Athena Dental Associates

It's been a few years since I've been to a dentist. What what state of the art technology that they use. Everyone was really friendly. I recommend filling out all you paperwork online so when you get there all you have to do is walk right in and get taken care of. I know the front office people really appreciate it.

I called here to schedule an exam and the staff hung up on me the first time I called. The 2nd time I called and asked them are they purposely hanging up on people and they just blatantly ignored my questions and concern! This is not how you establish new patients! Never calling in here again and wouldn't dare recommend this place to anyone!

My family of five has been going to Dr. Blankenship for many years. My three kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because of the excellent care they have always received. The Hygenists are wonderful and the equipment is top notch. I just had two crowns made in house on a machine that looked like it was from Star Trek!

I have never been a fan of the dentist in general, and the staff has always been fairly nice so at first this place wasn't bad! I've had a few hygienists that have not been very gentle and weren't as friendly as others. Although I am giving this business 1 star, I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Barker. He has always been very patient and kind when it came to care and treatment.

He wouldn't push anything on you and he knew how to make you feel comfortable. Recently I owed them money (a small amount- under $100) that apparently insurance didn't cover for my last visit. I will admit that I got a little lazy and kept forgetting to pay the bill, until I got a letter saying they DROPPED ME as a client. I have been going there for somewhere around 8-10 years.

Never in my life have I seen a practice drop somebody over such a small amount of money. Not letting them be seen until it was paid in full is understandable. but completely dismissing them from your practice and asking them to find another dentist is absolutely insane and over the top. Aside from this incident, every one of my bills and appointments has been paid in full and taken care of right then and there. My family will continue to go to them while I find someplace else. Super disappointed and still pretty angry about the action they chose to take.

I have been going to Athena Dental since I was 6 years old (almost 30 years). Going to their office is like going to see old family friends! They are incredibly professional with exceptional friendly service. Whenever someone asks me for a recommendation, I enthusiastically give them the contact information for Athena Dental. When a friend does go to Athena Dental based on my recommendation, they always tell me how they had a great experience! I cannot recommend them enough!

I never thought I would be able to give a five star rating for a dentist visit. The staff are so friendly & Dr. Barker was great with both my 5 year old daughter as well as myself. My daughter proudly proclaimed near the end of her first visit, "Mom I really like going to the dentist!" This is what prompted my decision to schedule an appointment for myself.

I feel like the prices are reasonable and the consultations are thorough. Thank you Athena Dental! I can gladly recommend you with confidence to anyone needing your services.

I've been going to them for years along with my wife and kids. They are all wonderful people and very skilled at what they do. The doctor's are at the top of their professions and are also wonderful people. You can see that wonderful attitude trickle down through the ranks. If anyone gave these guys a bad review, I would say "consider the source" because it was not due to their work ethic or level of caring. (Archie Riley)

Best experience ever! I had never liked going to the dentist but the entire staff here are amazing. Dr. B and Kelly are a great team. My daughter's 1st appointment is in a few months and Kelly went above and beyond to make her comfortable and show her what everything does. The facility is very clean and they seem to have the latest equipment. Thank you!

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I have always had a very pleasant and great experience. The equipment is up-to date and the service is very reasonably priced. I have been going to Athena Dental for the last twenty years. I highly recommend it.
