Went in for a consult for my son. The staff were amazing and made him feel comfortable and calm. Dr Moody was great at explaining, being thorough and kind. A very calm and welcoming environment.

Dr. Moody is amazing! Not only is he an expert in his field, his kindness and care for patience makes his office one of a kind. He even bent over backwards to reschedule after a family emergency. Thank you Dr. Moody, there is no one else we would trust our kids teeth to than you!

Came in today with my son, first visit. I will say folks this is the place to come for braces. The people are super friendly, communication is great. The biggest part is my son felt at ease just by them talking to him. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a orthodontist.

Dr. Moody is the best and his team is even better! They took care of my daughter years ago and now me. My smile now looks just as good as hers!

I waited until the end of my time with Dr. A to write my review so I could speak to the whole (almost two year) experience. If I had to sum it up in one word it would be "amazing". But let me tell you why. First, I am an adult who had to get braces. The thought of having a mouth full of orthodontics was not one I relished. This is particularly true because my job is one where I talk in front of people A LOT. Dr.

A was able to work with me on a plan to make my braces less visible, and also worked with me on the timing of my appointments so I did not need to miss work obligations. If you are reading this as an adult thinking about getting braces, hear me when I say DO IT. I know it's an investment, but it is so worth it. Not only are my teeth corrected, but I have noticed such better gum health as well.

This office knows how to do "adults with braces" right. Second, the people at this office make all the difference in the world. When they see you, they see a person sitting there of them, not just teeth on a stick. They got to know me, asked about my family, and even cheered for me as I got my promotion at work. The care and compassion you will find her is unmatched. I could go on and on, but you really have to find out for yourself. Make the call. Talk ti Dr. A. See what your options are. And tell them Tim sent you, lol.

Dr. Alexander and his staff are very welcoming and engaging. They always ask about me and my family and give me good advice about caring for my braces. I ask a lot of questions and they always tell me what next steps will be.

My family is SO grateful for Dr. M. Alexander. Not only he is incredibly competent in what he does as an expert in orthodontics, his 5-star servant leadership and excellence standards are at a full display from the moment you walk into the office. The staff is polite and professional, the offices are comfortable and clean, the timing of your appointments is always kept like a clock mechanism, the text notifications and appt scheduling is an extremely streamlined process. Just got my braces off! Dr. Alexander is amazingly kind and skilled. As an adult with braces I had some fears, but he and his staff completely made me at ease and normalized the whole process. It's a fun place and they are a blessing.

I will recommend Drs. A to anyone I know. I have had several family and friends use this practice and I am very grateful for the care this team has provided for my daughter. The front office staff is amazing! Then you experience the back office and the team they have is exceptional! We have only positive experiences - any time we've needed to change an appt. the staff is super and easy to work with.

If you have an orthodontia mis-hap they work quickly to get you in. Great text reminders keep you from being surprised about upcoming visits. Dr. Moody promotes a professional but fun environment. We love this group!

I've been going to Dr. Alexander for almost 20 years and he's by far the best to work with!

Dr Moody is pretty incredible. Wr relocated from KY and we had an orthodontist we really liked. We didn't think it could get better and our daughter was nervous about changing and going to a much bigger office. After meeting Dr Moody the first time she was immediately at ease. He was comfortable and kind. He had her laughing and when he mentioned missions work he won her heart over.

They are timely. We never wait for our appointment and even teach their patients about giving in a very fun way. This is a practice that gives back. I don't even mind paying the price because I know from pictures in his office and the testimony of his staff that he is a giver. I almost feel like I'm supporting a missionary and that's a great thing.

Dr. Moody is hands down the best orthodontist in town. He treated my case with detailed care and compassion. He has a very personable approach to all his patients. His goal is a perfect smile for everyone who walks through his door. I feel confident referring all my friends and family to Dr. Moody. Additionally, the staff in the office is one of the most kindest and sincerest people you will encounter. They are always helpful, courteous and patient to all the visitors in the office. Honestly, you will not regret receiving your perfect smile from this JEWEL in Arlington!

Extremely efficient w/ theirs, and your time. FINALLY a doctors office that doesn't keep you waiting and honors your appointment time. And that is just the "icing" in the cake. They take great care of our daughters teeth & braces. I highly recommend them!
