Our practice treatment philosophy is based on Integrative General Dental Care with a special focus on replacing missing teeth with Dental Implants and "Smile Makeovers" through Cosmetic Dentistry. General and Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Rod Burton is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Dentistry in Chicago (DDS). Dr. Burton has provided the Conejo Valley with the finest in restorative and cosmetic dental care for over 35 years. Dr. Burton began practicing dentistry in the United States Army Dental Corp from 1983 to 1986.

Dr. Burton is the best! He genuinely cares about not just the health of your mouth, but how your general health can be affected by the health of your teeth. He, his dental team, and office staff are all very skilled, professional, organized, and friendly. If my family ever found ourselves leaving the area for some reason, we'd still make the efforts to get back here to Dr. Burton's. If you've been here before then you know what I'm talking about, and if haven't been here yet, give them a try. you'll be glad you did!

We've always had great experiences with Dr. Burton, but I was reminded again today of another reason to like going to him. Today I got a refund check that said "your insurance paid more than we anticipated, so you had a credit." Amazing. I've never had a doctor or dentist refund me. It's good to do business with good and honest people.

Because I'm somewhat terrified of visiting the dentist, the assistant more or less held my hand calm me down throughout the whole process. And walk me to the door. I enjoyed the extra attention to make me comfortable. I'm not going to say I'm looking forward to my next visit but I don't think I'll be scared.

As always the staff was all about the patient. They wore masks, checked temps, provided all the cleaning, disinfectant, etc. And Dr. Burton has been my Dream Dentist for 20+ years. I used to have cracked, yellow, messed up teeth. I now have a beautiful smile that makes me look years younger or so everyone says. He is amazing! Thank you!

Always professional and exceptional service. Great front desk and support staff. Dr Burton has a wealth of experience and hundreds of loyal patients as a result. His hygienists are the best and Nicki is delightful. Highly recommend for families and kids as well. If it is possible to enjoy a dental visit, this one qualifies for sure. Dr. Rod was thorough, helpful and friendly. I have also heard him speak on dentistry and have been so impressed on his knowledge, humility and passion for learning. He is a rare breed these days as he does all of his work himself. The consummate learner. his intelligence stands out as he speaks.
The other gem was his hygienist. She also teaches about other health subjects to serve the the public and was a great conversationalist as well as hygienist. Thank you Doctor Burton!

Dr. Burton and his staff offer excellent service. I am on a regular maintenance plan and couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Burton offers excellent service. He is very gentle and the dental repair work is impeccable. The office is relaxing and clean, the staff is very friendly. You couldn't ask for a better hygienist. Dr Burton can help with sleep apnea and is very aware of right medications to prescribe. You will leave happy and with a beautiful smile!

They have the best staff. I am always greeted warmly and made to feel like their office is blessed by my being there. Nicky' and Dr. Burton have a genuine desire for me to have a pain free experience and fantastic quality of care. I appreciate their attention to detail and I trust their judgement. Nicky even went out of her way to have "sparkles" on her skin.

After a dreadful experience with another dentist (See my other Yelp reviews), I feel extremely fortunate to have become acquainted with Dr. Burton and his wonderful staff. I could not be happier with my gentle and thorough cleaning by Caity, followed promptly by an informative and comprehensive exam by Dr. Burton. No high pressure sales, totally relaxed environment in a clean and modern facility. For all of the reasons above, it's an easy 5-star review!

Another recent visit to Dr. Burton's office reinforced my solid approval for him and his friendly team. I had a broken crown (blame my previous dentist!) and Dr. Burton was able to remove it painlessly and replace it with another that perfectly matches my other teeth -- you'd never know it wasn't natural. Impeccable focus on detail, and pride in the work they do -- that is why I continuously recommend Dr. Burton and his team.

I was a patient of Dr. Ketcham's all my life, so when Dr. Burton took over the practice, I was worried. From my first visit to Dr. Burton's office, my fears were put at ease. His staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. And I LOVE my new hygienist Nikki; she is careful, friendly and does a great job! Dr. Burton is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
He works within my insurance limits when I need several things attended to as well, which not all offices watch. I truly could not be happier.is that possible with a dentist?!

Dr Burton and his whole staff are wonderful! Often times a Dr won't have a good staff and that makes it dreadful to make an appointment. Not so w Dr Burtons staff! From the design, cleanliness, helpfulness in making appointments, the wonderful teeth cleaning staff and finally Debbie who is Dr Burtons assistant. No, I'm not related nor do I work for them lol. I'm just a very happy customer who has had a lot of dental anxiety in the past but not so here. Lastly I appreciate their open minded, welcoming attitude towards all people. Thank you!

Dr. Burton and his staff are friendly and considerate. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed about the procedure. Dr. Burton offers treatment/pain management for those at risk of substance abuse who may be triggered by pain killers. He also trains dentists through his school of dentistry. He is Highly experienced and competent. I felt I was in good hands.
