Our entire family has been going to Dr. Crocker for 15+ years. She is an amazing dentist; knowledgeable, gentle and committed to providing great care for all ages. Her staff is very friendly and highly capable. I know Dr. Crocker takes great pride in her work and her team. I feel that we're in the best hands at 360 Dentistry.

I absolutely love the level of detail and information that Dr. Crocker shares with her patients. I always feel that I can make informed decisions based on what she tells me. I also appreciate that over the 10+ years I've been using her practice that she's updated her tools and methods in order to keep up with best practices.

360 Dentistry is fantastic. Dr. Crocker and her staff are always on time and friendly and take the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it.

I thought dr crocker had an open, honest and transparent office. That is no longer the case. Bad billing practices and their new office manager is like a cross between a car salesperson and bad high school teacher.

Billed for a service they said I needed after they billed me. Staff should be more clear on what services they plan to provide and bill for. Then they act like they are doing you a favor if they give you a discount.

I've been seeing the wonderful staff at 360 Dentistry for approaching two years now, and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, gentle on the teeth, and overall a pleasure to have work on me. Never thought I'd say that about a dentist, but it's true!

During such a difficult time with COVID 19, Dr. Crocker called to check on me! I saw her shortly before the city was shut down. For Dr. Crocker to take time out of her day, to call to check on me really made me feel how much she cares about the work she does as well as her patients! Dr. Crocker could possibly be the best dentist in Portland!

Dr. Crocker is amazing and the entire staff is so patient, kind and helpful. They are FANTASTIC with kids.

I just moved to Oregon and was looking for a dentist. My coworker referred to 360 dentistry. It was a little hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment and they book pretty far out, BUT it was WORTH the wait. Tabatha was very helpful working around my strict work schedule. All the staff members are so friendly, patient, and are aware that not everyone (me) is comfortable at the dentist.

They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. I've never been do a dentist that is so thorough! They walked me through very step and gave me lots of information, tips, and tricks. About a week after my appointment the dentist sent me a hand written thank you card that even mentioned my dog! It was so sweet! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hays and 360 dentistry!

Originally, I had great experiences here. However, my last appointment with Dr. Crocker was not how I thought it would be. The waiting room area felt extremely awkward and disconnected, and during the appointment it seemed as though Dr. Crocker had her attention elsewhere. Instead of focusing on cleaning my teeth (in a timely manner, as I had informed them that I needed the appointment to be quick to make it to work on time) she was busy chatting away with her hygienist about inappropriate work topics, even going as far as to stop working on my teeth to continue this conversation. I was very unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and lack of genuine interest in me as a paying patient. I will definitely be going elsewhere for dental treatment.

Dr. Crocker is our family dentist. Over the years, she's seen our boys for cleanings & chipped tooth repair. We've always had prompt, professional service and would recommend her and the staff to others.

I was in this week for my semiannual cleaning and checkup. Dr Crocker was fantastic as usually and Michelle Caudle always does a great job cleaning my teeth. I love getting my teeth taken care of at 360 Dentistry. Thank you for caring about my mouth as much as I do.

Dr. Crocker is the best dentist our family has ever had. The work she does is excellent and the process is extremely gentle. I've had the same procedures done by other dentists and it's amazing to experience the process in a way where the dentist is more concerned about your comfort rather than just getting through the procedure in order to make their next appointment. Dr. Crocker makes the dental experience one that is anticipated rather than dreaded.
