Shame on you! Banning a patient/child for missing her first appointment due to illness in the middle of a pandemic. Such a disappointment.

I had been with Bala Oral for over 10 years. They were great in the beginning. Dr. Sani has always been great and attentive but within the last 4 years the office has changed. The receptionist are unprofessional and they often violate HIPAA regulations sharing i formation with the wrong patients which on multiple occasions had to be addressed but they fail to correct the situation.

Another incident was when they put braces on knowingly that other work was needed so when the braces were removed the teeth went back crooked and then they suggested braces again but after the they did the work that was needed to be done in the beginning. The dental hygienist they have do not know how to speak with children hurting their feelings when working on their teeth when they may not be up to par.

The other one seems to be high and very energetic which really didnt sit well with me. I know its a business and it comes down to finances but when the quality goes down it's unacceptable. I would do a lot of homework and think long and hard before choosing this office. Today will be my last day with them.

Best Dentist ever. Been going there 20 years. Dr. Sani is a brilliant, caring Dentist. Really great person too. He is really good at diagnosing exactly what is needed. He always tries to give the customer a break on prices. I'd give him and his staff 10 stars if I could.

Who knew getting braces would be sooo easy! The entire process has been painless, affordable and convenient. Easy follow-up appts and wonderful results! Dr. Sani gets 2 thumbs from me! So glad I chose Bala Oral health for all my dental/ortho needs. Friendly staff and clean environment!

I absolutely love Dr. Sani! He's the best dentist I've ever encountered. I'm comfortable and relaxed whenever I'm in his chair! The office staff is always very pleasant and professional. I met Nahal, the hygienist for the first time and she was great. fits right in! I recommend everyone looking for a dentist to visit Bala Oral Health.

My experience was amazing from the front desk, dental hygienists, and the doc. I was taken back AT MY APOINTMENT TIME which was great since I had to go back to work and everyone was super friendly. I am typically not a fan of dental appointments but with them having the latest technology it really put me at ease. Customer service is excellent and I will definitely be going back!

I went to another dentist with them telling me I was gonna need to remove most of my back teeth and get dentures. Going to Bala Oral Center and having Dr. Sonni take a look at my mouth, he was able to save what little molars I had. Even though I don't go back as frequently as I should, Dr. Sonni and his dental team are the reason I will keep going back. Thank you Dr. Sonni and Nicole for your hard work.

I have been using this practice for over fifteen years. The staff is professional and friendly. There are no long waits from the time you are scheduled to the time that you are seen. I've had cleanings, root canal, and crowns done by this practice and the work is always stellar. They rake the time to explain what they're doing and why and always offer suggestions for optimal oral health. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist or hygienist!

I have been going to bala oral health center from several years now. I always have a great expirrience when I go in for my appointments. Dr. Sani does an amazing job with my teeth and making sure that I am comfortable and that the procedure goes well. He is the reason I am not afraid to go to the dentist now. I have had bad experiences in the past with old dentists. But coming here has helped me love coming to the dentist. Dr. Sani's staff is amazing. They are all nice and all talk to you with respect. They're amazing there!

I have been with Bala Oral Health for some years now; the office, as well as the staff are stellar. I went through a long process of getting my gums healthy again then moving into braces. I have to say that my teeth look amazing. The staff are always amendable when I have an emergency or need to change and appointment. I will continue to have Bala take care of my dental needs.

I was desperately looking to have a tooth removed. By their being so many dentist in my vicinity. I was very scared to just go with just anybody. When I stumbled across a review by Marquita H, I had the need to give Bala Oral Health Center a try. Marquita was wright this place was wonderful from the time I walked in. The wonderful and very sociable staff plus beautiful was very attentive an very caring.

My appointment was the very next day no problems. Plus the building has a wonderful atmosphere, very clean, did I mention very very great staff. Well the whole staff is very knowledgeable, and Dr. O'Brien gave me my options was very informational an new what she was doing from the very start. Dr. O'Brien said I could save the tooth but it wasn't in my budget, so she did the extraction with no hassle I felt noooooooooooo pain what so ever.

She is magnificent, and I am very scared of pain and needles she had the tooth out in no time. Hell, your talking about a gentle hand that I have never had during seeing any other dentist, Dr. O'Brien is the best. Bala Oral Health Center is the place to go for dental work. Keep up the great and wonderful job. As a man that hate going to the dentist I will definitely keep my appointments with Bala Oral Health Center.
