Dentists can be a lot, I get it. It's the parent-teacher conference of your mouth. I've been a patient of Brentwood Dental Group for more than a few years. I keep coming back, because hygienists like Kala (and others there) are exemplar at what they do. Dr. Seth Wasson is similarly stellar as an advocate for healthy teeth, oral hygiene, and just being knowledgeable about your personal oral health profile.
Good bedside manner and openness is a rare find in dentists, especially these days. Health care workers are stretched thin-those in the dental practice are, too. It means a lot that BDG remains committed to patients like me and better oral health through routine cleanings and other services like fluoride varnish or sealants. Brentwood Dental is pretty great. From the large and comfortable waiting room, to the Office professionals and Hygenists, I was happy to be treated like a member of the practice, and not just a patient. I've been to other dentists to see how implants would work. Brentwood Dental stands head and shoulders above any of the other dental offices I've visited since November of 2021. Yes, I highly recommend giving this team your dental health. You'll be glad you did.

I was pleasantly impressed by Lindsay, the dental technician who met me first and performed X-rays and did the first cleaning and polishing of my teeth. After that Sharon did the nitty gritty scraping and cleaning of my teeth. The dentist did the final exam. At my previous visit I felt an uptight aura but in contrast today I heard people (techs and dentists)laughing and joking and an overall sense of conviviality and camaraderie. It gave me a good feeling about my dental office. Thanks for everything you do!

After being a patient for 30 yrs, the last original dentist has left & retired. Those that took over were consistent at first but since then, it seems to have become a rotating door of different dentists & hygienists each time I go for my 6 Mo. cleaning. They say it's because the dentists keep leaving to open their own practices. This doesn't sit well when you want someone that knows your mouth, may need to call them or get in quick for an emergency (used to have my dentist's home number), etc. Sadly, I'm breaking up with them as they've also increased prices, charge high fees for missed/rescheduled appts. ($75) & sadly seem to have lost the comfortable, attentive & warmth that used to make this a top notch practice.

I have to get a new crown cause my old one came out. It normally takes a few weeks but due to me having surgery I didn't have a few weeks. They did a special asp order for me so it would be done in a week. Also due to unexpected expenses the amount I had to pay after insurance portion I was able to do payment plan to fit my wallet. Very professional, polite and gentle staff. THANK YOU!

I had been going to see Dr Faddis and Becky (dental hygienist) for 15 years, since they retired last year the practice is horrible! The customer care is no where to be found, they make you sign a millon releases and they want you out of the chair as soon as possible if they can not make money with you! Today I have to ask for my fluoride treatment and the dentist did a very quick check of my teeth. I will not come back as well as my husband.

Got to be one of the best dental practices in St. Louis. Highly skilled dentists and hygienists. I've had several fillings done here, but also appreciate they are willing to watch some enamel "recessions" that have ended up not needing fillings. Best of all they are covered under my employer's dental plan! Highly recommended.
