I have had bad experiences in the past, so I was petrified to even go in, but I was greeted and treated so wonderful from the front desk Amy and Angle to the back with Heather and Dr Simone! The Drs knowledge of the before during and after treatment was impeccable! I felt very comfortable and safe and part of the family! I would recommend them to anyone!

I'm EXTREMELY happy with my visit with Dr. Simone, Maria and Kim today. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile from young lady behind the desk. Only seen a dentist 3 times in my 58 years and I tell you I was SCARED! But ALL of my anxieties were put aside.the compassion and empthy showed by Maria while I cried and kicked like an infant was BEYOND professionalism!

She's TRULY an ANGEL! Dr. Simone was understanding of my fears and was as gentle when inserting numbing medicine. I will be a forever patient of Dr. Simone and get my yearly cleanings.

Every single member of the staff in this office is phenomenal. Every leg of the operation was a smooth transition, hands down. I seen Dr. Simone and I couldn't believe how gentle & patient he was with me. I have never had a more delicate dentist in my mouth, ever, even down to administering the anesthetic. Wow, wow, wow! I wish I could give them 10 stars for the level of comfort, kindness and bedside manner they provide.

My family ABSOLUTELY loves this practice. Its is always a positive experience, the staff and doctors are always friendly and make you feel relaxed. My children love the staff and are always excited to go in for their checkups. I can not thank the staff at BB&H enough for taking care of my families needs and making us feel comfortable.

So in another review for konikoff I documented my bad experience with them. I called them for a cleaning, they said we do a dental assessment, first and maybe you get a cleaning. Went to them said I needed a special 3 charge 2 visit sonic cleaning, and said i was lucky to have teeth in my head basically and wanted me to spend several thousand on crowns, fillings, special cleanings etc (they also had a terrible office staff).

Keep in mind I missed 2 cleanings during covid and have been doing the dentist thing without fail my whole life. So I call around and ask different dentists if they will do a cleaning and among those who said yes was bonnie dental oddly enough in the same plaza on granby. They saw me cleaned me and said they did not agree with most of konikoff's assessment.

So the cleaning went fine, they are going to replace a cracked filling. My big concern is both my old dentist and konikoff found a cavity that I asked bonnie about twice and said they didn't see it. So the jury is out because of that and I want to see how they do in august replacing this filling. So 4 stars for now but may go to 5. I didn't like that they wouldn't schedule my next cleaning but said that related to covid.

But staff was friendly, dr. Bonnie was very nice and knowledgeable and hygienist was knowledgeable and very competent. I hope I've found my new dentist for a while. ***update 8/21 turns out after giving them my insurance info 3 times and having anthems most common plan that they are not in network and sent me a127$ bill for my free cleaning.

The only reason why I'm giving you all one star is because of how the dental assistant handled my son while trying to get his X-rays. His head was grabbed and yanked aggressively because she was unable to get him to bite down properly for his X-ray. He's a six year old. Her frustration showed and was heard through her voice. It's bad that my oldest witnessed what she did and whispered asking me if I saw what was done.

While walking out, my six year old said that he didn't want to go back. I am very disappointed and hurt at how he was handled. But that was the first and last time for us. My husband can continue seeing you all and he actually suggested we switch the kids over. The office staff was great, but as a whole you all have to do better when it comes to handling children.

I cane here, for a cleaning a few weeks back. Had been looking for a place where I would be comfortable. The whole staff was awesome! My hygienist was just the best! And Ms.227! She knows who she is. ( Smiles) thank you for a awesome Experience.

My family has been going here since before I was born. They are honest, wonderful amazing people who genuinely care about their patients. They do everything they can to work with you on financial issues and understand that even if you can't afford it, teeth are still important. If you can't afford a certain service that is needed they will do everything they can to find an alternative in your price range that still gets you the care you need. I moved away to live in DC several year ago and I still drive 4hrs to this practice just to get my teeth clean. I refuse to go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

This was my first time there and everyone was very nice, made you feel very comfortable and relaxed, will be going there for all dental work from now on.

I'm a huge baby when it comes to the dentist. I have had a lot of bad experiences with other dentists. This office is so amazing. Everyone is friendly and fun. Dr Bonnie is funny and put me at ease. Even when I was shaking during the procedure he joked I was working harder than him. I will only go here.

I've been seeing Dr. Andrew Horowitz for over 35 years. It's the best place to go for dentistry. He always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. He takes the time to explain the options and ensures that the best decisions are made You are treated as part of an extended family and it means a lot. I love Dr. Horowitz and couldn't ask for a better dentist. If you are looking for an excellent dental practice where people care please give them a call.

I've been seeing Dr. Horowitz since I was a little boy, and he is excellent at what he does. This man and his staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Today I woke up with part of my gums swollen. After looking up my symptoms I leanred that it could possibly be a tooth abscess, which is nothing to play around with. When I called the office and explained my situation the said they were all booked until next week, but when I told them I thought I had an abcess they did everything they could to fit me in between appointments because they said they didn't want me waiting until the following week with ones of those in my mouth. Comes to find out I was right, they got me in, took an X-Ray, drained my abscess, and perscribed me with antibiotics and codeine all within 20 minutes. Dr. Horowitz also gave me his phone home number to contact him if I have any more issues with my mouth over the weekend. I'm so glad I do not have to sit with a hurt swollen mouth this holiday weekend, and I'm so glad Dr. Horowitz is my dentist. This office is the perfect mix of professional and efficient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Horowitz's for many years, until I started seeing him I had such a fear of seeing a dentist I wouldn't go unless I had a huge problem. I have to say that from day one he relieved my fears. He is not only a painless dentist he is also one of the kindest men I have ever met. He is so professional and caring about all the aspects of his patients.

He is quite comical which relieves tension from the start. He has done fillings, caps and other procedures for me and my husband. He will go out of his way to see you are happy with his work not only while he is doing it but when you go home. We have never had a dr give us his cell number and tell us to call him anytime we need him. He has seem my husband for emergencies on weekends.

I have recommended friends and family to him, they have been very happy with the whole practice as well. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. Lucy Tackett

I love this office. I have been a patient there for over twenty years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr. Horowitz always makes me feel comfortable and his witty sense of humor always makes my visits more enjoyable. Dr. Bonnie is very professional and pleasant when I see him. I took my husband here for an emergency cracked tooth and couldn't be happier with Dr. Bonnie. The reason for only 3 stars is because of the office staff. They were incredibly unprofessional- complaining about having to stay slightly late for an add on emergency case. We arrived at 430 and left maybe an hour later, keeping the office staff there an extra half an hour.

They were complaining so loudly that I could hear them complaining while waiting in the lobby and my husband could hear them in the exam area. We'll be going back but only because Dr. Bonnie was awesome. I suggest he either get some new office personnel or have a chat with his existing staff regarding their professionalism.
