I've been going to Dr. Courtney for about 10 years now. She's the best Dentist I've ever had. I highly recommend this place, everyone is friendly and the whole atmosphere is calming.

Top excellent service and work. Have had many dentists in my lifetime (retired) and without a doubt, they are the best! Courtney does the best job I ever had and I am in my 60s so I would know.

I had my first visit with Dr Courtney today an she was so nice as was the rest of her staff! I felt when I left there that I was finally (after 30 years) in good hands with my dental care! I highly recommend this dental practice

Every person who works there is so friendly and nice. It starts at the front desk with a smile and sincere greeting. Then you get with the hygienist, Candice, who could not be more nicer. She is always concerned about your comfort ability. Both Doctors Courtney and Cox are very nice as well. I saw Dr Cox today and she immediately asked me about my mother and her chemo treatments.

It made we feel so good someone cared. Dr. Cox, not sure you will read this but I called my mom from the parking lot and she was so touched that you remembered. It made an impact and you made my day. Highly recommend these professionals.

I visited Artistry Smile Center for the first time for a checkup and cleaning. The ambiance of the office was very soothing. I was impressed with the efficiency of the receptionist. The hygienist, Candace, was also very welcoming and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Courtney followed up after the cleaning. I needed a follow up with an Endodintist for a fistula that developed from a root canal I had done in Florida in March. Dr. Courtney wrote up the referral.

I am very pleased with my initial experience. I was at my previous dental practice for 43 years and although very happy with them, I had to leave because of insurance coverage. I felt very welcome and well cared for at Artistry Smile Center.

Such friendly staff to myself and my kids. They teach us how to have a healthier smile and want to help us with overall better dental hygiene. Nature sounds and massage chairs help. Also Netflix for my kids :

A great office! They're quick and polite, and make sure to communicate about every service they want to offer. They aren't open weekends, but I go in the morning before work, and it's always a pleasant experience.

Today was my first time there and I was so nervous I'm really protective over my teeth but my dentist she was so sweet and so I nice I trusted her really quickly and she was very helpful, was really sweet and even went through everything she was doing with me so I know what was going on.

Dr. Angela Courtney demonstrated exceptional competence in her field. Her ability to listen to the patient was superior. She takes her time and takes great pride in her work and in the patient's satisfaction. I would highly recommend her services especially cosmetic dentistry!

I've been to different dentist offices in my life. The people at Artistry Smile Center are the best. They are personable. They don't dig into your gums when they clean your teeth and they answer your questions politely and clearly. See you guys next time I'm due for a cleaning!

Great dentists, hygienists and front desk staff. Friendly and professional. I had a Zoom whitening treatment and the technician was amazing. She was very thorough so to minimize any discomfort and to maximize results. She was so patient, meticulous and checked in on my often. My white teeth are amazing!

Office is always clean, front desk staff is welcoming, and the hygienists are professional, do a great job of explaining my oral health, and I am confident of their performance when it comes to my semiannual cleanings. Now my doctors are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Very thorough, engaging in a whole wellness idea sense of the patient, and genuinely friendly.

Another excellent visit at Artistry. As I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile from the new receptionist. Almost immediately, Candace appeared and was ready to start the tooth cleaning process. As usual, her performance was professional, friendly, thorough, gentle and thoughtful. She made suggestions for my consideration and I plan on implementing every one of them. Candace was tremendous!

Next Dr. Courtney soon arrived and began a quick review of my teeth and gums. Also friendly, and thorough, Dr, Courtney's presence was very much appreciated. She had located a chipped crown on one of my teeth. But, instead of immediately setting up an appointment for a new crown, she suggested that we both keep an eye on the tooth and report any further changes, That is my kind of Dentist.

I was given such gentle care today during my tooth extraction. Me being comfortable was their primary concern. For that reason alone is why I refuse to go anywhere else for my dental hygiene. Thank you Dr. Angela and Dr. Cox.

Great service, been going there 5 years and at least 4 times a year, they are always on time.

This was a disaster! I waited a month in a half for not even a call promised in 2 weeks. So I call wondering what the problem was and guess what. The wonderful yet never without a attitude Rachel forgot to. call. So I called back today after buying a second dental plan to accommodate for my work needed to schedule my fillings and guess what after telling me the process the day before I find out she has yet to even talk to anyone.

They had to renter my information 2-3 times and I have NEVER EVER seen such bad communication. Horrific. I asked to speak with someone else and nope. I asked to leave a voicemail for dentist nope. So horrible communication and the one reporting is the one with the problem. Good luck with that one DR Courtney.

I was greeted with a lot of smiles today. It makes a difference when people are nice!

I have been going to this dentist for the past four years. It was close to where I lived and I was relatively satisfied with the calm environment and the dental hygienists. This past visit, they told me that they needed a panoramic film because they recommended one every three years and my insurance would pay for it. I had to come back a second. time the next day for cavities and they got the regular X-rays at that time, saying that my insurance would cover that as well since it was billed on a different day.

I just got a bill from them for both types of imaging, and my insurance company called me to tell me that they don't even cover panoramic film at any time. To tell a patient that something will be covered without knowing with certainty in order to get them to consume services is not only careless, but is morally questionable. I will never be returning and will be warning the other people that I referred to this practice.
