I visited Dr. Berson today after having extreme dental pain while on a visit to see my daughter. I live in MD but the pain was so bad that I couldn't wait to see my regular dentist at home. I am so happy to say that I left Dr. Berson's office in NO PAIN after walking in with excruciating pain His entire team was incredibly calming and accommodating.
They were upfront about pricing and their number one concern was relieving my pain. I am so grateful that they squeezed me in, even though I was a new patient. The icing on the cake: the doctor called me this evening to ask how I was doing. Even my Maryland dentist of 20+ years has never done that! Highly recommend! Update 4/8/22: I had a second visit at Dr. Bersons dental office today.
He and his team were great once again and they treated me very well. Everyone there is so kind. I still highly recommend and will keep traveling from MD to PA for any dental work beyond regular cleaning.

I was referred to Dr. Berson recently by a friend. I have to say that they are just AWESOME! Everyone is so caring, so nice and so gentle. It's been only two visits and they have taught me so much about how to take better care of my teeth and answered my questions/concerns in great details. The way they talked made me feel like family, and I knew that they really care! I'm so so glad that I got referred to Dr. Berson's office and now I know my teeth are in good hands!

Best care I've gotten in 50 years. Consistently on time with conservative care. Highly recommend them to anyone. I went to them from another practice and Mindy (hygienist) found tartar/plaque the prior practice completely missed. My gums have never felt better. COVID visit update. Felt very safe during my visit. They clearly put a lot of thought, effort and money into protocols and equipment for their patients' safety. I never saw any other patients and all the staff were wearing huge amounts of protective gear. Great job.

I just had my teeth cleaned and checked and the experience was as good as it could be under the current circumstance. Every precaution was taken to ensure my safety as well as the safety of the staff. Mindy was well protected as was Dr Berson, who has the most gentle hands. I highly recommend this practice.

I started going to Berson Dental in 2011 when a previous dentist ruined a tooth that needed a root canal. Dr. Berson took care of what was left of the tooth in a practically painless procedure and I will keep going there indefinitely (unless my insurance stops covering them)! My only complaint is that the do push cosmetic stuff from time to time -whitening and Invisalign at their faves - but they beg off when you express you aren't interested. Also, all the staff is SO wonderful. Just the best people!

For many reasons (lack of insurance etc, ), I hadn't been to a dentist in several years. After waking up one night in terrible pain, I needed a dentist immediately. I found Dr. Berson's practice by googling for dentists near me and looking for a place with early morning hours. I called as soon as they opened and they got me in later that morning.
My immediate pain was relieved and they outlined next steps to get my teeth back in good shape. I feared being judged, but instead found a warm, welcoming, friendly, and caring group of people who have done excellent work to take good care of me and my teeth. The early hours are great and the location on City Line Ave. is very convenient. I never thought I would say that I love my dentist - but with Dr. Berson and his team, it's really true!

Mindy and Evan always make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! Historically I have DREADED going to the dentist, however going to Berson Dental is always a positive experience. Dr. Berson extremely gentle and always makes sure that you are not experiencing any discomfort. I had to have cavities drilled and they made the whole thing painless.
In terms of the administrative side, they are really awesome about politely reminding you about your upcoming appointment. After my appointment, Dr. Berson called later in the day to ask how I was feeling. On top of it all, my teeth definitely look great and I feel healthier after the visit. The whole office is clean, everyone who works there is so friendly, and the dental work is great. Highly recommended!

I am very nervous patient but the office staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I needed an extensive amount of work. They were so nice they held my hand through the entire procedure, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Berson was very understanding and was very good at managing my dental fears. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
