He then practiced adult dentistry for few years in Ft. Smith, Ark., before entering his pediatric dental residency. I've been going to PDG since I was little and I'm 22 now. If I could swing it to never leave I definitely would! Everyone is extremely nice and comforting. Growing up I hated getting the numbing shot but someone would always hold my hand if I asked. It always seemed like the hygienists got along well so the atmosphere was always light, which is very helpful to kids who are scared to go to the dentist. Also, their new office is BEAUTIFUL. They moved while I was in college and I am so jealous of the patient who get to enjoy that office longer than I will!

I was a worker there and i ended up getting fired. Not once did i get a write up and until of that they told me and i quote "I have been given approval to let you know that PDGO is an at Will employer.meaning that we do not have to state the reasons for your termination. " which was a bunch of mess hecate like i stated before i NEVER BEEN WROTE UP.! they also are very unprofessional because they called me over the phone and i always traveled to diff locations no matter what. my CC was scared of another dental assistant and refused to ask her to travel but didn't mind me traveling 3-4x a week and made excuse why all the other assistants could not. it was a lot of favoritism going on. and at this point another fr gal assistant as been fired with out an actual reasoning. it's really coming off like they are racist. i hate to say that because most of the workers are awesome ppl and the dr are also very well trained and are very approachable they just need better HR workers and better CC.

We recently moved to Southaven and my daughters orthodontist recommended Dr. Fuson with Pediatric Dental Group. That was the best recommendation. We went to the Olive Branch location. The scheduling process was easy and as soon as I walked in the door we were greeted with a smile. They gave us a tour around the office and the appointment was on time. From start to finish, we had a 10/10 experience. Thank you for making a nervous 10 year to start all over with another dentist a great experience.

My six year old daughter loves going to the dentist here! If I could rate this place SIX-stars I would! They are AMAZING! Great kid friendly environment! The waiting rooms have entertainment for all ages, from gaming systems to tables with trains. My daughter is a huge fan of the television system in the ceiling that she gets to watch while getting work done. The staff is REMARKABLE! The doctors are fun and friendly! You would love this place and your children would LOVE it more!

I scheduled an appointment with PDG Southaven after previously using the Olive Branch location (we moved since the first and only visit). When I scheduled the appointment, I made sure they knew we would be continuing with the Southaven office and asked if I needed to do anything as far as getting records, and updating our address (however, we are cash paying, and had only been to one visit with OB and it was over a year ago).
I also made sure how long the visit would take as we needed to schedule another appointment close by for after this was completed. Once we arrived, we were not acknowledged, even though the office staff did not appear to be busy (I have previously worked in a dental office, it takes 2 seconds to say hello, even if you are in the middle of something).
I eventually heard the staff talking about getting records for my child (at least 15 minutes after arriving), then they told me there was an issue and it was taking longer than expected.at this point, it's nearly 40 minutes later. I had to tell them (again) we are cash pay and I really don't care about the records, just start over, it was only one visit.
They agreed, but then said they would have to see who was available to see my child. I again reminded them I had another appointment and they were very close to making me late for that (mind you it was scheduled for an hour and a half AFTER we were supposed to be seen at PDG). This entire visit I felt like we had inconvenienced PDG and we were not a priority for them.
Even when checking out I asked for a detailed receipt and they couldn't even provide that, it had to be mailed.after they contacted me to see if we had moved because they thought it odd I was visiting the Southaven office after going to Olive Branch. I will definitely not be back.

They kept billing my insurance wrong (I had United Healthcare through employer, they continued to bill it as CHIPS regardless of my numerous phone calls to correct the mistake) which caused the claims to be rejected. I finally wrote a letter to their office explaining again the problem. I thought the insurance claim had finally been taken care of when I didn't hear/receive a bill from them again.
Nearly 2 years later I was sued for the amount my insurance company was liable for! I should also mention that a week after my son was treated with them I took him back with a toothache in an adjacent tooth. We were told he was fine, nothing was wrong. Another week later we went to a different dentist when he was still in pain. It turns out the tooth had developed an infection inside of it that the new dentist felt was due to some sort of trauma. (the only possible trauma would have been the filling done to the tooth in front of it) This required a root canal treatment. I will never take my children back to this establishment!
