As an employee, I know it can come off as biased. However, as my years of dental experience at other practices. I just wanted share. I feel like how you treat your employees is extremely telling of character, and ethical behavior. I have seen some practices behind the scenes treat their employees as only a means to make the practice money. This office not only makes you feel like family as a patient, but also as an employee.
The kind caring nature is so prevalent with patients, and employees. Many people say they have found a dental home with us, and it is true with employees. I have a strong conviction with ethical behavior. As an assistant, I have never felt like I've had to compromise that and have seen that this office truly carryout that motto with patients.

An awesome team! Every member of the staff treats you like you are their favorite person on the planet. They thoroughly explained every detail of the procedure, and even reached out with a follow-up call to check on my progress. I'm relieved that we still have dentists that actually care. I'm so impressed with Dr. Barr and his team. They really made me feel comfortable and mostly heard. Dr. Barr explains every procedure so thoroughly, that I knew exactly what was going on. Him and his team even walked me to my car with my husband after my procedure. Nowadays it's so rare to find a dental office so upbeat and caring. It was definitely refreshing. Thanks again Dr. Barr, you and your team were fantastic.
