The office staff was very friendly, and the service provided by Dottie, the dental hygienist, was very professional. Both Dr Kataria and Dr Bhatia pay attention to my dental health, and solicit my agreement for treatment options.

I love everything about this office. The father and daughter team are both experts in their chosen field of prosthodontics. Not only are they both consummate professionals, but everyone in the office is pleasant and more than accommodating. Twice I have needed an appointment ASAP and both times Christina at the front desk (who is also consistently pleasant) was happy to fit me in their schedule.

If you need any type of work that involves prosthodontics, don't have it done by your regular dentist. It's not worth it. Let the experts take care of your mouth. Check this place out. You'll get a good feeling once you enter the door.

Dr. Kataria and Dr. Bhatia were recommended by a friend who has been a long time patient. I can't thank her enough. Restoring my smile is something I have wanted to do, well it seems like forever. I am in my sixties, retired and certainly had reservations. I went for a free initial consultation to see what was possible, not being up to date on current dental procedures.

I lost several teeth due to lack of dental care for several years. I thought I was a challenge. I was put at ease immediately and assured that I was not. They spent all the time needed to address my concerns and answer any questions I had, which I'll be honest, it took a while. They listened to find out what I wanted. It became quickly evident how far dentisty has come, and through many examples, pictures, etc., I learned what was possible.

I was in the right place. I'm excited about getting my smile back, happy that I took the first step. It's one thing to receive excellent dental care, another to find two people and their staff as caring and so generous of their time. On a personal note, I missed an appointment because of a short hospital stay. My family and friends called me, and Dr. Bhatia just to see if I was ok.

Dr. Rohini Bhatia has been my dentist/prosthodontist since the spring of 2017. I "discovered" her quite by chance. When I mentioned to my endodontist that my dentist at the time was recommending an extensive undertaking, he suggested that I seek a second opinion. Am I glad that I did! Dr. Bhatia suggested a treatment plan that seemed to make more sense and that I'm happy with.

I consider myself a fearful patient when it comes to dentistry. Dr. Bhatia knows just what to say to try to make me feel comfortable in her office. I had to have all of my upper teeth extracted. Dr. Bhatia told me she'd be there when I woke up in the oral surgeon's office and she was. If you want details and explanations, she'll take as much time as needed to give them to you.

If you want to know as little as possible, she's OK with that as well. If I have a long appointment, she stops to ask if I'm OK and if I want to take a break. Whenever I've sent Dr. Bhatia an email, she's gotten back to me within 24 hours. I don't know how she sticks to her patient schedule; there always seems to be enough time to tell her about my grandchildren, etc. Dottie, her dental hygienist, makes me laugh when she cleans my teeth. Peggy, her chair assistant, and Christina, her receptionist go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and Christina definitely knows how to deal with dental insurance companies. Dr. Bhatia's practice is like one-stop shopping.

You can get your teeth cleaned, have a tooth filled, get an implant, or have a prosthesis made. I even decided to splurge and get my teeth whitened. I'm thrilled with the results. The bottom line is that if you're looking for a new dentist or a prosthodontist, you should seriously consider seeing Dr. Bhatia. She's knowledgeable, caring, personable, and easy to talk to. If you look at one of the walls in her waiting room, it's no wonder she has received a Dentist of the Year award for so many years. I highly recommend her. Carol B.
