Dr. Baker is one of the rudest Dr. I have ever come across in my life. he does not know how to talk to me as his patient. The way he spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable and wish all future patients to think twice before choosing him. I had to get up in the middle of our conversation looking for the front office and he directed me to leave from a back exit door which was his true color of being the meanest Dr. I will never go back to him for any kind of dental work.

I recently switched dentists to Huckabee Dental and I'm very glad I did. Dr Baker and the entire staff are very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Throughout the process of getting a crown they were careful to ensure my comfort, and focused on achieving the best results. They explained each step of the process and answered all my questions. Overall a very positive experience. I highly recommend Huckabee Dental.

Huckabee Dental was so kind and helpful to get me in quickly to treat a broken tooth. Dr. Baker and his staff were so compassionate and caring to make sure I was okay throughout the treatment. Dr. Baker called me that same evening to check on me and make sure I didn't have any complications or discomfort. That was much appreciated. I'm so glad I found them.

I used to hate going to the dentist but Huckabee is very welcoming and professional. They make sure to send you reminders about your appointment and even when I was around 5 minutes late, they still went through with my appointment.

My family would say I am the poster child of fearful dental patients. Dr. Baker and his assistants did a FABULOUS job making me into a very brave patient instead. If you have dental phobias as I sure did - especially not needing any real dental work for the past 20 yrs. - I highly recommend. Dr. Baker does everything he can not only to allay your fears but takes the time to do the very best job on your teeth.all the while making sure you are doing okay.

I can't say enough good things except to say that my family will be shocked that I shall no long dread future dental visits.and that is HUGE. I would go again tomorrow, so that should say it all.

Such a great dental practice! I absolutely adore Jennifer and all the doctors and staff. Everyone is so extremely friendly but also very professional. They take the time to do a thorough dental check up and go the extra mile by ensuring my comfort throughout the visit and that I understand everything they are doing and examining.

I can't say enough about Huckabee Dental and everyone there! You receive the best care possible, and you are greeted with a smile and positive attitude from the receptionists, dental assistants, and doctors from the time you walk in until you leave! Highly recommend! :-

Fabulous, professional office! Incredible staff and dentists. I have been very well cared for at this practice, always a pleasure to go there, even if it is "the dentist". Dr. Baker is very gentle, kind, and thorough. He takes the time to explain the treatment and options. I even received a follow up call from him after having some more extensive work done! Impressive. I highly recommend this practice.

Such a wishy washy dentist office. I've had multiple appointments scheduled months in advance and they never follow thru with appointments. They're the most unreliable dentist I've ever been to, would 100% not recommend for that reason alone.

First time at this place. Really liked everything about the place. The knowledge, the clarity of the hygienist and the doc is extremely good. The process of explaining every step of the treatment and taking the time to help you understand what's needed was immensely helpful.

Everyone was nice and friendly. I came early for my appointment and was seen right away. My dental hygienist was so nice and gentle. It was the best dental visit I've had since I moved to Texas. I've already booked my next appointment.

I've been using Huckabee Dental for several years now and love the great service their hygienists and Dentists give! Laurel is always who I request when I make my appointments! Honestly, I came to Huckabee Dental when she moved from her previous employer because of the awesome job she has always done! Almost 37 and cavity free still! Would give more than 5 stars if I could and recommend them and Laurel above anywhere I've been. Thanks!

This place is awesome. I have been going here for over a decade and they are always so friendly and helpful. If you go get your teeth cleaned, I recommend Amanda. She's hilarious and really makes the dreaded semi-annual teeth cleaning a delight. Also, i had to get an implant, crown and a few fillings and Dr. Baker did a great job with all of it. My crown matches my teeth perfectly. 5 stars!

Laurel my hygienist did an awesome job (as usual) on my teeth. She has a nice touch. The Great Dr. Huckabee came through checked my x-rays and my teeth, and gave me a good review for this visit. This place is thee absolute best! I'm very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism in this establishment.

We have been seeing Huckabee dental for all our dental needs for my family. The experience has always been great. All doctors are excellent and so is the other staff. My son had his cavity fillings done today. Brooke did an excellent job of explaining the details. Huckabee is the best dentist that we have ever visited.

I have been going to Huckabee Dental for over 8 years. With the current work from home environment, it's worth the drive from Dallas to Southlake. The level of service and professionalism keeps me going back. Hannah (dental hygienist) is very personable, top notch and certainly takes a keen focus on her patients and their dental needs. She takes great pride in her work. Going to the dentist can be nerve racking for some, but Hannah and the Huckabee team back it a bright spot in my day.

New hygienist Hanna was great. Taking extra precautions for Covid. Filters masks misting etc. I felt very safe.

I saw Dr Huckabee he was so amazing put me at ease I'm very nervous at the dentist, he took very good care of me awesome staff too! He will be my forever dentist now and my whole family's

Have been going here for years. Great office. Hardly ever have to wait. Bev is my favorite hygienist. I am sure all the others are great too but I only want to go to her. All the dentists are awesome as well. I am in and out and on my way. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.

Amazing and kind - this place is truly a gem! They squeezed me in when I had a dental emergency (from a past dentist) and they now have my business and loyalty for life. I usually hate going to the dentist and have some anxiety about it, but not anymore! Everyone in this office is absolutely terrific! So grateful to have found them.

"I love going to the dentist!" was not something I would have said growing up. But now, I openly say, "I love this place!" Having lived in numerous places in the country, I have only found one other dentist office like Huckabee Dental - and that was in Spokane, WA. Huckabee Dental is first rate. You almost feel like you are with family from the time you enter the door. Jen has been my hygienist for several years and is awesome. Would not think of going anywhere else for dental work!

This office is bar none the best dental facility that I have been to. Caring staff. Great dentist and assistants. They all go the extra mile to make your experience top notch.

I would love to be able to give these folks a better review, but since they never replied to my request (via their website portal) for a new patient appointment, I never got in. Apparently they're either too busy or too rude to deal with such things. Either doesn't speak well of their front office and if the front office is crap, the entire place surely follows suit. I'll gladly take my money and insurance to a more professional office.

First time going there and I think I found my new dentist. The hygienist Amanda was fantastic. Walked me through every facet of how the organization works, explained what they were doing and why, and great conversationalist. Really glad I found them and that their positive reviews on other sites aren't from "plants".

I feel so lucky that I can find this place, so professional, Dr Huckabee is my teeth saver, high recommend here!

What a pleasure to deal with a professional staff, . from the receptionist to the technician to Dr. DePalma. It was seamless. My main concern was addressed. I've been going to Huckabee Dental for close to ten years and have never had a negative experience from every single person in the office. It's such a delightful staff. We adore Kimbra as a hygienist. She's so kind and gentle. We even trust our little girls with her. My current doctor is Baker and I like how informative he is. I've had them all at some point and the service is stellar across the board. I have pretty bad anxiety regarding visits with the dentist and this place has always made me feel better.

I don't think anyone really likes to go to the dentist, but Huckabee Dental makes it so enjoyable. Walking into the office is pleasant because of the size, colors and decor. The receptionist and all the staff are always very friendly and helpful. We needed to update our medical records and it was so easy using their ipad instead of filling out paperwork. Also, the guest restroom is always clean and well stocked. I love that they offer mouthwash and a one-time use toothbrush, so I can freshen up before seeing my favorite hygienist. Thank you for all you do.

COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPIER WITH THE EXPERIENCE I HAD THIS WEEK. I'm a wimp when it comes to someone poking around with metal instruments, but these folks are pros. It was my first visit so I had to do all the intro stuff a new patient goes through. Hygienist and dentist were really nice, ON TIME, and although they did offer so pricy extras they never pushed anything on me. I'm fine with someone recommending products and services. Treatment plan in place and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

When I started treatment at Huckabee, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff, and their willingness to be empathetic to my concerns and needs. However, 9 months later, I am having problems with some of the work they completed and they will not honor or back the work with their guarantee because I did not see them every 6 months.

In my opinion that is absurd, if they believe in their products and services they should be willing to honor their guarantee. It is ridiculous to think that a patient will always have insurance coverage and be able to see them every 6 months. It has not been one year since I was last in their office and paid thousands of dollars for my treatments.

In my opinion they are out for money and have no intention of every honoring their guarantee. The sad part is I now have insurance again but because they want to charge me for something they had done 9 months ago, I am going to a new dentist. In short, my advice would be find another dentist office to receive service! ***********UPDATE************************************************************ After posting this review, I was contacted by the Office Manager.

Not only did they apologies for the misinformation I was given but they offered to make it right. In short, when I arrived at the office I was greeted with the same level of professionalism I had previously experienced. Furthermore, I was concerned that there would be some level of animosity related to my post. To the contrary, the staff was extremely empathetic to not only that concern but also empathetic to my general fear of the dentist. As it stands, I am still a patient and very happy with the service I have received to date.
