual treatment

My two teens and myself have received the best care for our orthodontics needs. Dr. Gorcyzca is super friendly and knowledgeable with lots of experience. She was recommended by a friend and glad we all now have beautiful smiles. Her team is amazing too they all are super nice and efficient. They really try their best to make you feel relaxed and take care of any concerns. You will be in great hands here. Highly recommend.

I have had two children receive orthodontic treatment from Dr. Gorczyca. All of the staff is incredible, friendly, and make the kids feel at ease. It's definitely a no pressure experience, and I was happy to work with them on multiple options. Dr. Gorczyca is very thorough and explains everything, while also providing different treatment plans to weigh out and explains her recommendations for each. The experience has been wonderful every time.

Words cannot describe the level of service my son and I receive every time we step into the office. The entire team is super courteous and accommodating. Dr. G is so kind, gentle and keeps us informed of progress. I highly recommend her office for ortho needs!

Dr Gorczyca and her team of comitted dental technicians are amazing and hard working. They are keen on details on keeping their office clean and welcoming, homey to both adult and children patients. Dr gorczyca personally assess each case and handles each treatments invidually. All the techs are well trained and knowledgeable of Dr Gorczyca's approach and system. I just wanted to say how much Dr. Gorczyca and her amazing staff have improved my perception of those in the dental profession. They were always so thoughtful and considerate. I finally found an office where I was cared about, it was so comforting knowing people where invested in my progress. When I came to her office I had braces for several years already and I was losing hope I'd ever see the day they'd be taken off. As a young woman that was destroying my self esteem, thank you to these ladies for your dedication and all the work you put in just to see me smile.

The staff was ahhhmazing! Genuinely amazing; you can tell everyone loves their job and the office. Front desk staff was organized and knowledgeable; the coordinator was very efficient and hands on and the Orthodontist (Dr Gorczyca) was eager to assist and very experienced. All the patients leaving their visits seemed happy and pleased with results. I was there for a follow up to prior orthodontics care and I could not have been more pleased.

Doctor Gorczyca did a great job. Love my new smile, she straightened my teeth in half the time everyone else quoted me. When I had an issue with my bite she had a quick fix that only took four months and only had to wear my retainers at night to fix my bite. She's amazing and I highly recommend her.

Went to this office about 2years ago for a consultation. They were late to my appointment, rude, unorganized and gave off bad vibes. Decided to go to Sheffield's office and immediately felt welcomed and everyone was so amazing at his office and explained everything in detail. Decided to get my braces with him and everything was AMAZING! Never received follow up from Gorczyca's office until a year later! Told them I was not interested and already received treatment.

She continued to call me weekly leaving messages until I decided to block her number! She then started calling private and leaving messages I felt harrassed and would say its pretty obvious someone is NOT interested if you leave messages weekly for months and they don't return your calls right?! I'm assuming Sheffield is getting all the customers and her office isn't doing too well! Stay away and go see Sheffield in Antioch/Brentwood he is amazing as is his staff

This office sucks! Worst customer and patient service, I do not recommend it at all.

Dr. Gorczyca is the most rudest dentist I've ever met! I wouldn't recommend my friends, family or strangers to her. She's also very cheap, and her staff is under paid! She's lucky I had to select a star in order to post, because she really gets zero stars from me!

I love Dr. Gorczyca & her team! Such a friendly and helpful team. I went there today because my retainer was no longer fitting correctly and keep in mind I got my braces of 5 YEARS AGO! Dr. Gorczyca was able to not only fix my retainer, but make me a clear set of trays that I can wear in order to get my teeth aligned to the way they were perfectly aligned when I got my braces off.

Her staff took a mold of my teeth in the morning and I picked up the clear trays + my fixed original retainer literally 2 hours later. I currently live in Florida and was only in the area for the 3 days, so I was worried I wouldn't even by able to get anything done. but I'm literally SO SURPRISED and JOYED at how quickly her team was able to help me. Literally the best orthodontist & team in the area. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

I am a 37 year old adult, and I am nearing the end of a 16 month Invisalign treatment with Gorczyca Orthodontics. First: I never felt pressure or obligation during the consultation process. After all, I had lived most of my life with the teeth in the positions I had -- what motivation did I have at 36 to fix it? Second: The Invisalign treatment works, and works even better via the amazing support of Dr Gorczyca and her staff.

I did a bit of shopping around before I decided on here. This was mostly because everyone else in town had ONE person on staff that had the training/certification to work with the Invisalign, which resulted in long waiting and inflexibility for the follow up appointment. Third: In case it is not clear I am not only happy with the entire experience, but I am just as if-not-more happy with the results. I highly recommend Gorczyca Orthodontics to anyone reading this.

These star ratings boggle my brain. I went to Gorczyca for WAY TOO LONG and couldn't be more disappointed in the fact that I chose her over 2 other people that I went to for consults. Honestly I went to her because she was the cheapest. You know the saying, "you get what you pay for." I wish I could give zero stars. If she tells you something, you BETTER get it in writing.

Everyone I have personally spoken with about their experiences with her, have had horror stories like mine. My braces have been off for months now and I had to wait this long to post, to not completely bash her. I have NEVER had a "professional" treat me and my case in the way she treated me and mine. I could literally go on forever and post pix of her wrong doings.

I had to reach out to other ortho people to get the help I needed after she was "finished" with me. They know how she is because they have heard the same types of stories from other patients of hers. It was NO SURPRISE to them. Her staff is very nice. Her assistant Joelene is the only thing that kept me sane while going there. One of her past employees warned me before she quit to be careful, she knew I would get screwed in the end, which I did. I am extremely happy to NEVER have to walk in her business again. I couldn't imagine having to look her in the face.

At Gorczyca Orthodonics Dr. Gorczyca and her staff are phenomenal in providing excellent orthodontic care. Dr. Gorczyca strives to help you reach that perfect smile you are looking for. The staff are always willing to provide outstanding services. Dr. Gorczyca and her staff work as an amazing team and make the experience inviting and pleasant. The smile reach in the picture attached could not have been achieved without Dr. Gorczyca and her fabulous colleagues.

Dr. Gorczyca has exacting standards for your smile. I had braces when I was a teenager. my teenage Orthodontist was NOT as good as Dr. Gorczyca, let me tell you. I met Dr Gorczyca in my 40s, and when I did a consultation with Dr. Gorczyca, she described how she could correct my midline and completely transform the symmetry of my face and the aesthetics of my smile. Today, my smile is so much more beautiful than I could have ever envisioned. I can't believe I went so long with my crooked smile. So grateful for Gorczyca Orthodontics! And hey kids. wear your retainers!

We went in for a consultation and ended up leaving an hour later completely unimpressed with any of the reviews for this place! We arrived 10 min before our appointment. Waited for the receptionist to finally acknowledge that I was waiting for her to finish her very private conversation with the woman she is training! I finally got us checked in 10 minutes after our appointment started!?!

Due to her inability to accomplish her job! Then 30 minutes later we check to see when we are finally going start the process and they tell us to follow an assistant who sticks us in a room and leaves! For 20 minutes! We have a not been given any information! No one checked my daughters diagnosis! No X-rays or physical evaluation! Worst of all no explanation as to why we still haven't started the process!

So I leave and tell them that not having any information is completely unacceptable! We have other appointments and we gave them an hour for them to do something! Needless to say the staff doesn't have any clue on how to run an office.

Dr. Gorczyca and her staff are great! Both my daughter and I have gone through treatment there. I went through the Invisalign treatment and my teeth are now straight. Dr. And her staff made my treatment pain free. Every member of her team is extremely nice and treat you great and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Gorczyca and her team deserve an A+ in their quality of care, professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend Dr. G to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment. I'm so glad I decided to use Dr. Gorczyca for my Invisalign treatment.

Dr. Gorzyca is wonderful! I.used her, and now my son. I did a few interviews and consultations and she should was the most honest, best educated, and most professional bar none! The staff is wonderful, kind and efficient and quick!. Always a great experience no matter the reason I need to be in communication with them. I always give her name to any one looking and the rest of my kids will go there! Highly Recommended 10 star!
