My passion for dentistry began when I invested in orthodontics for myself as a young adult. The confidence I gained by straightening and whitening my teeth was life-changing. I love providing my patients with whatever they need in order to smile without hesitation! The Treasure Valley has been my home since 1996 but I have lived in and around Idaho my whole life.

When I first made my appointment they said they took my insurance and it turned out that they didn't. If I would have known that I wouldn't have gone there. I feel like they were dishonest with me. Now I have to pay for a cleaning that I thought was covered by my insurance. It's unfortunate because I liked the place. 1 star for no integrity.

Been going here for a long time. Doctor Cox is very good! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Recently we had to switch to a different office as they're not in our new insurance network. We didn't want to, but money is a real thing and always plays it's part. I can't recommend these guys enough! They are top notch! 100% satisfied with everything BridgeTower Dental has done for us over the years!

We had a wonderful experience at Bridgetower dental including the receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist. We had a warm and welcoming visit as soon as we walked in. Ashley the hygienist was amazing with my son, she did a excellent job cleaning his teeth and making his visit a positive experience. Dr. Cox was awesome, very friendly, he even came out and introduced himself to us. Thank you to everyone at Bridgetower Dental for making our visit very positive. We have found our new family Dentist!

I had not been to a dentist in quite some time and then I ended up with a bit of a dental emergency. My wife has been going to Bridgetower for about 2 years and absolutely raves about Dr. Cox and his amazing staff so I scheduled my appointment and let me tell you, I have never been happier with a dentist. I had an amazing experience, they made me feel welcomed, important and comfortable- Always checking in with me and made sure I knew exactly what was happening throught the whole process. Dr. Cox and his staff are fantastic! He has been my dentist for a number of years. When I visit, the office is clean and appointments are prompt! If delays, I have been notified up front, often well before my appointment. Also, great care is taken to make sure I am comfortable and pain-free during procedures, like fillings, etc. When something comes up for dental work - a quote is given showing how much insurance and out of pocket costs will be, so no surprises. I highly recommend Bridgetower Dental.
