Dr. Samuel Rayo was dismissive of my concerns and despite my request for him to refund me given the damage, he refused to do so. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the dental board.

The one time I went here the service was fine, it was just a routine cleaning. The building is old but not gross. The low rating is because they never pick up the office phone so it's impossible to get an appointment. I've tried calling multiple times over different weeks and nothing. Very frustrating.

Dr Rayo is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. How many dentists have you had that did everything themselves, even routine cleaning? He's been my dentist for 14 years and I hope he lives to be 100.
