Very professional and extremely responsive. I had an urgent need to be seen and Dakota Dental was able to get me in at 8am the day after I called in. After meeting with the Dr. Lauren and some testing to diagnose the source of my discomfort they were able to adjust their schedule to immediately accommodate the procedure that resolved the problem I was having.

I had seen a different dentist at a different clinic 2 days prior and did not agree with their diagnosis so I wanted a second opinion. I am so glad I contacted Dakota Dental because Dr Lauren found the real problem and it was much less invasive than the first diagnosis that I received. I don't know their titles but Vanessa assisted Dr Lauren and their were 2 other people that provided assistance while I was there and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you again Dakota Dental for your outstanding customer care.

My daughter had a procedure done here. We had a great experience and everyone was super nice. Until the procedure was completed. I was assured they were submitting the paperwork to insurance (we got preapproved for the procedure). Months later, when I had still not received reimbursement from my insurance company, I reached out to my insurance company who said that nothing was ever submitted.

I tried reaching out to Dakota Dental (Tammy was our Dentist's coordinator of benefits) and could not get a response from them. I finally called and was told that someone else was taking over that and she would be sure to be in touch with me, and she never was. It's so upsetting that it has to come to me leaving a bad review since the dentist was great.

If it weren't for the incredible Dr. Isabella and the entire staff including all of the amazing ladies at the front desk, I would still be in excruciating pain all weekend and unable to sleep. I have a 7 month old baby girl and an 8 year old daughter and can't afford to not be at my best for them. This team was nothing but accommodating and worked hard to fit me into Dr. Isabella's schedule over at the Dental Surgery facility in Bloomington on a Friday morning, the same Friday morning in which I left a sobbing voicemail at 4am due to severe tooth pain.

Very honest and upfront with what your treatment options are and the cost to you after insurance. Dr. Isabella has high level ability to explain and interpret things in a way that his patients can understand with confidence. This IS the the superior dental practice, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental office to call home. I will forever return to Dakota Dental!

By far the best dentist I've ever been to. Easy to book an appointment. They got me in within 2 days. I needed a follow up appointment which got booked 3 days after the initial appointment. (Another mediocre dentist initially booked 2 months out when I needed something right away, not these guys) That was a big plus in my book. Then they were the most welcoming and nicest people in the office as well as in the chair. I have never had a great experience at a dentist until now.

I can't say enough great things about Dakota Dental and Wellness Center! Everyone is fantastic! From Jill, Tammy, and Jackie at the front desk; to Julie, Brooke, and Vanessa who did my initial visit; to Dr. Ashburn with her awesome personality and answering all my questions during my exam; to my hygienist Allie who was super friendly, gentle, and answered a bunch of questions for advice on the best ways to care for my teeth on a daily basis. All of you have made me feel more than welcome as a new patient and I'm thrilled I found you for my dental needs!

I had a wonderful cleaning done by Allie today and I am looking forward to getting my mercury amalgam replacement done with peace of mind that Dakota Dental is SMART Certified through IAOMT. Dr. Isabella and the team are skilled, professional, personable and supportive. I am so thankful to have found our family dentist for years to come!
