Dr. Lipkin and his team are amazing! I was referred to Dr. Lipkin as I needed a lot of work and couldn't afford the crazy prices that i was quoted elsewhere. We drive all the way from the other end of the Valley to see Dr. Lipkin. Had terrible experience at another dental office, so don't mind the long drive. Everyone is so super friendly, caring and professional! This place is great for both adults and kids! I can't recommend this practice enough!

Wonderful office with an incredibly helpful and supportive staff. They're helping me get the proper care I need with referrals and handling insurance, as well as giving me the best care within the office itself. Fantastic team that are undeniably kind; they're going above and beyond with their office and patient care.

My wife and I both are patients of Dr Lipkin. We can only say nice things about the office, dr. Lipkin and his staff. Everyone in the office is very nice, professional and very helpful. Dr. Lipkin is a great dentist, skilled and patient. Highly recommended!

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Lipkin. He didn't complete any work on me but my initial consultation and X-rays with him were great. However, I had a really bad experience with Lucia and Inna. The office does not want to schedule me for a deep cleaning (which is covered) until I get my root canals. I had an appt for July 1st and they switched it till the 13th because I had covid on June 17th which I tested negative for on the 20th.

I was okay with that but asked to do the teeth cleaning on that day too, since they want to push it back. They can't do that they said, it's not approved. 17 days till that appt and it's not approved? The first visit was great but when I spoke to inna about Lucia, she said she's a great person and talked to me about her personally. I'm sure she is, I am not saying she's a bad person but my conversation with her and her customer service was not helpful at all.

Then inna told me to go elsewhere since I am not happy with their service. I am not! I don't understand why it's so hard to do the work that is covered and it's not thousands of dollars out of my pocket.

This is my second review. Again, Dr. Artur Lipkin's entire office is kind, professional and always accommodating. Inna, who runs the front desk is beyond wonderful. She always asks how I'm doing and makes me feel very special. My initial appointment was with Dr. Lipkin who was great and then my regular cleanings are done by the dental hygienists. Today, I was introduced to Julio, the new hygienist who really put me at ease.

I have a very sensitive bottom tooth and gum line due to my past periodontal surgery and he was incredibly gentle. I would recommend Royal Dental Spa on Moorpark in a heartbeat to all my friends and family.

I drive all the way from Valencia to see Dr Lipkin and will never go anywhere else! I have 3 kids, mind you, they're teens, but they have always refused to go to the dentist. There's something about the dentist that just scares the life out of them, but ever since they've been going to Dr Lipkin that's changed. He's SOOO good with them!

Super attentive, kind, and gentle. He also sees my husband and I, and all 5 of us have never experienced any issues. I had a root canal done, seriously didn't feel a thing, I couldn't believe it. And Inna at the front desk is always really helpful with explaining how my insurance coverage works, what's covered, etc. Everything's been really smooth and I'm just so thankful to have a dentist that me, my husband, and my kids all enjoy instead of avoid!

I highly recommend this dental practice all around. Inna really takes time to care for me and make me feel like someone attentive really has my back.

The best! Was very nervous about my deep cleaning and Miguel was so gentle I didn't need a shot to numb or anything! Inna and the rest of the staff are amazing so glad I found them.

As a person who's afraid of the dentist, I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and have great personalities. They cater to you very well! Safe to say I'll be coming here for life! Thanks Royal Dental Spa you guys are the best!

Staff is very sweet and accommodating to my needs. Talked me through everything that was going on so that I understood everything about my procedure.

Horrible dentist. I agree with the other negative reviews. I went in for a routine cleaning and exam. He explained that I needed $5,000+ in extra procedures. The list of recommended services he provided was handwritten (way to join the 21st century, idiot!) and illegible. Worst of all, as the hygienist started the cleaning she literally said in her thick Russian accent "you are okay with pain, yes?" When I said no, I'd really like to avoid it if possible, she scoffed at applied some numbing gel which barely helped at all. It was pretty torturous. This "dental spa" should be closed forever and 'Dr.' Lipkin should have his license revoked.

Love this place! I've been going here for about 2 years. The staff is so friendly & pleasant. And the dentist does a great job of explaining exactly what issues you may have with your teeth, while offering options for treatment. Warning: arrive a bit earlier bc parking can be a challenge. But overall, good service & atmosphere. I recommend!

That was my first visit to this dental office, and I was very impressed. We had an appointment for my father. First, we got later for approximately an hour, and they still accepted us without any problems. The staff is amicable and caring. Artur (a doctor) suggested the best option for my father still to be fully covered by insurance. Also, he extracted a tooth for a few minutes without any pain! Inna (in the reception) helped me with all papers. The office is immaculate and well maintained. I would highly recommend Royal Dental SPA!

There is NOTHING not to love about this place. The customer service is AMAZING, everyone is so kind and the Dr. does a great job answering questions, giving advice and making recommendations. I just had my regular teeth cleaning by Julio the other day and he did a wonderful job. The lovely young lady that runs the office keeps me 'on track' with my appointments and even held my hand once when I was freaking out about getting a tooth pulled. (It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.) It's so refreshing to find a business where everyone seems invested in doing well and making clients feel comfortable.

My 11 year old daughter has been going there for 3 years now and we love it! Best dentist and amazing staff!

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are impatient, condescending and confrontational, no matter how kindly you speak to them. I've never been made to feel so small or inconsequential by a dentist/doctor's office and the worst part was that they seemed to enjoy it. I am truly not sure why they are like this but if you want to be treated with any kind of respect or care, I greatly suggest you do not go to this office.

Great staff! I am terrified of dentists and was upfront about that when coming in. Ina, at the front desk, was so welcoming and kind. I had a cleaning and the Dental hygenist was extremely efficient and attentive to my concerns. Dr. Lipkin also worked quickly to help me get in and out. It was my first time here and I think I found my new dentist!

Great dentist can't feel a thing when he's working on me I had a bridge put in had a missing tooth after getting one also extracted great job can't ask for less prices are fair also won't regret going to dr Lipkin

I can't thank Dr. Lipkin enough for seeing me in the middle of the night for an emergency a few months ago. I decided to make him my full-time dentist after that and couldn't be happier. Him and his staff are always kind and welcoming and make me feel at ease. Every experience I've had with him has thankfully been pain-free and quicker than expected! So glad I found this place!

Dr. Lipkin is the best dentist I've ever had! His staff is amazing and super nice! He is professional at his work and truly cares for you. I've had three wisdom tooth's pulled out and all were less then 10 min with no pain! I highly recommend coming here! You are definitely in great hands. Sooo quick and they do a really great job. They worked so hard to even get me approved by my insurance. They really aren't trying to sell me like most of my past dentists.

Dr. Lipkin gave me the "Courage" to be able to SMILE Confidently again! The entire staff is extremely Hospitable, Professional and "Wonderful!" Nothing "Wicked" about my appointments, in fact, every time I go in and see all those Smiles, makes me feel "like Home."

Everyone here is super friendly dr lipkin is very gentle and understanding of my needs and made feel comfortable. Inna at the front desk always greets me with a smile and makes any wait time pass by unnoticed. I've moved around dentists a lot because i haven't found a dentist i like. But my search is over i love this dental office!

My 3 year old daughter loves going to the dentist because everyone at Royal Dental Spa is so wonderful to her. I can bring her while I get a cleaning and they will read to her and have fun! You always get appointment reminders and treated like family!

WARNING WARNING WARNING! I would give this place a 0 if I could The doctor did TWO root canal on the SAME tooth and now I NEED A 3rd one on the SAME tooth! When I asked the doctor how this was possible, he said that it was normal. (NO IT IS NOT.) Then, he ask me what do I want to do? When I told him that the pain could be from an infection he said "oh yes you have a bad infection." I had to ask him for antibiotics.

I was so upset. He kept asking me what did I want to do, I kept telling him I needed antibiotics. Finally his OFFICE MANAGER prescribed the meds Which turned out to be wrong! I had the MOST SEVERE REACTION to whatever she prescribed me. I had to Google the right antibiotics and ask them to prescribe it to my pharmacy. Within minutes of taking the right antibiotics I finally got relief.

He never looked at what she prescribed me because he was too busy asking me what did I want to do. He just signed the pad didn't even look once. Never did he tell her what to prescribe. Now, I have to go to a specialist for a 3rd root canal because the 1st 2nd he did wrong! That's not what really upsets me, But the fact that he allows his office manager to prescribe medication without having any form of a medical licence.

What made it worst, is when I confronted them they both lied to my face. 1. She at first said she did have a right to prescribe, when I questioned it she quickly backpedalled. 2. She said the doctor told her what to prescribe, that was a lie. She was never in the examining. The doctor had followed me out to the lobby where he was Repeatedly asking "what do you want me to do"?

He never spoke to her. I was very upset and kept telling the doctor All I wanted was for him to prescribe the meds and that's when she intervened. To quickly get me out of the office, she grabbed a pad and wrote a Prescription. He never read what she wrote, merely signed it. My infection was spreading when I trusted them to give me the right me dication.

After the 3rd day of the Antibiotics she prescribed, my eye was swollen and my throat was closing. All I wanted to do was sleep. I knew something was not right. I was getting worse taking the antibiotics not better. I can't believe that I had to go to Google and find the right antibiotics. I made my husband call them and have them call in the prescription.

Within minutes of taking the right antibiotics I felt relief. I should not have gone through what I went through. It's terrible and I want to make sure nobody else goes thru the same experience. So before you go in there do your homework. And ladies wear pants and a loose turtleneck

Dr. Lipkin's office is the first dental office I've been to in LA and I'm really glad I found it. Ina at the front desk is a warm and sweet soul that makes you feel like family is there to help serve you. She also goes above and beyond in trying to accommodate anything you might need. Dr. Lipkin is also caring and will explain/answer any questions you might have. I've gone in for a regular cleaning as well as a deep cleaning (which Ina made happen after not giving up with my insurance company). I'm very happy with my cleanings. 4 stars because I still see very little amount of plaque on my teeth but honestly my teeth look a million times better!

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Lipkin. In the past 10 years I've spent thousands of dollars on various dentists and dental procedures. I was so happy when my insurance recommended Royal Dental Spa. Their office is right around the corner from my house in Studio City. Office Manager/ Front Desk receptionist Inna is the best. So friendly and very accommodating. Cheyla is a very kind and gentle Dental hygienist and calms me down when I get nervous. Artur Lipkin is thorough and very professional and very friendly. I love this whole office and I give them 5 stars for sure.

I had a terrible situation where I chipped my tooth on a glass bottle. I was reasonably devastated and of course did not have a dentist to turn to. I'm really lucky to have found Dr. Lipkin - a serious gem of a provider! I called first and the woman who answered the phone was extremely polite and patient with answering my questions. She made me feel at ease when I was really anxious about my tooth.

The in-person experience was just as great. Dr. Lipkin made me feel at ease, and I felt no pain at all during the procedure. I'm glad to now have a great dentist in the area!

As the biggest chicken on the planet I can firmly say that this is the best dentist's office. Every person here from the front desk to the dental hygienist have always put me at ease and have made all my visits as good any experience to the dentist! the covid safety has been wonderful and they are always so willing to work with you.

Cannot recommend a more professional establishment to get your teeth taken care of. The staff is incredibly friendly, and communicative in every aspect. I've had many different dentists but this is the best so far. Very clean and adequate. Dr. Lipkin and his team are incredible.

Royal dental spa is a cut above the rest. This facility went above and beyond negotiating with my denti-cal to ensure a crown would be put on my tooth that had already had a root canal done on it a few years back. Not only did they get me in as quickly as possible, got denti-cal to cover it in full. Royal dental spa truly treats their clients like they are part of the monarchy and royal family.

I like many dread the dentist, however this was the first experience I have ever been completely numb during procedures, which I truly enjoyed without losing sensation of my mouth for too long after the operation as I have with other dental clinics in my past. If you want fast, precise, and friendly service, there is no better facility for your oral hygiene!

Highly recommended! Julia, the receptionist is amazing! She always kept me in the loop and was my first line defense in ensuring I could be seen in the first place. You're the best! Don't let anyone tell you different.

Best dentist in town! I have experienced a lot of different dentists in Los Angeles, New York and in Texas. And, usually, there are problems. Not this time! Dr. Lipkin is professional and very friendly. As well as his team. I have been to the office numerous times, because I have a lot of work to get done with my smile. And every time they treat me like a family. Thank you!

I've been seeing Dr Lipkin for 3 years. I was in the office this week- there was a gentleman who comes to Royal Dental Spa from Ventura County. I am from Norwalk area. Point is that I would drive 3 hours or more to see Dr Lipkin and his staff. He is a pain free dentist.this is huge for me since I have overwhelming dental anxiety. Front office staff treats me like family.

When I fall apart in the chair, tearful, with nervousness taking over- Dr gives me sufficient novacaine to get through my procedures without hardly noticing. I have to use dental-cal and I am treated the same as fully insured customers. They're truly warm, and make me feel they are happy that I came. Dr. Lipkin and staff have changed not only my dental heath and my appearance.they erased my dental anxiety completely!

I can't say enough good stuff about this dentist! From receptionist to the actual dentistry they are amazing. Had two crowns done here and and they are perfect. The receptionist is kind, patient and takes lots of time to listen. Best dentist experience I have had.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Dr. Lipkin. I've been avoiding the dentist for years, partly because of cost but probably more-so because I'm absolutely mortified at the thought of someone going in my mouth. My friend told me he had the same fear, but Dr. Lipkin did a lot of work on him (root canals, crowns, etc.) and he felt NOTHING.

I took his word for it and am so thankful! Dr. Lipkin is so gentle that after he pulled out all my wisdom teeth, I thought he hadn't even started yet. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see the teeth on the stand next to me! The front desk girls also make the whole insurance and payment process simple. Prices are very reasonable, couldn't be happier!

I'm writing this review strictly for staff. The dentist is nice, he seemed to know what he was doing but his staff is very unprofessional. I called to schedule a follow up appointment and because I had left a previous review detailing how unprofessional staff is they refused to see me. Mind you, I was willing to let water under the bridge, maybe update my review and give them a better one but "Katherine" was very stern and borderline disrespectful. again, the original review was for front desk staff not the dentist.

She said "because you wrote a bad review, we refuse to see you." So here we are, time has passed and still front desk has shown no signs of growth. There's plenty of help out there dr. Try and get help that doesn't make your business look bad. Good luck.;

Amazing service. I did cleaning for my daughter. Usually she is very unhappy with visiting doctors, but Arthur has such a right approach to children that the kids are very pleased. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Lipkin has been my dentist for as long as I can remember and honestly have never been happier with a healthcare provider. Any work I've had done has always been painless and thorough. He always explains everything in detail and his office manager, Lucia, helps me work with my insurance for payment. Highly recommend Dr. Lipkin and his staff!

Recently came in for a teeth cleaning and had a VERY positive experience. Dr. Lipkin's staff was extremely knowledgable and did a great job! not only did they do a great job but they also did all the work for me as far as my dental insurance goes. Overall I had a great experience!

Dr. Lipkin put in 4 implants for me, and I'm so happy with the result. Been going to Royal Dental Spa ever since for all my dental needs and couldn't be happier. Him and all of his staff are very helpful with all my needs and even working with my insurance. I also couldn't thank Dr. Lipkin enough for being available after hours for a dental emergency for my sister. He answered our call right away and saw us in the office 20 minutes later. Life saver!

I didn't wait long at all for my 9:45 checkup. Dr. Lipkin didn't rush through the appt. like some dentists/doctors do. He answered all of my questions and made time for the teeth cleaning I needed. I'd recommend him to people who are nervous about going to the dentist -- he's very calming and considerate. Also, I liked that he didn't try to push me into services/procedures I don't really need, like some dentists do. The front desk staff was the most polite I think I have ever encountered at any doctor's office. A truly pleasant experience.

Dr. Lipkin is very knowledgeable, calming, reassuring, and is excellent at what he does. I went in to have 2 wisdom teeth removed (1 was impacted) and he told me seemingly basic things about my teeth that my pediatric dentist never told me. I'm now almost 30! Not to mention the extractions were painless and done in under 45 minutes. I highly recommend him and will definitely be going back for him to remove my other two wisdom teeth. Wait time is reasonable. Front desk staff was very courteous and very helpful.

I happened to have a dental emergency on my last trip to California. Luckily I found Royal Dental Spa! The office manager was very accommodating and they were able to see me the same day. The office is very clean, the doctor treated me with great respect and most importantly fixed my problem! The experience was amazing!
