Renew Dental is such a great neighborhood dentistry! Their staff was so friendly from the get go. My dental assistant was kind and even asked what was my preferred music genre during my cleaning. The dental hygienists was detailed oriented. Dr. Multine was knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I didn't feel rushed. They weren't pushy about procedures and were understanding. I highly recommend their office!

I have written a review from a "patients perspective" of how choosing the best Dentist up front is more important than how much you initially pay. I had an "All on 4" procedure in 2019 that I wasn't happy with and couldn't get it redone because they were out of town as well as I tried for over 11 months to resolve this but then I hired Douglas Benting DDS, MS and Prosthodontist in dentistry and he teaches other dentists at Spear which is an educational institute for practicing dentists and others related to the profession and is on the faculty and has been a Top Phoenix Magazine dentist for around 13-14 years.

I sent Dr. Benting's 6 page $1,500 report to the Dentist who couldn't or wouldn't resolve the issue and received a $15,000 offer to settle within 24 hours and a DocuSign email. I then had Dr. Benting remake the upper bridge to the "All on 4" and I now look incredible with a new method of attaching the teeth so that if one tooth gets damaged then the NASA type plastic called PEEK can be heated thus avoiding replacing the entire arch and PEEK has "bone like shock absorbing characteristics. Dr. Douglas Benting's results are custom made utilizing a hologram to design over 4.5 months and adding 8mm to my vertical bite for a perfect smile and function.

The cost would be $29k per arch including implants for Dr. Douglas Benting and Renew Dental but when you compare the 2 day approach from the discount dentist to the carefully crafted and custom fitting teeth that make your face interact with your teeth vs just hanging there and not moving or other people can't see your teeth when you talk or you bite yourself while chewing and you know something is not right.

The "Financial reimbursement Power for the patient" is in not publicly criticizing the Dentist and specifically don't leave remarks that are negative on the internet but to have Dr. Benting and Renew Dental to put a report in writing with a detailed picture filled with irrefutable scientific Dental facts with a price to resolve the issue but utilizing Dr. Benting who is the go to Dentist for complicated cases where other Dentists either don't have the skills or you don't fit their "One and done" business model.

So that is why you get what you pay for and you pay an up front payment and you are done basically and the only maintenance and cost should be cleaning the upper and lower bridges once per year around $500/arch and $250 per arch around 6 months without removing anything. It's better to get the best Dentist from day one so that you won't have to have everything redone later and so your form, function, bite and your implants never fail and you now look as perfect as humanly possible with the least amount of wasted time and zero anxiety trying to 2nd guess your treatment plan.

You may not need any plastic surgery to look younger when your underlying facial support ( bone structure optimized via Soft transition from your upper and lower bridge customized only for your face) does not look like you have a mouthful of a Mouthguard like you are getting ready to either Box or play football or Hockey but a delicate soft transition so that your teeth have a smooth transition so that your face looks normal.

Also Dr. Benting allows the patient to determine how the inside of of your upper and lower Bridge interacts with your tongue so that you have optimal room for your tongue to pronounce words correctly using a temporary bridge that allows you to try different variables before the final Bridge based on feedback from actually wearing a prototype prior to the final phase.

Then when you are ready to commit on the final shape, materials, color and then ask for feedback from your friends that know you and then only after you sign off on your future teeth: nothing happens so that there are no surprises later. Dr. Benting, Dr. Multine and staff always exceed my expectations every time. Also, UV lights are used to disinfect any room used with a patient as well as I have never seen another patient in the office except the professionals that work there.

The office is beautiful, private, spacious and as modern as Dentistry can offer. What you get is the best solution possible without the risk associated with other dentists that don't put their patients first and don't have the extensive knowledge base that a dentist that teaches other dentists with Spear, a Masters in Dentistry and Prosthodontist degree and don't forget that Dr. Benting performs the lab work himself to insure the best materials and the most custom made results are installed in your particular case.

In conclusion, Dr. Benting's pricing is in line with many other dentists that don't get these results and don't use the best materials and rely on others to do the lab work. So if you want your dental work done perfectly with the latest technology the first time with the best materials choose Renew Dental. The entire staff (Brittany/Dr. Multine/Ashley) provided phenomenal customer service and dental treatments from check-in to check-out.

Being an out-of-towner I messed around & chose a dentist office from a postal promo which ended up being a great experience. They were really nice, had sophisticated equipment, very neat & clean. They gave me great dental maintenance tips, as well as toothpaste, toothbrush & floss.

Dr. Benting and his staff have been my office of choice for the past 13 years. As a person with apprehension regarding dentistry, Dr. Benting checks all the boxes, both with fine dentistry and professionalism. He spends all the necessary time needed, plus his bedside manner is very calming. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Fast, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable - without a doubt, Dr. Multine is the best healthcare provider I've ever had. She is thorough, considerate and naturally explains complicated procedures so I can understand easily. On top of that, Dr. Multine goes above and beyond consistently checking in with me through my appointment to make sure I'm comfortable.

The Renew Dental office is up-to-date on the newest dental technology and practices while remaining affordable. My appointments are always fast and easy to schedule around my busy life. I honestly can't recommend Dr. Multine and Renew Dental enough!

I have never been a big fan of the dentist - but the staff here totally changed that for me! As a first time client, Brandon, John and Dr. Farzin, made me feel completely comfortable, safe and downright happy. I had a filling done same day as my cleaning (so nice to not have to come back and dread the appointment!). When I realized the filling felt the slightest bit high, they got me in first thing that morning - thank you Dr. Benting! Not to mention, the sanitary and COVID care they are taking is impeccable. You guys were all amazing and I'd recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone.

Renew Dental went above and beyond for me today. I had to cancel last minute on Monday because I had a sick baby. Today i needed to change my appointment time and they were so flexible. Every single staff member in the office is so nice and entertaining! Not to mention the cleanliness of the office and all the top of the line equipment. I 100% recommend Renew Dental.

The experience was so enjoyable here and everything was pain free! The office is clean and everyone was friendly! Dr Multine was really nice and actually took time to explain what was going on and gave meaningful tips. I have a completely different opinion on getting my teeth looked at now. I came in for a comprehensive exam and to re-bond a crown that popped off when I was flossing. The staff are friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome when you arrive. The hygienist explained all the steps/procedures as she went through them. It's been a while since I've had x-rays so I was pleasantly surprised by the new technology they use. Dr. Multine is very thorough with the cleaning and the examination process.

She clearly explained her findings so that I could easily understand them. While there are no major areas of concern she showed me areas for potential issues where I should monitor in case I have any sensitivity in the future. I had an overall excellent experience!
