I have four kiddos and they are my world! This dentist office is hands down the best place when it comes to so many things. Efficient, organized and professional but even more important; kind, fun and authentic. We had two kids in for appointments and the other two sat patiently. However, the nurses engaged with them so sweet while I was in the other room with my son. Making sure each of them was being seen, even though it wasn't their appointment.
We walked away feeling so very taken care of and my sons root canal was so quickly and efficiently done. It was more of an unexpected experience of seeing dedication in the work field, at a time were customer service has been on a decline.

I am so disappointed. My general dentist sent me here for my 2.5 year old. Upon assessment, I was told that my child had many cavities that would for sure need 4 crowns and fillings and that my only option was to have him put under to complete the work. After letting the dentist know that I was uncomfortable with this, he explained that this was the only way he was comfortable doing business and did not want to honor my wishes to have my child come in for multiple visits to see how he would handle dental work.
Before leaving, I made it clear that I would not consider anesthesia and wanted a second opinion about the amount of work needed. Before I could exit the building, a lady took me to the back room and gave me a pitch about anesthesia and how I should make the appointment anyway and sign an agreement to get on schedule. I do not sign any agreement in advance of knowing I want or will receive treatment.
My observation of this place was that they probably see many patients and give them the same pitch as they did me in order to get more money. My family has top tier insurance and are financially stable. I don't have to settle this type of dentistry. This woman who took me to the back room treated me as though I was an uneducated mother who needed to be convinced as to why my son needed to be put under.
She even told me a third party story. I spent many years in sales and she reminded of my old timeshare sales buddies. Once I shut her down and told her how unnecessary her pitch was, she changed her tone and let me out of the "closers" room. Now for the good news! I sought a second opinion and not only did the doc honor my wishes but he proceeded on the conservative side and once in treatment the tooth that I was told needed a crown, didn't.
My son was able to handle 2 fillings so far and did great without being sedated. The new dental office listened to me and I them and we didn't need nowhere near the amount of aggressive work the former dentist said we did. I am concerned that this clinic is pushing crowns and sedation and making cripples out of patients. I caution parents to ask questions and seek second opinions.
My good friend who worked in dental for 20 years was advocating alongside me. She quit dental because of the corruption and worked for many big names across the valley. I am glad I sought a second opinion and trusted my gut. My son has found a new dentist and we feel valued. Good luck to you all.

We had Bobbi as our dental assistant and she was amazing! I had three kids with me and I always get anxious as a single parent if the kids are going to overthrow me or if it'll be smooth sailing. Bobbi not only accommodated my older son that wasn't a patient ( thinking I nee to move him over now) but made him feel welcome by letting him pick a toy out and also painting his face.
She made the experience fun for all of them and my daughter who's first time was magical because of her. By the time we finished, I had a unicorn, snake, and spider following me out of the office because she had painted their faces. They even texted me after to tell me they had a coloring page for my daughter but we had already left but I thank Bobbi for her patience and making all of it so fun! We of course also had a good experience with our dentist, he was kind and patient.

I love this place so much! The dental asistants are all so sweet and patient. I have been taking my toddler there since he was first 13 months old, hes now 2.5. Todays appt the dentist was busy and we had to wait but there was another boy close to my sons age and they broke out bubbles and made them baloon animals to keep them occupied and happy! They really go above and beyond to make it a good experience. Dr Bryce is super nice as well! He tries to make it fun and relaxed! Hes quick but thorough with my little guy who isnt a big fan of dental exams yet.

What a wonderful dentist! My kids were scared their first time about a year and a half ago, but the office managed to still make it fun- painted nails, movies, face painting, and toys. Now they like going to the dentist. One of mine has had to have dental surgery with anesthesia because they were so young and had to have quite a bit of work done in cavities.
Everyone was very gentle with them, and they walked me through the process well. We also just had to have a tooth pulled, and the dentist was available on call. Even though the Nampa office was closed, they got us right in at the Fruitland office the next day, and there was hardly a wait. My child did very well, and once again, the staff was kind and gentle. So thankful for a great place to take my kids!

Wow this place is amazing! My daughter was nervous and before asked for me to hold her hand the whole time but once we got here they made her feel so special and she didn't need me at all! This place is decorated so adorable for kids and loved it! She got to watch Enchanto and had her face painted! Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish!

Horrible rude experience didn't have a care in the world for my toddler who was in immense pain! We went in on Friday for an emergency appointment because her teeth were hurting her and all they did was take x rays and say she needed to be sedated and do dental work at the hospital and the soonest appointment was 2 months away! She sits still and loves the dentist she would not need anesthesia I don't even know how it would affect her yet!
When she was two she had an oral sedation to get her two front teeth extracted and did wonderfully at a different dentist. This place, even on their voicemail say they offer oral sedation, I asked about it and they said no they wouldn't even give us the option for it. Which I don't even think she would need I'm sure she could handle numbing and the shots just fine. Going to the hospital not only doubles the price but it's 2 months out and causes more pain that my baby needs attention for asap. Smiles for kids is getting her in to fix the problem.
I called this place back to see if they can look at her again because she has a fever From an infection from one of the problem tooth and they refused again they would not do any work unless we schedule that surgery date for 2 months away! Absolutely disgusted and disappointed a childrens dentistry wouldn't fix a problem like this right away that's hurting a toddler
