I very rarely write a review but the service I received at this practice absolutely warrants one. I called May 31st as a new patient with a cracked molar and they were able to see me the next day. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable and that continued with every interaction I had. Dr. Forte and Stephanie were wonderful and made sure to explain every step in detail and frequently checked to make sure that I was never in any pain. Billing and my different options were clearly laid out with no surprises by their fantastic coordinator and they even fit me in for a needed treatment that same day with Shannon who was quick, efficient and friendly.

Follow up was easy to schedule and I had zero problems. If you are searching for a new practice, there is a reason they have so many great reviews. I highly recommend checking them out!

The staff from the point of walking in the door was cheerful, pleasant and courteous. The entire process from enterance, to exam, to summation of findings, to discussion of treatment plan was engaged with complete explanation and clarity. You feel complete ease I'm their care

Dr Fort is an exceptional dentist! He takes the time to look for the optimal solution for a dental issue. Great personality combined with great skills as a dentist.

This is the place to come for your Dental works, I have to say the place is very clean and organized. On entering you are met with smiling faces, a very friendly and courteous staff who handles the paperworks professionally. Dr Fort with his magic touch along with Stephanie one of the Hygienist were the ones who met my needs. I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Best dental office EVER! I was having a dental emergency and chose WCDA because of the positive feedback on Google. Best decision EVER! They fit me in immediately, the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable, the procedure was explained thoroughly from beginning to end before starting, and I'm feeling absolutely terrific! Thanks to Dr. Kim, Steph, and Erica. Way to go everybody!

To find a better Team would be impossible. Dr. Fort and Stefanie are an amazing Team. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They took the time to explain everything in great detail, and also took the time understand what was important to me. In the end we laid out a plan of attack and I couldn't be happier. I will be a Dental Arts customer for life, as long as Dr. Fort and Stefanie are with the Team.

I highly recommend West Chester Dental Arts if you are interested in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Kim and Hafida's coordination of my care with detailed attention, making sure that I left with the smile that I wanted made all the difference in my experience. They met with me a number of times to consult with my expectations, so that we were all on the same page, which again made the process so pleasant. And, lastly, I am 100 percent happy with the results. Having a great, natural smile is wonderful.

I had been with the same dentist for over 53 years. When I had severe tooth pain in February, I tried to contact my dentist. I never heard from him but, after some investigation, found out his building was flooded in September 2021 and closed. I had no idea. I was in severe pain and knew something was wrong. The West Chester Dental Arts practice was recommended by two very good friends and I'm so happy to be a new patient.

I had my first appointment within a couple of days and Dr Jae Woo Kim found the source of the pain (infection) and treated me. It took a few appointments because it involved a root canal and cap but I am so happy with the practice. It's neat, clean, has modern equipment and everyone is so very kind and nice. I even recommended this practice to my husband and because he is now their patient, Dr Kim sent me a gift card for the referral.

I have complete confidence in Hafida and Shannon, the only two staff members who have helped me. I'm sure that I will meet the others and have complete confidence in them too. I give this practice 5 stars and I highly recommend it.

Dr. Fort and his team are the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Made me feel very comfortable and extremely happy with my decision to go to them. I would absolutely recommend them.

My dental issues are vast. My mouth is very sensitive but I've always received quality and kind care from Dr. Shelley and now, Dr. Fort. Everyone who works on me does the best they can to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible.

Awesome experience! I went to two different dentist dealing with the same tooth issue and had terrible experiences. Going to the Dental Arts was the absolute best decision I could have made. From the staff at the front desk, Dental assistants to of course Dr. Fort it was a great experience! My issue has been resolved and I am now pain free! So, if you have any Dental needs I would highly recommend West Chester Dental Arts!

They have been a lifesaver. I'm so happy I've found such caring and helpful group. My super fear of going to the dentist left me with a lot of work to be done and I was scared out of my mind. The sedation options made it, finally, doable. Dr. Fort and Ms. Hafida were so understanding and made me feel more comfortable than I thought possible. The entire staff have gone above and beyond.

Dr. Fort and the staff are amazing. Very nice people and really get that a lot of people (like myself) don't like the dentist, they'll talk you through exactly what they're doing and do their best to make you comfortable. They have flexible hours and appointments later in the evening for working individuals. I have been going here for years and refuse to go anywhere else.

Told me they took my insurance, they were wrong. Instead of doing the right thing and working with you to correct the mistake, they will take advantage of you and send accounts to collections. Misleading and deceptive, avoid like the plague. There's too many quality practices in the area to go here.

THE BEST Dental office! Every member of the staff is amazing! I have had some real Dental Phobia, and I have been using this office for 10 years plus. Not only do they address my concerns and make me feel at ease, but the overall dental care is wonderful. My husband used to take my children to the dentist - that's how bad it was for me. This week I brought my 86 year old mother in law to this office and held her hand the whole way ( okay maybe I waited in the lobby:) they took amazing care of her making her feel at ease despite her confusion due to dementia she suffers from. Dr Fort and West Chester Dental Arts staff are truly the best! If youve a great dentist, try Dr Fort & staff because you will switch, theyre truly that great! The total package of what makes for a top-notch dental experience - incredibly kind hearted, friendly, professional and skilled. Best you can tell there sincere and the staff has a great chemistry among them that creates a welcoming atmosphere soon as you arrive.

My first experience was attending their free dental day they provide the community (How amazing is that!), either a filling, cleaning or extraction. A bad tooth discovered during my cleaning with them would need extraction and they managed to work me in that same day to have it done. That day I got to observe howthey truly provided a full day, working diligently thru, providing services to a significantly large number of attendees I inquired about their dental plan which is great and signed myself up.

Prior to them, I'd been either unsuccessful finding dentist with dental plans or the few I found wereny a good value for what they cost vs what they provided. Been a few years catching up on needed dental care. During this, Dr Fort has done repairs of implants done by another dentist which broke.l Dr Fort has been hands down amazing, explaining everything in throrough comprehendible manner, letting me know of options and always happy to answer my always many questions.

He listens and makes sure Im comfortable with decisions of what to have done. Its funny at a dentist visit to have your spirits lifted but you cant help yourself, he and the staff are all so likeable and friendly and they've done great work on my teeth. They also give movie passes for referrals but Im doing a favor to anyone I get

The office is clean, comfortable, and bright. A scheduled appointment is pretty much on schedule. The entire support staff is pleasant from the front desk to the dental hygienists and assistants. Dr. Lee has a gentle touch, and everything about her conveys competence.

X-Rays were taken and stated I needed a lot of work done and could not guarantee that I would not feel any pain when sedated and then was sent to the Financial Room to wait while they called my Insurance Company. I just felt as though it's all about the money at that office and not the patient. maybe if I had seen Dr. Forte things would have been different because his reviews are excellent I was told he was not available but another Dr. was on duty. I didn't feel comfortable being sent to the Financial Room just seemed like some kind of hustle

Dr. Forte, is wonderful and his assistances are amazing. the practice is beautiful and very calming and coming from Me. Because I'm terrified of the dentist office! And the Dentist but that has changed now that I have Dr. Forte. Try them you will be very glad you did. Dr. Forte is wonderful and his staff awesome!

Eric Fort is the best dentist in the world. The honor and integrity befitting a former Naval Officer, the skill and talent of a University of Pennsylvania Dental School graduate, the discipline to serve his country and community and to have a family, the competence and care and precision and bedside manner that could serve as a textbook for Dental Students.

There is no one better. Period. Because he is so good yet humble he remains literally a diamond hidden from all the magazines and let's keep it that way - otherwise when I need my bi-annual 3 hour sedation cleanings with apple juice and blankets or an emergency 7 hour sedation root canal I know Eric will fit me in, as he has BEFORE 800 in the morning.

More dedicated -- at least to me -- than most family. No one else is allowed in my mouth. Once sedated, Eric is the only one. Done. For life. (As Eric is a little younger than me, he BETTER outlive me as I am NOT changing dentists and he is stuck with me even if I move). And of course thanks to the massive amounts of Halcyon I recall nothing when I leave. Score! Eric is absolutely the best EVEN with five-star nightmare patients like me -- and trust me, I am the MOST DIFFICULT PATIENT IN THE WORLD even though I try to be nice but I am a total nightmare because I am IMPOSSIBLE to sedate so that a scheduled 1 hour appointment ALWAYS lasts 3 or 4 because it took so long to titrate medications (basically many times more the morphine levels than needed to kill a horse due to my genetic coding and chemistry that THANKFULLY does NOT scare Eric who will use the right amount of medication he needs to use until you are asleep and wait until you are actually asleep and not say "pop this pill" and start digging inside your mouth in two minutes as you are awake because it is a busy day. Eric would NEVER do that!).

Oh no, Eric hand selects some combination of medications to start (some extras for me, I am sure), grinds them up, slides them under your tongue, and then, if you are like me, it's round two and three or four of waiting another 20 minutes and then more drugs and EVENTUALLY after several rounds I finally have enough drugs in me and I fall asleep -- so that now, finally, his patient asleep, in peace, a now exhausted Eric, having waited an hour and a half for me to fall asleep, like a sculpture he goes to work on his now basically and thankfully unconscious patient and does the best dental work in the world. Befitting his professional and personal integrity.

But here's the thing. Please keep Eric a secret UNLESS you really are dental phobic BECAUSE if you are a "normal" patient and you start taking his appointments, those of us who really need Eric won't be able to get an appointment. BUT that said, if you are terrified of the dentist and want the BEST I have found in the US, and I have seen WAY TOO MANY DENTISTS IN MY LIFE after a horrifying childhood experience, make an appointment with the best today, the one who will treat you like a family member, not begin ANY work until you are completely asleep, then begin world-clas dentistry, and you will not remember a thing hour later or ever thanks to the drugs: Eric Fort rules and is a baller.

West Chester Dental Arts has been my favorite dental experience ever. The front desk staff are friendly and make scheduling easy. The hygienist (Maria) is always amazing and gentle. I always see Dr. Eric Fort, and he is always kind, thorough and professional. I never saw Dr. Shelly, so I cannot speak to the other 1 and 2 star reviews that seems to speak poorly of him. If you want a great dental experience, choose to see Dr. Fort and you will not be disappointed.

My family and I went to Westchester dental arts we seem to like it but after a while the office staff was overcharging us.we left that office and went back to our old dentist office. I have to get some major dental work a lot of crowns so I wanted to go back to Westchester dental art to get a second opinion and a price for all this work which would be a lot of money.they already had my x-rays and my information yet wanted to charge me a consultation fee.

I was shocked and upset that they would nickel and dime me for this fee with the potential of such a big job. I will go somewhere else for a second opinion they have lost my business.

My childhood dentist was a close friend to my family and always made every trip I had to take to the dentist as enjoyable as.well, as a trip to the dentist can be. When I was living on my own as an adult in Delco, I tried a new dentist (because my old one was in Jersey and I couldn't use my insurance there) and had the worst experience ever. That led to me going a few years without going to the dentist, which led to a a horrible toothache that kept me up for two nights in a row.

I asked for dentist suggestions from friends at work and was given the name of this place. I called them and the woman I spoke to was incredibly sympathetic to my toothache and got me in for an appointment that same day. (When I told her I understood if they didn't have immediate openings for new patients, I believe her exact words were, "We'll fit you in - just tell me when you can get here.") I ended up having a cavity so bad that I needed a root canal (my first ever).

When they told me this, I started crying right there in the chair and one of their amazing patient care coordinators brought me a juice box, talked me down and discussed super generous payment plan options with me (because it was the cost of the procedure that actually made me cry). And when I asked how much extra the nitrous would cost (because yes, I am that big of a wimp when it comes to the dentist), Dr. Shelly told me there was no charge and that the more relaxed I was, the easier it was for him to do his job.

I really cannot say enough good things about this place. They have great hours and have always been able to fit me in whenever I needed to be seen. Everyone who works there is amazingly nice and they are really great about working with you if you can't afford to pay for your visit all at once. They also participate in annual Free Adult Dentistry Days and offer fun incentives for referring new patients!

Seriously - this place may have cured me of my intense fear of the dentist, something I never thought would happen in my lifetime. If you need a dentist in West Chester, go here! (And tell them Sara Stell sent you, ha!)
