Dr. Schwan has a nice mannerism. His staff is cordial and respectful. They explain what they are doing while they are doing it.

Friendly staff and they are always prompt. When you show up for your appointment the staff is waiting for you. I have never experienced waiting in the lobby for my appointment.

Our family has been going to Dr. Schwan for years. We are always greeted promptly and professionally by Jen at the front desk. She is kind and attentive. The hygienists, Holly and Lisa, are talented and thorough. I honestly feel like Holly remembers every detail we have ever discussed. Dr. Schwan is knowledgeable, approachable, extremely talented and very interested in the overall health of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Schwan and his team!

Dr. Schwan and his entire staff are professional, courteous and competent. My wife and I have been going to them for several years since our long time dentist retired. They have established our comfortableness and confidence with there environment and service. Regular cleanings, a root canal and two crowns later they have taken good care of us.

He's the best dentist I have every seen. Extremely knowledgeable, skilled and communicative. His supporting staff there are phenomenal too. I have much more dental work that needs to be done and I have great confidence in him to do it well

The staff was very nice, especially Jen at the front desk. That is why i'm giving the rating a 3 instead of 1. Dr. Schwan was nice at first too, but seemed irritable when I had questions about my teeth after the cleaning was finished. It was almost like he felt like he was too good to receive any type of feedback that wasn't positive. When I tried asking questions I was cut off multiple times and I was told that if I did not believe what he was saying that I needed to have a second opinion.

When I never said I didn't believe him. A thorough explanation about what I was asking about would have been fine. I've never experienced this from any other dentist office that I have been to. My experience leaving this office made me feel like I did not want to return or recommend to any of my family members or friends. This was a waste and I could have used my visit elsewhere.

The attitude that I experienced from Dr. Schwan towards the end of my visit was very off putting and quite upsetting. I though this would be my new general dentist after reading all of the other reviews, but absolutely NOT. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Everything from the first time calling till walking about was pleasant and relaxing about this office. I've never had a better dental experience. I'm so glad to have found this group!

From the time you are greeted at the door till the time you leave, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoy my experiences at the office and can't wait to go back. The dental hygienists always remember specific details about you and make it a point to get to know you. I have had Lisa as my dental hygienist the last few times I have gone and it is always a pleasure.

It's like visiting a friend while you get your work done. Everyone in that office is truly amazing, made my entire day just going there. Thank you for your kindness and welcoming office.

I hate dentists. I've tried several over the years. Having said that, I've been going to Dr Schwan's office for many years now. Why? From the time you walk in the front door and are greeted by Jen, and then taken back (very promptly) by one of the amazing assistants, and made comfortable. Then you meet the captain of that well run ship. Dr Schwan is literally everything you'd want if you were designing the perfect dentist, with a dose of good humor to go along. If you're looking for a much better experience, here's a choice you won't be disappointed in.

I had gone to another dental office prior to Dr. Schwan's office. The other dental office had told me I had 5 cavities to be filled (which was a lie!) and Dr. Schwan told me I had just 2 cavities. Dr. Schwan's office is great and the staff is very welcoming. I went there without insurance and with a dental plan. I liked their truthfullness as I know many dental offices try and get more out of their patients than what is needed. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

I am always pleased with my experience at this office staff, hygienists, and dentist. Today I came for my appointment at the wrong time and they were able to fit me in anyway.with a friendly smile. I also bring my young children to this dentist for their cleaning and they are always great with the kids.
