Just had my first dentist visit! All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly they made the experience easy and took the edge off with their friendliness and reassurance! Dr. Williams was so great and very knowledgeable, explaining every step and process. He put my fear of the dentist experience at ease. Thank you! My teeth are happy!

Dr. Wright has been our family dentist for over 25 years. He and his staff are caring, professional and dedicated to providing the best dental care possible. His commitment to excellence has served us well. I cannot say enough about the compassionate care we have received over the years.

I don't like going to dentist. Does anyone? Had a dental issue & they got me right in "Wright" in". :) (New slogan?) Great caring staff. Dr Williams & Charlie did their best to make me comfortable.

Months ago I had a tooth that required immediate attention. I was able to see Dr. Alan Williams for my first time. My treatment plan involved placing a crown on the tooth, which I did with Dr Williams. All of the prep work and crown placement went very smoothly, and the end result was one fine looking tooth! I brought up some of the cosmetic changes I would like to make on some other teeth.

After that initial crown, I went on to have 11 more teeth transformed! The experience was great! Dr Williams is very knowledgeable and skilled, and was readily available had there been any issues. I am very pleased with the result, and am very happy he joined Dr. Wright and Dr. Heron!

In November, Dr. Williams added a crown to one of my teeth, following a root canal I had earlier. I have had no problems with the tooth, and I greatly appreciated his workmanship, and the fact that he answered all of questions and concerns. I am very happy that I found this office.

I have been a patient of Dr.'s Wright and Heron since 2007 and highly recommend their practice - to the extent that I'm willing to drive from downtown Dallas to visit their office in Southlake. Recently, they added Dr. Alan Williams and I have to admit that I was rather skeptical. 15-year patient and you assigned the 20-something newbie to me? C'mon guys!

It took maybe 5 minutes for Dr. Williams to win me over (and the completely painless crown didn't hurt either). Dr. Williams was funny, friendly and professional to a fault. In fact, I actually looked forward to my follow-up visit because I enjoyed chatting with him so much. NOW, if they were only closer to Dallas! Great work guys!

Dr. Wright is a fantastic dentist, one of the greats in my book. He is competent, compassionate, and knows what is important to address now, and what can wait. I highly recommend.

As a physician, I feel I am able to assess health care quality. There is no higher level of dental care than provided by Dr. Greg Wright and his team. For almost 20 years, my family has received EXCELLENT Professional care. Affordable rates w/o dental insurance, actually less cost.

They are always so welcoming and do such a thorough job to make sure my dental need is taken care of. It's a joy to go in there to get my teeth cleaned! Never thought I'd say that about going to the dentist office, but they truly do such a great job.

Dr. Wright is the epitome of superior dentistry and excellent communication skills! He treats patients with care and respect. My family members have turned to Dr. Wright to repair mistakes and oversights by other dentists. He has taken away any apprehension or fear from painful appointments with dentists in the past. I recommend him to anyone needing dental care.

We have come to Dr. Wright since the early 90s. He is the most compassionate and kind man. Every person he employees emanates the same characteristics. My husband had major anxiety problems going to a dentist and when I made him go to Dr. Wright 16 years ago he came home and told me that he still didn't like having his teeth messed with but he was the best dentist he'd ever had. They don't have staff turnover, they are knowledgeable and helpful, and they treat you like family. They do beautiful work.

Dr Wright and his staff are very good and kind, HOWEVER what they fail to tell you is they are NOT a network provider for your insurance and they WILL charge you for anything your insurance doesn't pay them. So my first visit for bit wing X-rays, panoramic X-ray (which they assured me was covered by my insurance) and my exam cost me over $400 out-of-pocket.

I made the mistake of thinking that my second six month appointment would be 'free' since there were no X-rays and I had dental insurance. I was wrong! I had to pay an additional $101 for the second visit. I paid less than that for a dental visit for teeth cleaning when I didn't have insurance! They NEVER told me they weren't 'in-network' until after they billed me.

They asked for my insurance before I ever walked in their door. It is part of making an appointment. They should tell you up-front they aren't a network provider. It's not good customer service. I won't be back.

Dr. Wright and his staff were amazing! I felt like I received personal care from when I first called the office all the way through to the end of my appointment. Dr. Wright was thorough and gentle, and explained everything step by step. His staff did an excellent job explaining my insurance benefits and payment options. I would recommend this dental office to all my friends in the Southlake area!

We just moved to the area and what a bummer! We were moving right before it was time for a check-up so I figured we'd wait until we got to town. I saw some solid reviews and after being told that this dentist was in-network with my insurance I thought we had found a match! Boy was I wrong. the upsells started from the moment I walked in for what i have always considered standard stuff. $50 here $150 extra there, $30 more for the toothbrush (kidding on this one, but this is what it started to feel like).

All that to come to find out that the dentist wasn't even in network and I had to pay more out of pocket than most reasonable people would pay WITHOUT insurance for a regular cleaning and exam. They took unnecessary xrays, overbilled me, overbilled my insurance. frustrating. Dr Wright was a nice guy, so he gets my 2nd star, but the office staff was pushhhhhhhhy!

The bill collector called over and over to collect their last $40 and could have cared less about my experience or perspective. All is well as we have found someone awesome. If you have cash to burn you have nothing to worry about, but otherwise, I would advise alternatives as there are too many good ones who do better work at reasonable costs.

Whole family have been customers for 10 years. Service is prompt, friendly, thorough, and holistic. They don't over-prescribe care. They make good use of technology, such that you can get electronic reminders of appointments, which is helpful.

Love love love my dentist! I've been going here my entire life! The whole staff is fantastic and there is a sweet personal touch to the office. Professional and honest dental work. I have never once run into a problem!

My regular dentist was out of town so called Dr. Wright on Friday night after breaking a tooth as I was preparing to leave town due to a serious family illness. Dr. Wright was out of town as well but connected me with his assistant, Wendy. She met me at the office Sat. morning along with Dr. Wright's associate, Dr. Victoria Heron. She and Wendy spent nearly 1 1/2 hours doing a temporary fix that would cover me for my trip.

I can't say enough about their willingness to help me and especially their compassion in a difficult time. Also, they did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them!

Finding a dentist when you're new to Texas is not easy. Fortunately a friend highly recommended Dr. Wright. Dr. Wright and the entire staff are simply wonderful! The office is comfortable and it was a warm feeling. 5 stars for sure!

Dr. Wright and the entire staff have been a pleasure to work with from day one. I have worked with several dentist offices and they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Wright allowed me to come in meet him and the staff and ask questions before committing to any treatment which I really appreciated. I knew from the first meeting I came to the right place.

Now that I have had the first series of work done on my teeth the results are fantastic and the entire experience has exceeded even my high standards and expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright and his staff, looking forward to working with them for a long time.

Dr. Wright has been my dentist for 10+ years. Never once have we had a problem with him or his staff! When I was in college and home on breaks, they would always work with my schedule and get me in for a cleaning when I was in town. When I moved to Arizona, I felt weird shopping for a dentist, like I was cheating or something! Luckily, I am back in Texas and continue to go to this great dentist!

Dr. Wright performs impeccable dental work, his hygienists are very thorough (nowhere else do I receive an hourlong cleaning) and Cheryl and Billy at front-desk are very efficient and always upbeat. Despite charges slightly higher than what my employer insurance covers, the few extra dollars are well worth it to me to receive the highest quality of care and I am never pressed for unneccessary services (Dr. Wright is very upfront about what he believes can be deferred).

Unlike most professional offices, appointment times are closely adhered to (usually I am attended to on time or no longer than 5 minutes after my appointmen t time). As good as it gets for a dental practicioner.
