I absolutely love this place! They've been my dentist for about a year, all my procedures have gone super smoothly! What REALLY makes them stand out is their kindness, and how much they'll go out of their way to make you comfortable! Today I had Dr. Nicole Knight and the hygienist's name was Alejandro! Both amazing people! Not to mention both the outside and inside of the building look gorgeous! 10/10

These dentists are fantastic! I've had such awful experiences with dentists in the past. I've had dental work done incorrectly numerous times and billing issues. But here it's so different. They have done phenomenal work with my needs (so far root canal, crown and multiple fillings). They are are gentle, attentive and kind people. Marla was assisting me this past visit and she was wonderful!

She even sanded down some of a crown I had to make my teeth look nice and straight! They work really well with my insurance, as well. I've only paid about $100 for all my work which is mind-blowing.

I have been going to Merion Village Dental for over 30 years and I love it there. Carrie is my hygienist and she does a great job!. The one down fall is they are limited on the insurance companies they are networked with. I have to pay extra because they are not in network with Met Life nor do they take any medicare supplements. I really don't want to leave them however when I retire I believe I will have no choice. My only hope is that they make changes before that time!

I have a lot of dental anxiety, and the staff is very patient & understanding. My hygienist, Carrie, is very thorough but goes at a pace I'm comfortable with. She makes it easier to be more compliant with my visits, and she always has a smile.

First of all I don't write reviews but I am disappointed with my experience here and I don't want someone else to have the same happen to them. I came to Merion Village Dental as a referral from one of my coworkers. I don't know the extent of mouth-work she has had done, but during my first visit they assessed that I would need not 1, but SEVEN fillings when I have never had a filling before.

They showed me the x-rays and where I would need them, and I agreed to it. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, so I assumed they were correct. However, one of the teeth they ended up filling in was a front incisor that definitely did not need filled. I have had non-stop tooth pain ever since getting these fillings (which was over 2 months ago now), and I had never even had a tooth ache before this.

After seeing all the reviews I wish I had looked them up before going in. It's really unfortunate because I did enjoy talking with the hygienist I had (don't remember her name) I will not be going back to get them checked just so they can mess with my mouth more.

My son needs his wisdom teeth removed. As he is our oldest, we have never been through this process before and have lots of questions. Tim was amazing and so patient with me. I appreciate all of the information he provided and his professionalism was top notch. He looked into issues of concern for me and got back to me with answers in a time manner.

I see that dentists and hygienists are often highlighted, but I wanted to be sure that Tim was acknowledged as well! I feel very comfortable that we are making the right choice. Great staff all around at Merion Village Dental!

This is by far the BEST dental office to go to. The staff is super friendly through the entire experience, try their best to put you at ease, explain billing and charges before any procedures, the building is clean, and they have a ton of fun drawings to enter just by visiting, referring or being a part of the cavity free club. It's worth the drive across town for me! Highly recommend!

I like the atmosphere of my first couple of visits. I had multiple fillings done for cavities that were not major and I had no pain in my teeth. I had to go back 5 days after due to constant tooth ache on a tooth that was filled. I was then told I needed a root canal since the filling was deep. I was not happy about this as I did not have this pain before my cavity filling and have paid a hefty amount for the work. I'm willing to stick around and see if my experience improves, but I was not very happy about this.

If you're looking for a great dental office, you found it. I have been going here for about 7 years and every time my visit is nothing short of amazing. The staff is great, super friendly, confident, and reassuring. They will have you leaving feeling confident in yourself and in their work as well. I would personally recommend Kanisha. I had her for the first time today and I can't say enough about her. She is the reason I am finally writing a review after so long. Don't be shy, make sure you request her!

The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was 6 months behind on my cleaning schedule and used their chat function on the website to schedule an appointment the same day! They're also open later than most offices and on the weekends! Carrie cleaned my teeth and was fantastic. Dr. Schairbaum is also great and was able to get me referred to a local orthodontist for some other work I need done. Highly recommended for anyone, including those who haven't been to the dentist in a little too long.

My family has been going to Merion Village Dental for years and we have never had any major issues. I went in for a teeth cleaning yesterday and my experience was great! The employees are very kind and each visit is always comfortable. Shoutout to my go-to hygienist Carrie, she deserves way more than just five stars haha!

I have been a patient at Marion Village Dental since around 1992 or 1993. There is no other Dental Office I will go to. I recently moved to Massillon Ohio and I came back to Columbus on 12/7/2021 to have my teeth cleaned. Carrie is the best and I trust her 110% with my sensitive teeth. She has been cleaning my teeth for 20 plus years and I would hate to have to train another Hygienist to work on my teeth. We both laughed at the comment when I was in. The best practice in Columbus.

MVD offers flexible hours to help sneak in dental appointments at your convenience. The dental hygienists are friendly, remember your history and make you feel comfortable. So happy I found MVD!

Everyone is so friendly! The entire staff helped me feel comfortable during my visit. They provided blankets, offered water and a snack after I was done, and I was even able to watch Netflix while getting my fillings done which was a great distraction. 10/10

Amazing place. They are always very friendly and always on time. The office is always spotless and they are fast. Also, great with my kids.

Was recommended to go by a co-resident due to their evening appointment availability and great accessibility. Had a terrific experience with the staff, hygienists and doctors. Received comprehensive evaluation and learned a lot about my dental care! They have beautifully facilities that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall was very pleased with my experience as a new patient!

MVD has the best customer service. I have been a member for over a year and each visit has been wonderful. Staff consistently provides friendly and compassionate care. When I had apprehensions about getting my wisdom teeth removed (never had prior surgery and the removal may be complicated in my case), they helped to guide me through their thought process and discussed benefits vs risks with me, all in in a non-judgmental way that made me feel empowered to make the best informed choice for myself. I will be a patient for life.

Another great experience today at Merion Dental! Friendly, professional and fun staff make "going to the dentist" actually enjoyable. Thanks for a great cleaning. (And did I mention the cookies and dental chews for the pup? ).

I believe I started going to this dental practice in 2004 or 2005. It was great for many years, but has declined in customer service in the last few years. They have grown too big and have stopped caring about individual patients. In the last year, they stopped honoring scheduled appointment times which is a big deal for my busy family. For my last. appointment, the time in the confirmation text was NOT what I had scheduled.

I replied and the time was "fixed." I received approximately 5 confirmation texts and emails with the correct appointment times. On the day I showed up for my appointment, the time had been moved with absolutely no notice to me. I did not have time to stay for the later.

Had another great experience @merionvillagedental this morning! Plus another No Cavity Club visit. Have been a patient for over 20 years now. Have never had any real issues in all those years. If so, they were minor and resolved quickly. Carrie has been my hygienist for all those years as well and does a great job.

I'm a new patient of MVD and I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone has been so kind. I was able to get an appointment within just a couple days of calling and when I found out I needed a filling, there were options for same-day or next day appointments. Anyone with anxiety about the dentist will feel at ease here - they even offer blankets for your comfort. Being able to watch Netflix with headphones on while getting dental work done is my new favorite thing. I am so glad I made the phone call.

Best dentist office I've ever been. These people understand that most people don't look forward to going to the dentist. So they make it as comfortable as possible. Staff is very friendly. Snacks, drinks and Netflix with headphones while they are working on you. I've had a few cleanings and few cavities done here. Will continue to keep coming back.

I've been a patient for many years and have always had good experiences. From the moment you walk in and Ms. Velma gives you the warmest welcome to getting checked in, everyone is so pleasant. They just give you that feeling of they're happy to see you and are there to help anyway they can. I absolutely LOVE my hygienist Carrie, she is THEE BEST. It's crazy to think you can have fun and enjoy going to the dentist. But Carrie, the doctors and rest of the staff there make it possible! Merion Village Dental is really an awesome place and I won't go anywhere else! Thanks to All!

DO NOT GO HERE- Unethical & Predatory. I've been a patient at MVD for years. I finally asked why services cost so much more than I have paid elsewhere in the past (I assumed in part it's that they are just so. wonderful, because they have great equipment & customer service) & how much insurance was covering only to be told THEY DON'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE.

If you have BCBS & are a patient here, check if you're covered. heck, check if you're covered regardless because even their breakdown that they give you looks like insurance is covering parts. But nope. There's a small discount (so it appears there's a bit of coverage although no where near what insurance typically provides) but that bottom line- it's all out of pocket. I don't know about you, but I don't have extra money to spend on a service I already have coverage for if I choose another provider. BUYER BEWARE!
